Dom za odrasle osobe Zemunik i Općina Zemunik Donji kao partner u projektu, organiziraju završnu konferenciju projekta "Život u susjedstvu", koji je uspješno dovršen. Program će se održati u prostoru općinske uprave u Zemuniku, u četvrtak, 29. rujna, s početkom u 11 sati.

Zainteresiranima će se obratiti Nataša Petrušić, ravnateljica Doma za odrasle osobe Zemunik, te Ivica Šarić, načelnik Općine Zemunik Donji, nakon čega će projekt predstaviti koordinatorica Andrea Novaković.

Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 710.051 kuna, financiran je EU sredstvima.

Uspješnim završetkom, odnosno provedbom projekta „Život u susjedstvu“ unaprijedila se kvaliteta življenja osoba s mentalnim oštećenjima kroz proširenje socijalne usluge organiziranog stanovanja Doma za odrasle osobe Zemunik. Cillj projekta je bio da se osobama s mentalnim oštećenjima omogući usvajanje novih znanja i vještina bitnih za njihov samostalan život i uključivanje u život zajednice.

Organizirano stanovanje je socijalna usluga kojom se odraslim osobama s mentalnim oštećenjem uz organiziranu stalnu ili povremenu pomoć stručne ili druge osobe, u stanu ili izvan stana želi osigurati osnovne životne potrebe, te socijalne, radne, kulturne, obrazovne, rekreacijske i druge potrebe. Projekt je omogućio povratak 4 korisnika u život lokalne zajednice kroz socijalnu uslugu organiziranog stanovanja u stambenoj zajednici, uz podršku i pripremu multidisciplinarnog stručnog tima Doma. Projektom se, stoga, provela adaptacija stana u Zemuniku Donjem, gdje su korisnici smješteni, a u kojem se adaptiralo 6 infrastrukturnih jedinica u okviru prizemlja i kata.

Dom za odrasle osobe Zemunik i Općina Zemunik Donji kao partner u projektu, organiziraju završnu konferenciju projekta "Život u susjedstvu", koji je uspješno dovršen. Program će se održati u prostoru općinske uprave u Zemuniku, u četvrtak, 29. rujna, s početkom u 11 sati.

Zainteresiranima će se obratiti Nataša Petrušić, ravnateljica Doma za odrasle osobe Zemunik, te Ivica Šarić, načelnik Općine Zemunik Donji, nakon čega će projekt predstaviti koordinatorica Andrea Novaković.

Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 710.051 kuna, financiran je EU sredstvima.

Uspješnim završetkom, odnosno provedbom projekta „Život u susjedstvu“ unaprijedila se kvaliteta življenja osoba s mentalnim oštećenjima kroz proširenje socijalne usluge organiziranog stanovanja Doma za odrasle osobe Zemunik. Cillj projekta je bio da se osobama s mentalnim oštećenjima omogući usvajanje novih znanja i vještina bitnih za njihov samostalan život i uključivanje u život zajednice.

Organizirano stanovanje je socijalna usluga kojom se odraslim osobama s mentalnim oštećenjem uz organiziranu stalnu ili povremenu pomoć stručne ili druge osobe, u stanu ili izvan stana želi osigurati osnovne životne potrebe, te socijalne, radne, kulturne, obrazovne, rekreacijske i druge potrebe. Projekt je omogućio povratak 4 korisnika u život lokalne zajednice kroz socijalnu uslugu organiziranog stanovanja u stambenoj zajednici, uz podršku i pripremu multidisciplinarnog stručnog tima Doma. Projektom se, stoga, provela adaptacija stana u Zemuniku Donjem, gdje su korisnici smješteni, a u kojem se adaptiralo 6 infrastrukturnih jedinica u okviru prizemlja i kata.

Proveden je projekt "Život u susjedstvu", osobama s mentalnim teškoćama donio je brojne benefite; o svemu u četvrtak na završnoj konferenciji!

Dom za odrasle osobe Zemunik i Općina Zemunik Donji kao partner u projektu, organiziraju završnu konferenciju projekta "Život u susjedstvu", koji je uspješno dovršen. Program će se održati u prostoru općinske uprave u Zemuniku, u četvrtak, 29. rujna, s početkom u 11 sati.

Zainteresiranima će se obratiti Nataša Petrušić, ravnateljica Doma za odrasle osobe Zemunik, te Ivica Šarić, načelnik Općine Zemunik Donji, nakon čega će projekt predstaviti koordinatorica Andrea Novaković.

Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 710.051 kuna, financiran je EU sredstvima.

Uspješnim završetkom, odnosno provedbom projekta „Život u susjedstvu“ unaprijedila se kvaliteta življenja osoba s mentalnim oštećenjima kroz proširenje socijalne usluge organiziranog stanovanja Doma za odrasle osobe Zemunik. Cillj projekta je bio da se osobama s mentalnim oštećenjima omogući usvajanje novih znanja i vještina bitnih za njihov samostalan život i uključivanje u život zajednice.

Organizirano stanovanje je socijalna usluga kojom se odraslim osobama s mentalnim oštećenjem uz organiziranu stalnu ili povremenu pomoć stručne ili druge osobe, u stanu ili izvan stana želi osigurati osnovne životne potrebe, te socijalne, radne, kulturne, obrazovne, rekreacijske i druge potrebe. Projekt je omogućio povratak 4 korisnika u život lokalne zajednice kroz socijalnu uslugu organiziranog stanovanja u stambenoj zajednici, uz podršku i pripremu multidisciplinarnog stručnog tima Doma. Projektom se, stoga, provela adaptacija stana u Zemuniku Donjem, gdje su korisnici smješteni, a u kojem se adaptiralo 6 infrastrukturnih jedinica u okviru prizemlja i kata.
