Što pripremiti a da je sezonsko, zdravo i jako ukusno? Prijedlog koji nam stiže iz Tonkine kužine, Tonke Radić Čobanov, ispunjava sve spomenute uvjete, a pri tome je prikladan i za post: rižot sa šparogama i kozicama. Ovo će lagano i ukusno jelo oduševiti i bonkuloviće, a pripremiti ga možete s divljim ili uzgojenim šparogama, u svakom je slučaju prefin. 

Rižot sa šparogama i kozicama

Sastojci:

240 g riže za rižoto
250 g šparoga
250 g kozica
1 luk
1/2 čaše bijelog vina
100 g parmezana  (po želji)
50 g maslaca
maslinovo ulje
sol i crni papar

Priprema:

Očistite šparoge. Divljim šparogama potrebno je samo odstraniti donji kraj, najtvrđi dio, dok je uzgojene šparoge potrebno oguliti gulilicom za krumpir kako bi se uklonila vanjska kora te odrezati svjetliji i tvrđi donji kraj. Stavite šparoge u visoku usku posudu, jer vrhovi ne smiju biti uronjeni u kipuću vodu i kuhajte ih u slanoj vodi dok ne budu kuhane (oko 5-6min).

Dok se šparoge kuhaju, očistite kozice, odstranite im noge, glavu i oklop.

Kad su šparoge kuhane, narežite ih na sitne komade pazeći da ne bacite vodu od kuhanja koja će se koristiti za rižoto.

Na maslinovom ulju pirjajte luk pa mu dodajte šparoge, a nakon par minuta dodajte rižu i pustite da se tostira još 2 minute. Deglazirajte bijelim vinom i kada vino potpuno ispari, počnite kuhati rižoto dodajući vodu od kuhanja šparoga, čekajući da se voda potpuno upije prije nego dodate još. Kad je riža do pola kuhana dodajte kozice.

Dovršite kuhanje rižota od šparoga i kozica tako da na kraju umiješajte maslac i parmezan, po potrebi posolite i popaprite Ostavite da se malo ohladi i poslužite.

Što pripremiti a da je sezonsko, zdravo i jako ukusno? Prijedlog koji nam stiže iz Tonkine kužine, Tonke Radić Čobanov, ispunjava sve spomenute uvjete, a pri tome je prikladan i za post: rižot sa šparogama i kozicama. Ovo će lagano i ukusno jelo oduševiti i bonkuloviće, a pripremiti ga možete s divljim ili uzgojenim šparogama, u svakom je slučaju prefin. 

Rižot sa šparogama i kozicama

Sastojci:

240 g riže za rižoto
250 g šparoga
250 g kozica
1 luk
1/2 čaše bijelog vina
100 g parmezana  (po želji)
50 g maslaca
maslinovo ulje
sol i crni papar

Priprema:

Očistite šparoge. Divljim šparogama potrebno je samo odstraniti donji kraj, najtvrđi dio, dok je uzgojene šparoge potrebno oguliti gulilicom za krumpir kako bi se uklonila vanjska kora te odrezati svjetliji i tvrđi donji kraj. Stavite šparoge u visoku usku posudu, jer vrhovi ne smiju biti uronjeni u kipuću vodu i kuhajte ih u slanoj vodi dok ne budu kuhane (oko 5-6min).

Dok se šparoge kuhaju, očistite kozice, odstranite im noge, glavu i oklop.

Kad su šparoge kuhane, narežite ih na sitne komade pazeći da ne bacite vodu od kuhanja koja će se koristiti za rižoto.

Na maslinovom ulju pirjajte luk pa mu dodajte šparoge, a nakon par minuta dodajte rižu i pustite da se tostira još 2 minute. Deglazirajte bijelim vinom i kada vino potpuno ispari, počnite kuhati rižoto dodajući vodu od kuhanja šparoga, čekajući da se voda potpuno upije prije nego dodate još. Kad je riža do pola kuhana dodajte kozice.

Dovršite kuhanje rižota od šparoga i kozica tako da na kraju umiješajte maslac i parmezan, po potrebi posolite i popaprite Ostavite da se malo ohladi i poslužite.

Tonkina kužina

Što pripremiti a da je sezonsko, zdravo i jako ukusno? Prijedlog koji nam stiže iz Tonkine kužine, Tonke Radić Čobanov, ispunjava sve spomenute uvjete, a pri tome je prikladan i za post: rižot sa šparogama i kozicama. Ovo će lagano i ukusno jelo oduševiti i bonkuloviće, a pripremiti ga možete s divljim ili uzgojenim šparogama, u svakom je slučaju prefin. 

Rižot sa šparogama i kozicama

Sastojci:

240 g riže za rižoto
250 g šparoga
250 g kozica
1 luk
1/2 čaše bijelog vina
100 g parmezana  (po želji)
50 g maslaca
maslinovo ulje
sol i crni papar

Priprema:

Očistite šparoge. Divljim šparogama potrebno je samo odstraniti donji kraj, najtvrđi dio, dok je uzgojene šparoge potrebno oguliti gulilicom za krumpir kako bi se uklonila vanjska kora te odrezati svjetliji i tvrđi donji kraj. ...
