Priča iz 2014. godine ponavlja se na području Vrgorske krajine, Hrvatska pošta (HP) zbog racionalizacije troškova uvela je dostavu pošiljki jednom tjedno u 13 mjesnih odbora, uglavnom se radi o selima u brdsko-planinskim krajevima, a neka od njih su udaljena od Tinova grada i više od 25 kilometara.
Život u tim mjestima sam po sebi je težak, većinu stanovništva čine starije i nemoćne osobe, a poštar im je mnogo puta bio jedina veza sa svijetom. U brojnim selima, HP-ovi radnici nisu samo donosili pisma i druge pošiljke nego bi im, nakon poziva mještana, iz grada ponijeli lijekove, spizu, platili račune...
Dakle, sve ono što ljudi ne mogu obaviti normalnim putem, jer nemaju redovnih autobusnih linija prema svojim mjestima, a u njima najčešće ni prodavaonice, a neki nažalost ni vodovod sada već duboko u 21. stoljeću. Stoga ne čudi ogorčenost stanovništva na ovu najnoviju odluku državne tvrtke.
Brže iz Zagvozda nego...
- Kako će oni u udobnim i rashlađenim uredima razumjeti kako je živjeti u Mijacima, 25 kilometara udaljenima od Vrgorca, bez autobusa, bez vodovoda, bez dućana? Nikako! Dosad nam je poštar dolazio ponedjeljkom i petkom, i to iz Zagvozda, a čovjek je bio svima na usluzi, što je god trebalo donijeti-ponijeti mogli smo računati na njega.
Sad su nas pripojili Vrgorcu. Znate kad će oni doći u Mijaca? Kad se skupi nešto pisama i pošiljaka, možda jednom u dva tjedna. Ovo je udar na ruralne krajeve i ljude koji su ostali živjeti u njima. Svi su nas prekrižili od Vrgorca do Zagreba - kaže Darko Roso, predsjednik Mjesnog odbora Mijaca.
Kako su Mijaca postala (po)granični slučaj: ‘Pop je za oltaron u Ercegovini i govori misu narodu u Rvackoj. A jedni i drugi u istoj crkvi stoje!‘
Neslužbeno doznajemo kako su vrgorski poštari nakon područne preraspodjele, u svoju dostavnu zonu dobili i Kozička Poljica i Žlibinu. Apsurd je to veći što sada ukupno samo tri poštara pokrivaju cijelu Vrgorsku krajinu s površinom od 284 četvorna kilometra i 27 mjesnih odbora.
Prema zadnjem popisu, Vrgorska krajina broji 1771 kućanstvo, što znači da je svaki poštar zadužen za 590 adresa. Mogu li to tri HP-ova djelatnika fizički stići i kvalitetno obaviti, ako se zna da su pojedina sela od Vrgorca udaljena i do 30 kilometara, sami procijenite.
Nije teško zamisliti kakva će situacija biti tijekom zimskih mjeseci kad krenu padati kiše i snijegovi. Pored toga postavlja se pitanje jesu li primjerice stanovnici Banje koji su od središta grada udaljeni 300 metara zračne linije, manje vrijedni jer se njima pošta dostavlja jednom tjedno od građana Vrgorca koji istu uslugu imaju na raspolaganju svaki dan.
Učinkovitost (ni)je optimalna
Što o ovome svemu kažu u Hrvatskoj pošti? Ukratko rečeno, za trećinu Vrgorske krajine nije poslovno opravdano dostavu obavljati češće.
- Na području Vrgorca dostava se jednom tjedno obavlja u 13 naselja s ukupno 535 kućanstava. Cijelo vrgorsko područje obuhvaća 1771 kućanstvo, što znači da je jednotjednom dostavom obuhvaćena njih oko trećina. Radi se o naseljima s malim brojem kućanstava i nije poslovno opravdano dostavu obavljati češće.
Broj poštara na određenom području određuje se temeljim jedinstvenih kriterija kako bi se postigla optimalna učinkovitost rada. Naravno, s obzirom na stalne promjene broja pošiljaka, ali i broja stanovnika, organizacija rada podložna je promjenama te se redovito prati i prilagođava.
Na taj način osiguravamo da su svi poštari podjednako opterećeni, neovisno o tome nose li poštu u urbanoj sredini poput Splita ili na području niske gustoće naseljenosti. Konkretno, poštari na području Vrgorca mjesečno u prosjeku dostave dvostruko manje pošiljaka od kolega s područja Splita ili Makarske. Optimizacijom procesa smanjuje se tzv. neproduktivni rad (vrijeme koje poštar provodi na putu) i ujednačava se učinkovitosti poštara - tvrde u HP-u.
Kako tri poštara mogu pokriti cijelu Vrgorsku krajinu s 27 mjesnih odbora, s obzirom na udaljenost i geografsko-reljefne specifičnosti prostora? Koja je to “formula”, pitali smo nadležne u nacionalnoj kompaniji:
- Posao poštara nije lak, ali Hrvatska pošta nudi dinamičnu radnu okolinu i sigurno i stabilno radno mjesto te brojne prednosti za radnike kako u dodatnim financijskim nagradama tako i u vidu sistematskih pregleda, mogućnosti edukacije i slično.
Tijekom proteklih nekoliko godina primanja radnika na operativnim radnim mjestima podignuta su za čak 27 posto.
Kako bi učinkovitost radnika bila nagrađena, prije tri godine uveden je i varijabilni dio plaće za sve zaposlenike na operativnim radnim mjestima.

