- Sredstva za 2022. su relativno skromna, jer se tek ide u realizaciju projekta, pa u prvoj godini neće biti veliki izdatak za proračun Zadarske županije. Međutim, ako bude potrebno, u rebalansu proračuna će se osigurati dodatna financijska sredstva za realizaciju projekta – naveli su iz Odjela za gospodarstvo Zadarske županije, vezano uz pokretanje programa subvencioniranja kamata na stambene kredite, za što je u proračunu u 2022. godini predviđeno 130.000 kuna.  

Program se ne odnosi na sve, već na ciljanu skupinu: višečlane obitelji s troje ili više djece, koje ne pripadaju u socijalnu kategoriju i ne mogu dobiti socijalni stan.

- Oni su jedna od ranjivijih skupina jer po svojim prihodima ne mogu ostvariti pravo na socijalni stan, a ne mogu ga ni kupiti na tržištu ili izgraditi kuću, jer ne mogu otplaćivati ratu kredita za ovako veliko ulaganje – istaknuto je iz resornog Odjela.

Ovim obiteljima Zadarska županija će pri kupnji stana ili kuće financijski pomoći otplaćivati rate kredita tako što će prvih pet godina plaćati najmanje 50 posto kamate  njihovog kredita. Ove subvencije se odnose i ako je u pitanju gradnja kuće.

U ovaj program će se uključiti i pomoć deficitarnim kadrovima: zdravstveni, znanstveni i IT sektor, kojima će se na isti način pomoći oko rješavanja stambenog  pitanja. Cilj je da ostanu raditi i živjeti u Zadarskoj županiji.

Očekivana kamatna stopa koja se dogovara s bankama je svega 2,5 posto. Planira se da bi se u prvoj (2022. godini) godini subvencioniralo 40 kredita.

Dodatni doprinos ovom projektu, što će smanjiti troškove obiteljima, je i oslobađanje ili značajno smanjenje komunalnog doprinosa za kuće koje bi se gradile iz sredstava ovog projekta, u svim jedinicama lokalne samouprave u Zadarskoj županiji.

- Profitiraju i jedinice lokalne samouprave, jer se porez na dohodak plaća po prebivalištu, pa će se povećavati osnovni prihod – istaknuto je.

Još jedan program financijskog poticanja je pomoć razvoju Sturtup-ova, za što je u županijskom proračunu predviđeno 150.000 kuna u ovoj godini.     

- Radi se o bespovratnoj potpori gospodarskim subjektima. Programom tek treba propisati kriterije, popis neprihvatljivih djelatnosti, te druga pitanja vezana za provedbu programa. Ovom mjerom potpore utječe se na tehnološki razvoj poduzetnika, odnosno povećanje razine tehnološke sposobnosti poduzetnika jer se zbog poboljšanja likvidnosti povećava mogućnosti ulaganja u razvoj – istaknuto je iz Odjela za gospodarstvo Zadarske županije.

Cilj programa je osnaživanje kapaciteta mikro i malih poduzetnika, te povećanje konkurentnosti.

- Program predstavlja direktnu mjeru, odnosno instrument kojim se na regionalnoj razini potiče brži razvitak malog gospodarstva, s ciljem novog zapošljavanja i povećanja gospodarskog rasta u cjelini, kroz bespovratnu potporu gospodarskim subjektima koji svoje djelatne aktivnosti obavljaju na području Zadarske županije – istaknuto je. Predviđenih 150 tisuća kuna bit će raspoređeno prema kriterijima koji će uskoro biti obznanjeni, i to kao nepovratna sredstva.

- Sredstva za 2022. su relativno skromna, jer se tek ide u realizaciju projekta, pa u prvoj godini neće biti veliki izdatak za proračun Zadarske županije. Međutim, ako bude potrebno, u rebalansu proračuna će se osigurati dodatna financijska sredstva za realizaciju projekta – naveli su iz Odjela za gospodarstvo Zadarske županije, vezano uz pokretanje programa subvencioniranja kamata na stambene kredite, za što je u proračunu u 2022. godini predviđeno 130.000 kuna.  

Program se ne odnosi na sve, već na ciljanu skupinu: višečlane obitelji s troje ili više djece, koje ne pripadaju u socijalnu kategoriju i ne mogu dobiti socijalni stan.

