Zašto je komunalni vez u Šimunima na Pagu u izrazito lošem stanju, upitala je županijska vijećnica Helena Mikulandra (SDP) na posljednjoj županijskoj skupštini dodajući kako je Županijska lučka uprava Zadar preuzela upravljanje nad lučicom te poslala ugovore za komunalne vezove bez da su se osigurali minimalni uvjeti odnosno sidreni sustav i užad.

Zašto su ugovori podijeljeni bez osigurane osnovne infrastrukture?, upitala je Mikulandra. Njen upit poslan je ŽLU Zadar, a uoči nove Županijske skupštine, ravnatelj Davor Škibola odgovorio je na vijećnička pitanja. 

Iz ŽLU Zadar su istaknuli kako im uz održavanje lučke infrastrukture, važnu funkciju predstavlja i uvođenje reda u lukama. 

- Objavom natječaja za komunalni vez u lukama staje se na kraj ilegalnim vezovima te se omogućava određena sigurnost korisnika koji bez ugovora strahuju za svoje brodice i vezove. Slažemo se da infrastruktura u luci Šimuni zahtijeva ozbiljnu sanaciju pa u Godišnjem programu rada za 2023. godinu planiramo manji zahvat koji se odnosi na sanaciju dijela obalnog zida, dok je za ozbiljnu rekonstrukciju potrebno ishodovati projektnu dokumentaciju i osigurati veća financijska sredstva., odgovorili su iz ŽLU Zadar. 

Mikulandra je upitala i zbog čega je cijena komunalnih vezova u nekim lučicama skočila i do sto posto. 

Iz ŽLU Zadar su istaknuli kako povećanje cijena nema veze s konverzijom na euro.

- ŽLU Zadar je dosada imala daleko niže cijene lučkih naknada od ostalih lučkih uprava, a naše cijene i uz nove izmjene i dalje ostaju niže nego kod većine lučkih uprava, naglasili su iz ŽLU Zadar dodajući kako su nove cijene donese u skladu sa Studijom kategorizacije luka i pojedinih dijelova luka u zone te analizi stanja s prijedlogom visine lučkih pristojbi za luke pod jurisdikcijom ŽLU Zadar.

Mikulandra je također pitala zašto ​je na otoku Škarda, koji broji ukupno nula stanovnika, uloženo tristo tisuća kuna za popravak dva mula, dok se komunalni vezovi u naseljenim mjestima urušavaju?

- Škarda je naseljena samo za vrijeme ljetnih mjeseci. Na otoku se ne odvija javni linijski prijevoz te su mulići, kojima je prijetilo urušavanje, jedini način za privez u luci. sanacija mulića omogućila je privez broda Elektre te je otok nakon ove investicije po prvi puta dobio struju. Pristup otoku također je neophodan i za brodove koji prevoze građevinski materijal neophodan za sanaciju građevina na otoku.

Zašto je komunalni vez u Šimunima na Pagu u izrazito lošem stanju, upitala je županijska vijećnica Helena Mikulandra (SDP) na posljednjoj županijskoj skupštini dodajući kako je Županijska lučka uprava Zadar preuzela upravljanje nad lučicom te poslala ugovore za komunalne vezove bez da su se osigurali minimalni uvjeti odnosno sidreni sustav i užad.

Zašto su ugovori podijeljeni bez osigurane osnovne infrastrukture?, upitala je Mikulandra. Njen upit poslan je ŽLU Zadar, a uoči nove Županijske skupštine, ravnatelj Davor Škibola odgovorio je na vijećnička pitanja. 

Iz ŽLU Zadar su istaknuli kako im uz održavanje lučke infrastrukture, važnu funkciju predstavlja i uvođenje reda u lukama. 

- Objavom natječaja za komunalni vez u lukama staje se na kraj ilegalnim vezovima te se omogućava određena sigurnost korisnika koji bez ugovora strahuju za svoje brodice i vezove. Slažemo se da infrastruktura u luci Šimuni zahtijeva ozbiljnu sanaciju pa u Godišnjem programu rada za 2023. godinu planiramo manji zahvat koji se odnosi na sanaciju dijela obalnog zida, dok je za ozbiljnu rekonstrukciju potrebno ishodovati projektnu dokumentaciju i osigurati veća financijska sredstva., odgovorili su iz ŽLU Zadar. 

