I upravo kad su mislili da su konačno, nakon dugih devet mjeseci trpljenja strojeva i prašine pred kućama, svi njihovi problemi završeni, jer je prvi sloj asfalta trebao biti postavljen ovih dana, stanovnike Sutomiške ulice u Zadru dočekali su novi.
No, ovakvi im problemi nisu bili ni na kraj pameti. Naime, duž kvartovske ulice "niknulo" je 50 visokih, metalnih stupova u dužini od 95 metara, ograđujući tako budući pločnik i onemogućujući stanarima, ali i njihovim gostima, normalno kretanje ulicom.
Ipak, nisu dugo potrajali: nezadovoljan netko ih je u noći – isčupao iz zemlje.
- Prvo kad smo vidjeli te nove instalacije nama ništa nije bilo jasno... Koja ovo firma radi? Zašto sad prije asfaltiranja?
Onda, kad smo saznali o čemu je točno riječ, poludili smo – započinje razgovor Budimir Šola, stanovnik ove ulice na zadarskom Boriku, koji se od početka bori da se proces uređenja Sutomiške što prije privede kraju.
Doznali su kako je stupove postavila tvrtka "Filius" po nalogu vlasnika obližnjeg zemljišta: franjevaca iz samostana sv. Pavla Pustinjaka, s otočića Galevca (Školjića).

- Svi smo mi u ulici znali da zemlja između teniskih terena i naših kuća, gdje se nalazi veliki parking, u vlasništvu franjevaca koji su taj teren dobili od Grada Zadra u zamjenu za neki drugi. No, nije nam bilo jasno zašto su se sada i zašto na ovakav način, odlučili za ograđivanje – govori Šola.
Neslužbeno smo doznali kako je ta parcela u građevinskoj zoni te je već godinama zanimljiva investitorima.
- Nije nama problem da se tu izgrade zgrade. Mislim, što ćemo, tuđe je zemljište i ne možemo mi diktirati što će se na njoj raditi, no kao stanovnici želimo da nam se omogući pločnik, koji nam zakonski pripada! I mi smo kao vlasnici kuća gradu dali dio naših parcela kako bi se dobio nogostup.
Po zakonu metar i pol od ceste Grad ima pravo tražiti. Uostalom, kad su postavili te barikade, stup javne rasvjete ušao je u njihov teren, što isto nije legalno. Javna rasvjeta mora biti na neutralnom terenu – pojašnjava Šola i dodaje kako su svi stanovnici spremi blokirati ulicu ako i nakon asfaltiranja niknu stupovi u istim gabaritima.

- Ista je priča sa štekatom obližnjeg restorana koji je postavljen prije osam godina. Naime, i on je izgrađen na nogostupu!
Vlasnik kuće odlučio je otvoriti restoran u prizemlju, ali mu se zgodno učinilo imati vanjsku terasu na cesti nasuprot. Istina, on za nju uredno plaća franjevcima najamninu, već godinama. Ali, ponavljam, na mjestu gdje je trebao biti prostor za pješake – jasan je stanovnik Borika.
Pokušali smo dobiti Zlatka Jurlinu, odvjetnika koji zastupa franjevce u ovom postupku, no nije se javljao na naše pozive.

I upravo kad su mislili da su konačno, nakon dugih devet mjeseci trpljenja strojeva i prašine pred kućama, svi njihovi problemi završeni, jer je prvi sloj asfalta trebao biti postavljen ovih dana, stanovnike Sutomiške ulice u Zadru dočekali su novi.
No, ovakvi im problemi nisu bili ni na kraj pameti. Naime, duž kvartovske ulice "niknulo" je 50 visokih, metalnih stupova u dužini od 95 metara, ograđujući tako budući pločnik i onemogućujući stanarima, ali i njihovim gostima, normalno kretanje ulicom.
Ipak, nisu dugo potrajali: nezadovoljan netko ih je u noći – isčupao iz zemlje.
- Prvo kad smo vidjeli te nove instalacije nama ništa nije bilo jasno... Koja ovo firma radi? Zašto sad prije asfaltiranja?
Onda, kad smo saznali o čemu je točno riječ, poludili smo – započinje razgovor Budimir Šola, stanovnik ove ulice na zadarskom Boriku, koji se od početka bori da se proces uređenja Sutomiške što prije privede kraju.
Doznali su kako je stupove postavila tvrtka "Filius" po nalogu vlasnika obližnjeg zemljišta: franjevaca iz samostana sv. Pavla Pustinjaka, s otočića Galevca (Školjića).

- Svi smo mi u ulici znali da zemlja između teniskih terena i naših kuća, gdje se nalazi veliki parking, u vlasništvu franjevaca koji su taj teren dobili od Grada Zadra u zamjenu za neki drugi. No, nije nam bilo jasno zašto su se sada i zašto na ovakav način, odlučili za ograđivanje – govori Šola.
Neslužbeno smo doznali kako je ta parcela u građevinskoj zoni te je već godinama zanimljiva investitorima.
- Nije nama problem da se tu izgrade zgrade. Mislim, što ćemo, tuđe je zemljište i ne možemo mi diktirati što će se na njoj raditi, no kao stanovnici želimo da nam se omogući pločnik, koji nam zakonski pripada! I mi smo kao vlasnici kuća gradu dali dio naših parcela kako bi se dobio nogostup.
Po zakonu metar i pol od ceste Grad ima pravo tražiti. Uostalom, kad su postavili te barikade, stup javne rasvjete ušao je u njihov teren, što isto nije legalno. Javna rasvjeta mora biti na neutralnom terenu – pojašnjava Šola i dodaje kako su svi stanovnici spremi blokirati ulicu ako i nakon asfaltiranja niknu stupovi u istim gabaritima.

- Ista je priča sa štekatom obližnjeg restorana koji je postavljen prije osam godina. Naime, i on je izgrađen na nogostupu!
Vlasnik kuće odlučio je otvoriti restoran u prizemlju, ali mu se zgodno učinilo imati vanjsku terasu na cesti nasuprot. Istina, on za nju uredno plaća franjevcima najamninu, već godinama. Ali, ponavljam, na mjestu gdje je trebao biti prostor za pješake – jasan je stanovnik Borika.
Pokušali smo dobiti Zlatka Jurlinu, odvjetnika koji zastupa franjevce u ovom postupku, no nije se javljao na naše pozive.