- Oni su jedna od ranjivijih skupina jer po svojim prihodima ne mogu ostvariti pravo na socijalni stan, a ne mogu ga ni kupiti na tržištu ili izgraditi kuću, jer ne mogu otplaćivati ratu kredita za ovako veliko ulaganje – istaknuto je iz resornog Odjela.

Ovim obiteljima Zadarska županija će pri kupnji stana ili kuće financijski pomoći otplaćivati rate kredita tako što će prvih pet godina plaćati najmanje 50 posto kamate  njihovog kredita. Ove subvencije se odnose i ako je u pitanju gradnja kuće.

U ovaj program će se uključiti i pomoć deficitarnim kadrovima: zdravstveni, znanstveni i IT sektor, kojima će se na isti način pomoći oko rješavanja stambenog  pitanja. Cilj je da ostanu raditi i živjeti u Zadarskoj županiji.

Očekivana kamatna stopa koja se dogovara s bankama je svega 2,5 posto. Planira se da bi se u prvoj (2022. godini) godini subvencioniralo 40 kredita.

Dodatni doprinos ovom projektu, što će smanjiti troškove obiteljima, je i oslobađanje ili značajno smanjenje komunalnog doprinosa za kuće koje bi se gradile iz sredstava ovog projekta, u svim jedinicama lokalne samouprave u Zadarskoj županiji.

- Profitiraju i jedinice lokalne samouprave, jer se porez na dohodak plaća po prebivalištu, pa će se povećavati osnovni prihod – istaknuto je.

Još jedan program financijskog poticanja je pomoć razvoju Sturtup-ova, za što je u županijskom proračunu predviđeno 150.000 kuna u ovoj godini.     

- Radi se o bespovratnoj potpori gospodarskim subjektima. Programom tek treba propisati kriterije, popis neprihvatljivih djelatnosti, te druga pitanja vezana za provedbu programa. Ovom mjerom potpore utječe se na tehnološki razvoj poduzetnika, odnosno povećanje razine tehnološke sposobnosti poduzetnika jer se zbog poboljšanja likvidnosti povećava mogućnosti ulaganja u razvoj – istaknuto je iz Odjela za gospodarstvo Zadarske županije.

Cilj programa je osnaživanje kapaciteta mikro i malih poduzetnika, te povećanje konkurentnosti.

- Program predstavlja direktnu mjeru, odnosno instrument kojim se na regionalnoj razini potiče brži razvitak malog gospodarstva, s ciljem novog zapošljavanja i povećanja gospodarskog rasta u cjelini, kroz bespovratnu potporu gospodarskim subjektima koji svoje djelatne aktivnosti obavljaju na području Zadarske županije – istaknuto je. Predviđenih 150 tisuća kuna bit će raspoređeno prema kriterijima koji će uskoro biti obznanjeni, i to kao nepovratna sredstva.

- Sredstva za 2022. su relativno skromna, jer se tek ide u realizaciju projekta, pa u prvoj godini neće biti veliki izdatak za proračun Zadarske županije. Međutim, ako bude potrebno, u rebalansu proračuna će se osigurati dodatna financijska sredstva za realizaciju projekta – naveli su iz Odjela za gospodarstvo Zadarske županije, vezano uz pokretanje programa subvencioniranja kamata na stambene kredite, za što je u proračunu u 2022. godini predviđeno 130.000 kuna.  

Program se ne odnosi na sve, već na ciljanu skupinu: višečlane obitelji s troje ili više djece, koje ne pripadaju u socijalnu kategoriju i ne mogu dobiti socijalni stan.

- Oni su jedna od ranjivijih skupina jer po svojim prihodima ne mogu ostvariti pravo na socijalni stan, a ne mogu ga ni kupiti na tržištu ili izgraditi kuću, jer ne mogu otplaćivati ratu kredita za ovako veliko ulaganje – istaknuto je iz resornog Odjela.

Ovim obiteljima Zadarska županija će pri kupnji stana ili kuće financijski pomoći otplaćivati rate kredita tako što će prvih pet godina plaćati najmanje 50 posto kamate  njihovog kredita. Ove subvencije se odnose i ako je u pitanju gradnja kuće.
