Na redakcijski mail nam je prije sat vremena stigla poruka ogorčene čitateljice koja je podijelila svoje loše iskustvo s jednim Bolt taksistom u Zadru.
Njezin mail prenosimo u cijelosti:
- Dakle situacija je sljedeća: Naručila sam Bolt u Zadru nakon čega je vozač, koji je bio udaljen 7 minuta, prihvatio vožnju. Nakon manje od 10 minuta, on mi preko aplikacije šalje poruku s upitom. Naime, zanimala ga je moja destinacija. Kada sam mu destinaciju otkrila, on je vožnju odbio i rekao da se njemu to ne isplati.
Pritom sam ga upitala zašto je uopće prihvatio vožnju i tako potrošio moje vrijeme (žurilo mi se, bilo je vruće), a on je krenuo biti bahat.
Vožnju nisam otkazala jer sam jednom to učinila i aplikacijama mi je to naplatila 15 kuna. Nisam htjela to, jer em nisam ja otkazala vožnju, em neću mu plaćati njegov bahatluk.

Rekla sam mu da on otkaže vožnju, što nije htio učiniti nego mi je nabio 40 kuna računa tako što je (dok sam ja naručivala drugi taksi) automobilom otišao do kraja grada. I onda poslao račun.
Pritom je sve to najavio. Naime, u prilogu Vam šaljem screenshoot našeg dopisivanja. Rekao je da će ić do Sukošana pa nek ja čekam. Kako mi je stigao račun, tako sam dobila sve informacije o njemu. (podaci poznati redakciji)
Ovo vam pišem iz nekoliko razloga:
1. Mogao je otići do Splita pa bi mi aplikacija skinula 1000 kuna. Dakle, želim upozoriti sugrađane da pripaze!
2. Drugo, on tako može imati jako dobar biznis. Vožnje ne odradi, a naplati. Policija se njim neće baviti jer su iznosi koje ukrade manji od 1000 kuna, a zapravo je ukupna svota ukradenog puno veća!
(+taksisti inače varaju po Zadru, mediji su već pisali o tome)

Da se razumijemo, briga me za 40 kuna. Jednostavno ne želim da se ovo događa turistima ( i našim domaćim ljudima, kao što se dogodilo meni) jer ne želim da šaljemo takvu sliku u svijet.
Cijeli slučaj sam prijavila policiji, a uskoro ću i Boltu - stoji u poruci koju nam je poslala čitateljica.

Na redakcijski mail nam je prije sat vremena stigla poruka ogorčene čitateljice koja je podijelila svoje loše iskustvo s jednim Bolt taksistom u Zadru.
Njezin mail prenosimo u cijelosti:
- Dakle situacija je sljedeća: Naručila sam Bolt u Zadru nakon čega je vozač, koji je bio udaljen 7 minuta, prihvatio vožnju. Nakon manje od 10 minuta, on mi preko aplikacije šalje poruku s upitom. Naime, zanimala ga je moja destinacija. Kada sam mu destinaciju otkrila, on je vožnju odbio i rekao da se njemu to ne isplati.
Pritom sam ga upitala zašto je uopće prihvatio vožnju i tako potrošio moje vrijeme (žurilo mi se, bilo je vruće), a on je krenuo biti bahat.
Vožnju nisam otkazala jer sam jednom to učinila i aplikacijama mi je to naplatila 15 kuna. Nisam htjela to, jer em nisam ja otkazala vožnju, em neću mu plaćati njegov bahatluk.

Rekla sam mu da on otkaže vožnju, što nije htio učiniti nego mi je nabio 40 kuna računa tako što je (dok sam ja naručivala drugi taksi) automobilom otišao do kraja grada. I onda poslao račun.
Pritom je sve to najavio. Naime, u prilogu Vam šaljem screenshoot našeg dopisivanja. Rekao je da će ić do Sukošana pa nek ja čekam. Kako mi je stigao račun, tako sam dobila sve informacije o njemu. (podaci poznati redakciji)
Ovo vam pišem iz nekoliko razloga:
1. Mogao je otići do Splita pa bi mi aplikacija skinula 1000 kuna. Dakle, želim upozoriti sugrađane da pripaze!
2. Drugo, on tako može imati jako dobar biznis. Vožnje ne odradi, a naplati. Policija se njim neće baviti jer su iznosi koje ukrade manji od 1000 kuna, a zapravo je ukupna svota ukradenog puno veća!
(+taksisti inače varaju po Zadru, mediji su već pisali o tome)

Da se razumijemo, briga me za 40 kuna. Jednostavno ne želim da se ovo događa turistima ( i našim domaćim ljudima, kao što se dogodilo meni) jer ne želim da šaljemo takvu sliku u svijet.
Cijeli slučaj sam prijavila policiji, a uskoro ću i Boltu - stoji u poruci koju nam je poslala čitateljica.
