Tri ključna zaključka naših istraživanja, provedenog putem neposrednog upitnika korisnika taxi usluge:

1. Korištenje aplikacije nudi predvidljive troškove: aplikacije se čine povoljnijim izborom za potrošače jer omogućuju predvidljivost troškova prijevoza. Nemogućnost doživljaja „cjenkanja“, kao u slučaju klasičnog prijevoza, postaje prošlost.

2. Usporedba s klasičnim prijevozom izvan grada: klasični taxi prijevoz posebno je koristan za osobe s prebivalištem izvan grada ili na perifernim područjima, no cijene mogu biti i do 30% više, što predstavlja izazov za korisnike.

3. Izazov otkazivanja vožnji: otkazivanje vožnji postaje sve prisutniji problem kod korištenja aplikacija, što rezultira negativnim iskustvima korisnika.

Zaključak:

Naša su istraživanja poslužila kao ključna podloga za razvoj aplikacije Smart Lift. Smart Lift objedinjuje prednosti predvidljivosti cijena prijevoza te uključuje dodatnu opciju cjenkanja, čime se otvara mogućnost smanjenja cijene prijevoza za do 20%. U našu poslovnu politiku integrirano je načelo nediskriminacije, što osigurava dolazak taksija i u periferne dijelove grada ili izvan njega.

Tri ključna zaključka naših istraživanja, provedenog putem neposrednog upitnika korisnika taxi usluge:

1. Korištenje aplikacije nudi predvidljive troškove: aplikacije se čine povoljnijim izborom za potrošače jer omogućuju predvidljivost troškova prijevoza. Nemogućnost doživljaja „cjenkanja“, kao u slučaju klasičnog prijevoza, postaje prošlost.

2. Usporedba s klasičnim prijevozom izvan grada: klasični taxi prijevoz posebno je koristan za osobe s prebivalištem izvan grada ili na perifernim područjima, no cijene mogu biti i do 30% više, što predstavlja izazov za korisnike.

3. Izazov otkazivanja vožnji: otkazivanje vožnji postaje sve prisutniji problem kod korištenja aplikacija, što rezultira negativnim iskustvima korisnika.

Zaključak:

Naša su istraživanja poslužila kao ključna podloga za razvoj aplikacije Smart Lift. Smart Lift objedinjuje prednosti predvidljivosti cijena prijevoza te uključuje dodatnu opciju cjenkanja, čime se otvara mogućnost smanjenja cijene prijevoza za do 20%. U našu poslovnu politiku integrirano je načelo nediskriminacije, što osigurava dolazak taksija i u periferne dijelove grada ili izvan njega.
