Većina kuhara svjesna je važnosti sanitarnih uvjeta pri rukovanju sirovim mesom, ali nepoduzimanje sličnih mjera opreza s drugim proizvodima može biti jednako opasno.
Podaci o javnom zdravstvu potvrđuju da su voće i povrće u SAD-u posljednjih godina povezani s više bolesti koje se prenose hranom nego životinjski proteini, pri čemu su proizvodi često kontaminirani patogenima koji se prirodno nalaze u tlu, pokupljeni duž opskrbnog lanca ili u našoj kuhinji, prenosi N1.

Većina kuhara svjesna je važnosti sanitarnih uvjeta pri rukovanju sirovim mesom, ali nepoduzimanje sličnih mjera opreza s drugim proizvodima može biti jednako opasno.

Svatko bi trebao znati kako temeljito oprati ruke nakon pandemije covida-19, ali evo podsjetnika:
Navlažite ruke čistom, tekućom vodom i nanesite antibakterijski sapun.
Sapunom namažite nadlanice, između prstiju i ispod noktiju.
Trljajte ruke najmanje 20 sekundi ili otprilike dok dvaput otpjevate “Sretan rođendan”.
Dobro isperite ruke.

Nakon što izvadite sve svoje sastojke, najvažniji korak je pravilno oprati sve proizvode pojedinačno, prema uputama Uprave za hranu i lijekove.