Priča iz 2014. godine ponavlja se na području Vrgorske krajine, Hrvatska pošta (HP) zbog racionalizacije troškova uvela je dostavu pošiljki jednom tjedno u 13 mjesnih odbora, uglavnom se radi o selima u brdsko-planinskim krajevima, a neka od njih su udaljena od Tinova grada i više od 25 kilometara.
Život u tim mjestima sam po sebi je težak, većinu stanovništva čine starije i nemoćne osobe, a poštar im je mnogo puta bio jedina veza sa svijetom. U brojnim selima, HP-ovi radnici nisu samo donosili pisma i druge pošiljke nego bi im, nakon poziva mještana, iz grada ponijeli lijekove, spizu, platili račune...
Dakle, sve ono što ljudi ne mogu obaviti normalnim putem, jer nemaju redovnih autobusnih linija prema svojim mjestima, a u njima najčešće ni prodavaonice, a neki nažalost ni vodovod sada već duboko u 21. stoljeću. Stoga ne čudi ogorčenost stanovništva na ovu najnoviju odluku državne tvrtke.
Brže iz Zagvozda nego...
- Kako će oni u udobnim i rashlađenim uredima razumjeti kako je živjeti u Mijacima, 25 kilometara udaljenima od Vrgorca, bez autobusa, bez vodovoda, bez dućana? Nikako! Dosad nam je poštar dolazio ponedjeljkom i petkom, i to iz Zagvozda, a čovjek je bio svima na usluzi, što je god trebalo donijeti-ponijeti mogli smo računati na njega.
Sad su nas pripojili Vrgorcu. Znate kad će oni doći u Mijaca? Kad se skupi nešto pisama i pošiljaka, možda jednom u dva tjedna. Ovo je udar na ruralne krajeve i ljude koji su ostali živjeti u njima. Svi su nas prekrižili od Vrgorca do Zagreba - kaže Darko Roso, predsjednik Mjesnog odbora Mijaca.
Kako su Mijaca postala (po)granični slučaj: ‘Pop je za oltaron u Ercegovini i govori misu narodu u Rvackoj. A jedni i drugi u istoj crkvi stoje!‘
Neslužbeno doznajemo kako su vrgorski poštari nakon područne preraspodjele, u svoju dostavnu zonu dobili i Kozička Poljica i Žlibinu. Apsurd je to veći što sada ukupno samo tri poštara pokrivaju cijelu Vrgorsku krajinu s površinom od 284 četvorna kilometra i 27 mjesnih odbora.
Prema zadnjem popisu, Vrgorska krajina broji 1771 kućanstvo, što znači da je svaki poštar zadužen za 590 adresa. Mogu li to tri HP-ova djelatnika fizički stići i kvalitetno obaviti, ako se zna da su pojedina sela od Vrgorca udaljena i do 30 kilometara, sami procijenite.
Nije teško zamisliti kakva će situacija biti tijekom zimskih mjeseci kad krenu padati kiše i snijegovi. Pored toga postavlja se pitanje jesu li primjerice stanovnici Banje koji su od središta grada udaljeni 300 metara zračne linije, manje vrijedni jer se njima pošta dostavlja jednom tjedno od građana Vrgorca koji istu uslugu imaju na raspolaganju svaki dan.
Učinkovitost (ni)je optimalna
Što o ovome svemu kažu u Hrvatskoj pošti? Ukratko rečeno, za trećinu Vrgorske krajine nije poslovno opravdano dostavu obavljati češće.
- Na području Vrgorca dostava se jednom tjedno obavlja u 13 naselja s ukupno 535 kućanstava. Cijelo vrgorsko područje obuhvaća 1771 kućanstvo, što znači da je jednotjednom dostavom obuhvaćena njih oko trećina. Radi se o naseljima s malim brojem kućanstava i nije poslovno opravdano dostavu obavljati češće.
Broj poštara na određenom području određuje se temeljim jedinstvenih kriterija kako bi se postigla optimalna učinkovitost rada. Naravno, s obzirom na stalne promjene broja pošiljaka, ali i broja stanovnika, organizacija rada podložna je promjenama te se redovito prati i prilagođava.
Na taj način osiguravamo da su svi poštari podjednako opterećeni, neovisno o tome nose li poštu u urbanoj sredini poput Splita ili na području niske gustoće naseljenosti. Konkretno, poštari na području Vrgorca mjesečno u prosjeku dostave dvostruko manje pošiljaka od kolega s područja Splita ili Makarske. Optimizacijom procesa smanjuje se tzv. neproduktivni rad (vrijeme koje poštar provodi na putu) i ujednačava se učinkovitosti poštara - tvrde u HP-u.
Kako tri poštara mogu pokriti cijelu Vrgorsku krajinu s 27 mjesnih odbora, s obzirom na udaljenost i geografsko-reljefne specifičnosti prostora? Koja je to “formula”, pitali smo nadležne u nacionalnoj kompaniji:
- Posao poštara nije lak, ali Hrvatska pošta nudi dinamičnu radnu okolinu i sigurno i stabilno radno mjesto te brojne prednosti za radnike kako u dodatnim financijskim nagradama tako i u vidu sistematskih pregleda, mogućnosti edukacije i slično.
Tijekom proteklih nekoliko godina primanja radnika na operativnim radnim mjestima podignuta su za čak 27 posto.
Kako bi učinkovitost radnika bila nagrađena, prije tri godine uveden je i varijabilni dio plaće za sve zaposlenike na operativnim radnim mjestima.