Mikulandra je upitala i zbog čega je cijena komunalnih vezova u nekim lučicama skočila i do sto posto. 

Iz ŽLU Zadar su istaknuli kako povećanje cijena nema veze s konverzijom na euro.

- ŽLU Zadar je dosada imala daleko niže cijene lučkih naknada od ostalih lučkih uprava, a naše cijene i uz nove izmjene i dalje ostaju niže nego kod većine lučkih uprava, naglasili su iz ŽLU Zadar dodajući kako su nove cijene donese u skladu sa Studijom kategorizacije luka i pojedinih dijelova luka u zone te analizi stanja s prijedlogom visine lučkih pristojbi za luke pod jurisdikcijom ŽLU Zadar.

Mikulandra je također pitala zašto ​je na otoku Škarda, koji broji ukupno nula stanovnika, uloženo tristo tisuća kuna za popravak dva mula, dok se komunalni vezovi u naseljenim mjestima urušavaju?

- Škarda je naseljena samo za vrijeme ljetnih mjeseci. Na otoku se ne odvija javni linijski prijevoz te su mulići, kojima je prijetilo urušavanje, jedini način za privez u luci. sanacija mulića omogućila je privez broda Elektre te je otok nakon ove investicije po prvi puta dobio struju. Pristup otoku također je neophodan i za brodove koji prevoze građevinski materijal neophodan za sanaciju građevina na otoku.

Zašto je u Zadarskoj županiji narasla cijena veza i zbog čega se ne ulaže u luku na Pagu, dok se na nenaseljenoj Škardi obnavljaju mulići?

Zašto je komunalni vez u Šimunima na Pagu u izrazito lošem stanju, upitala je županijska vijećnica Helena Mikulandra (SDP) na posljednjoj županijskoj skupštini dodajući kako je Županijska lučka uprava Zadar preuzela upravljanje nad lučicom te poslala ugovore za komunalne vezove bez da su se osigurali minimalni uvjeti odnosno sidreni sustav i užad.

Zašto su ugovori podijeljeni bez osigurane osnovne infrastrukture?, upitala je Mikulandra. Njen upit poslan je ŽLU Zadar, a uoči nove Županijske skupštine, ravnatelj Davor Škibola odgovorio je na vijećnička pitanja. 

Iz ŽLU Zadar su istaknuli kako im uz održavanje lučke infrastrukture, važnu funkciju predstavlja i uvođenje reda u lukama. 

- Objavom natječaja za komunalni vez u lukama staje se na kraj ilegalnim vezovima te se omogućava određena sigurnost korisnika koji bez ugovora strahuju za svoje brodice i vezove. Slažemo se da infrastruktura u luci Šimuni zahtijeva ozbiljnu sanaciju pa u Godišnjem programu rada za 2023. godinu planiramo manji zahvat koji se odnosi na sanaciju dijela obalnog zida, dok je za ozbiljnu rekonstrukciju potrebno ishodovati projektnu dokumentaciju i osigurati veća financijska sredstva., odgovorili su iz ŽLU Zadar. 

Mikulandra je upitala i zbog čega je cijena komunalnih vezova u nekim lučicama skočila i do sto posto. 

Iz ŽLU Zadar su istaknuli kako povećanje cijena nema veze s konverzijom na euro.

- ŽLU Zadar je dosada imala daleko niže cijene lučkih naknada od ostalih lučkih uprava, a naše cijene i uz nove izmjene i dalje ostaju niže nego kod većine lučkih uprava, naglasili su iz ŽLU Zadar dodajući kako su nove cijene donese u skladu sa Studijom kategorizacije luka i pojedinih dijelova luka u zone te analizi stanja s prijedlogom visine lučkih pristojbi za luke pod jurisdikcijom ŽLU Zadar.

Mikulandra je također pitala zašto ​je na otoku Škarda, koji broji ukupno nula stanovnika, uloženo tristo tisuća kuna za popravak dva mula, dok se komunalni vezovi u naseljenim mjestima urušavaju?

- Škarda je naseljena samo za vrijeme ljetnih mjeseci. Na otoku se ne odvija javni linijski prijevoz te su mulići, kojima je prijetilo urušavanje, jedini način za privez u luci. sanacija mulića omogućila je privez broda Elektre te je otok nakon ove investicije po prvi puta dobio struju. Pristup otoku također je neophodan i za brodove koji prevoze građevinski materijal neophodan za sanaciju građevina na otoku.
