Ako ste u dilemi: umijesiti ove godine sirnicu ili kupiti gotovu, obje opcije imaju prednosti i mana. Prva donosi u kuću jedinstven miris i a time i ugođaj. Lijepo je pratiti kako tijesto kisne na toplom, a domaća sirnica, ako je uspjela, nepogrešivo se razlikuje od kupovne.

Ali: potrošit ćete mnogo vremena, ostat će vam mnogo posuđa za pranje, a obično i viška bjelanjaka od kojih treba napraviti u namanju ruku puslice. Kupovna sirica jednako će dekorativno izgledati na stolu kao i ona kućne izrade, ali, jedan ritual vezan za blagdan Uskrsa je preskočen, kuća nije zamirisala...

Međutim, postoji i srednje rješenje. Lažna sirnica (možda se ne mi ni smjela zvati sirnicom uvažavajući trud i vrijeme potrebno za pripremu "prave") dizani je kolač koji se jako lako priprema, nema miješenja rukama jedan pa drugi put - a katkad i treći- i u pripemi se koristi samo jedna zdjela.

Zbog kombinacije sastojaka koji podižu tijesto (koristi se i kvasac i prašak za pecivo) gotovo je nemoguće da "padne". Okusom je ovaj kolač gotovo identičan pravoj sirnici, ali je mnogo laganiji i brže se suši. U opticaju je više varijanti recepta, a donosimo jedan višekratno provjeren. Uspjet će i početnicima.

Bit će vam potrebno 40 dekagrama bijelog brašna, jedna kocka kvasca, decilitar i pol mlijeka, tri jaja (polovicu jednog žumanjka ostavite sa strane), sedam do deset dekagrama otopljenog maslaca, deset dekagrama šećera (tko voli slađe, može dodati malo više) te: pola vrećice praška za pecivo, vanilija, malo soli, naribana kora od limuna i naranče, par kapi ekstrakta od ruže, po volji malo maraskina ili kruškovca.

Aktivirajte kvasac u onom decilitru i pol mlakog mlijeka kome ste dodali žličicu šećera. Sve ostalo - dobro izmiksajte u jednoj posudi (i dignuti kvasac, naravno). Tijesto će biti srednje gustoće. Ulijte ga u kalup u kome će se peći, obložen papirom za pečenje. Može biti bilo kojeg oblika, ali, želite li da više nalikuje sirnici, koristite okugli.

Neka se diže, pokriven čistom krpom na toplom mjestu. Budući da je tijesto rijetko, to će ići brzo, narast će za pola sata do 45 minuta.

Potom, onu polovicu žumanjca razmutite s malo mlijeka i premažite narasli kolač, pospite krupnim šećerom i pecite oko pola sata na temperaturi od 180 stupnjeva Celzijevih. Gotovo. Režite kada se ohladi.

Ako ste u dilemi: umijesiti ove godine sirnicu ili kupiti gotovu, obje opcije imaju prednosti i mana. Prva donosi u kuću jedinstven miris i a time i ugođaj. Lijepo je pratiti kako tijesto kisne na toplom, a domaća sirnica, ako je uspjela, nepogrešivo se razlikuje od kupovne.

Ali: potrošit ćete mnogo vremena, ostat će vam mnogo posuđa za pranje, a obično i viška bjelanjaka od kojih treba napraviti u namanju ruku puslice. Kupovna sirica jednako će dekorativno izgledati na stolu kao i ona kućne izrade, ali, jedan ritual vezan za blagdan Uskrsa je preskočen, kuća nije zamirisala...

Međutim, postoji i srednje rješenje. Lažna sirnica (možda se ne mi ni smjela zvati sirnicom uvažavajući trud i vrijeme potrebno za pripremu "prave") dizani je kolač koji se jako lako priprema, nema miješenja rukama jedan pa drugi put - a katkad i treći- i u pripemi se koristi samo jedna zdjela.

Zbog kombinacije sastojaka koji podižu tijesto (koristi se i kvasac i prašak za pecivo) gotovo je nemoguće da "padne". Okusom je ovaj kolač gotovo identičan pravoj sirnici, ali je mnogo laganiji i brže se suši. U opticaju je više varijanti recepta, a donosimo jedan višekratno provjeren. Uspjet će i početnicima.

Bit će vam potrebno 40 dekagrama bijelog brašna, jedna kocka kvasca, decilitar i pol mlijeka, tri jaja (polovicu jednog žumanjka ostavite sa strane), sedam do deset dekagrama otopljenog maslaca, deset dekagrama šećera (tko voli slađe, može dodati malo više) te: pola vrećice praška za pecivo, vanilija, malo soli, naribana kora od limuna i naranče, par kapi ekstrakta od ruže, po volji malo maraskina ili kruškovca.

Aktivirajte kvasac u onom decilitru i pol mlakog mlijeka kome ste dodali žličicu šećera. Sve ostalo - dobro izmiksajte u jednoj posudi (i dignuti kvasac, naravno). Tijesto će biti srednje gustoće. Ulijte ga u kalup u kome će se peći, obložen papirom za pečenje. Može biti bilo kojeg oblika, ali, želite li da više nalikuje sirnici, koristite okugli.

Ako ste u dilemi: umijesiti ove godine sirnicu ili kupiti gotovu, obje opcije imaju prednosti i mana. Prva donosi u kuću jedinstven miris i a time i ugođaj. Lijepo je pratiti kako tijesto kisne na toplom, a domaća sirnica, ako je uspjela, nepogrešivo se razlikuje od kupovne.

Ali: potrošit ćete mnogo vremena, ostat će vam mnogo posuđa za pranje, a obično i viška bjelanjaka od kojih treba napraviti u namanju ruku puslice. Kupovna sirica jednako će dekorativno izgledati na stolu kao i ona kućne izrade, ali, jedan ritual vezan za blagdan Uskrsa je preskočen, kuća nije zamirisala...

Međutim, postoji i srednje rješenje. Lažna sirnica (možda se ne mi ni smjela zvati sirnicom uvažavajući trud i vrijeme potrebno za pripremu "prave") dizani je kolač koji se jako lako priprema, nema miješenja rukama jedan pa drugi put - a katkad i treći- i u pripemi se koristi samo jedna zdjela.

Zbog kombinacije sastojaka koji podižu tijesto (koristi se i kvasac i prašak za pecivo) gotovo je nemoguće da "padne". Okusom je ovaj kolač gotovo identičan pravoj sirnici, ali je mnogo laganiji i brže se suši. U opticaju je više varijanti recepta, a donosimo jedan višekratno provjeren. Uspjet će i početnicima.

Bit će vam potrebno 40 dekagrama bijelog brašna, jedna kocka kvasca, decilitar i pol mlijeka, tri jaja (polovicu jednog žumanjka ostavite sa strane), sedam do deset dekagrama otopljenog maslaca, deset dekagrama šećera (tko voli slađe, može dodati malo više) te: pola vrećice praška za pecivo, vanilija, malo soli, naribana kora od limuna i naranče, par kapi ekstrakta od ruže, po volji malo maraskina ili kruškovca.

Aktivirajte kvasac u onom decilitru i pol mlakog mlijeka kome ste dodali žličicu šećera. Sve ostalo - dobro izmiksajte u jednoj posudi (i dignuti kvasac, naravno). Tijesto će biti srednje gustoće. Ulijte ga u kalup u kome će se peći, obložen papirom za pečenje. Može biti bilo kojeg oblika, ali, želite li da više nalikuje sirnici, koristite okugli.
