Osim toga, prehrambeni stručnjaci sugeriraju da kod kuće, u obitelji, u školi, među prijateljima i rođacima poštujete pravila zdrave i pravilne prehrane.

Za početak biste svoje domaćine mogli ugodno iznenaditi novom strategijom malih koraka koji neće biti naporni, a predstavljat će učinkovitu pomoć na putu usvajanja zdravih prehrambenih navika te održavanja idealne tjelesne težine.

1. U usta stavljajte male zalogaje. Svaki prožvačite 20 do 30 puta i pomiješajte ih sa slinom prije nego što ih progutate. Slijedeći zalogaj uzmite tek nakon što u ustima više ne osjećate okus prethodnog.

2. Pijte samo kada su vam usta potpuno prazna, tako da ne morate nepotrebno ispirati i gutati zalogaje samljevene i navlažene, ali ne i prožvakane hrane.

3. Tijekom jela pijte što manje. Većinu tekućine najbolje je popiti 10 do 30 minuta prije obroka ili nakon njega, odnosno između dva obroka.

4. U pojedinom obroku treba konzumirati samo toliko hrane koliko je možemo probaviti što znači da trebamo jesti samo dotle dok još osjećamo glad.

5. Kad nam se žuri, preopterećeni smo, pod stresom ili trpimo zbog fizičke boli, treba jesti polako i smireno i manje nego je to uobičajeno.

6. Pobrinite se da namirnice budu dovoljno kuhane, odnosno pečene, ali radije malo manje nego previše. Raskuhana hrana je bitno osiromašena važnim hranjivim sastojcima i nerijetko teže probavljiva.

7. Izbjegavajte hranu prženu u mnogo masnoće i dugotrajno pečenje namirnica.

8. Konzumirajte što više svježe i sirove hrane.

9. Jedite češće, manje obroke raspoređene kroz cijeli dan.

10. Uživajte u hrani i veselite joj se. Za vrijeme obroka pobrinite se za miran i ugodno uređen prostor, prijatnu atmosferu i rasploženje.

11. Ne povezujte hranu i druženje. Družiti se možete i uz razgovor, uz šetnju, igru ili rad. To znači da žlicu i vilicu možete sasvim dobro zamijeniti olovkom, iglama za pletenje, reketom, biciklom, klizaljkama, rolama...

12. Ne jedite (kasno) navečer prije odlaska na spavanje i ne šuljajte se noću po frižideru i smočnici. Noću organizmu treba odmor!

Za početak biste svoje domaćine mogli ugodno iznenaditi novom strategijom malih koraka koji neće biti naporni, a predstavljat će učinkovitu pomoć na putu usvajanja zdravih prehrambenih navika te održavanja idealne tjelesne težine.

1. U usta stavljajte male zalogaje. Svaki prožvačite 20 do 30 puta i pomiješajte ih sa slinom prije nego što ih progutate. Slijedeći zalogaj uzmite tek nakon što u ustima više ne osjećate okus prethodnog.

2. Pijte samo kada su vam usta potpuno prazna, tako da ne morate nepotrebno ispirati i gutati zalogaje samljevene i navlažene, ali ne i prožvakane hrane.

3. Tijekom jela pijte što manje. Većinu tekućine najbolje je popiti 10 do 30 minuta prije obroka ili nakon njega, odnosno između dva obroka.

4. U pojedinom obroku treba konzumirati samo toliko hrane koliko je možemo probaviti što znači da trebamo jesti samo dotle dok još osjećamo glad.

5. Kad nam se žuri, preopterećeni smo, pod stresom ili trpimo zbog fizičke boli, treba jesti polako i smireno i manje nego je to uobičajeno.

6. Pobrinite se da namirnice budu dovoljno kuhane, odnosno pečene, ali radije malo manje nego previše. Raskuhana hrana je bitno osiromašena važnim hranjivim sastojcima i nerijetko teže probavljiva.

7. Izbjegavajte hranu prženu u mnogo masnoće i dugotrajno pečenje namirnica.

8. Konzumirajte što više svježe i sirove hrane.

9. Jedite češće, manje obroke raspoređene kroz cijeli dan.

10. Uživajte u hrani i veselite joj se. Za vrijeme obroka pobrinite se za miran i ugodno uređen prostor, prijatnu atmosferu i rasploženje.

11. Ne povezujte hranu i druženje. Družiti se možete i uz razgovor, uz šetnju, igru ili rad. To znači da žlicu i vilicu možete sasvim dobro zamijeniti olovkom, iglama za pletenje, reketom, biciklom, klizaljkama, rolama...

12. Ne jedite (kasno) navečer prije odlaska na spavanje i ne šuljajte se noću po frižideru i smočnici. Noću organizmu treba odmor!
