Šime Gligora, direktor Sirane Gligora iz Kolana, kaže da je ova poznata sirana odlučila značajnije povećati vlastito stado ovaca na Pagu kako bi, koliko toliko, osigurali sirovinu, a to je mlijeko paške ovce za proizvodnju paškog sira. Ove će godine Gligore imati stado od 150 ovaca, a plan im je da ih imaju oko 400. To bi im, uz stalne kooperante, bilo dostatno za potrebe proizvodnje paškog sira. Uz to, Sirana Gligora priprema projekte za gradnju novog pogona pakirnice u koju planiraju investirati oko dva i pol milijuna eura.

"Naše planove jako ometa činjenica da još nismo uspjeli dobiti građevinsku dozvolu za gradnju pogona pakirnice. Osim toga, gotovo je nemoguće osigurati građevinare koji će izvesti radove na objektu. Svi su zauzeti ili stanogradnjom ili gradnjom turističkih objekata. Nažalost, u Hrvatskoj se većinom ulaže u nekretnine jer je to, očito, najisplativije.

Ako i dobijete ponudu nekog građevinara, to bude cijena koju proizvođač ne može plaćati. Pogotovo kada saznaju da se investicija djelomice financira novcem EU. Vjerujem da ovakvo stanje neće trajati dugo. Zato se poduzetnici koji investiraju u proizvodnju trebaju strpjeti", poručuje Šime Gligora.

 Kad je riječ o povećanju broja ovaca Gligora ističe da je to prilično zahtjevan posao jer na kompleksu gdje će biti ovce usporedno podižu plantaže raznih vrsta voća poput masline, smokve, šipka...

"Treba urediti pristupne putove, očistiti i iskrčiti parcele, posaditi voćke i sagraditi popratne objekte i infrastrukturu, što nije nimalo jednostavno. Na ovom našem primjeru vidi se da je jednom mladom poljoprivredniku jako teško započeti posao. Nama je donekle lakše jer imamo uhodanu tvrtku koja posluje dugi niz godina, iako se ovdje radi o stalnim ulaganjima u prilično velikom razdoblju i za sve ovo potrebno je puno energije i truda. Puno je posla, a treba i dosta novca. Već dulje vrijeme razmišljamo o formiranju vlastitog stada zato što se čak i na Pagu broj ovaca smanjuje, unatoč osiguranom plasmanu mlijeka, koje, usput, postiže visoku otkupnu cijenu.

 Stariji ljudi po prirodi stvari napuštaju taj posao, a mlađi se za njega odlučuju rijetko", pojašnjava Šime Gligora, koji napominje da će ove godine biti proizvedeno manje paškog sira.

Prema njegovoj procjeni, ovogodišnji pad mogao bi biti oko 20 posto. Djelomično je razlog klimatološki zahtjevna godina, a djelomično je razlog puno ozbiljniji, a to je pad broja ovaca.

"Jako je porasla cijena stočne hrane i svega ostalog, tako da dio ljudi polako gubi volju za uzgoj i mužnju ovaca. To je i zahtjevan posao, pa se sve manje ljudi njime bavi.

Biraju lakše i unosnije poslove, što je razumljivo", ističe Gligora, koji smatra da je smiješno da se nekretnine ne oporezuju, a da se sir oporezuje po stopi PDV-a od čak 25 posto.

Dodaje da se u sustav PDV-a ulazi ako ostvarite godišnji prihod oko 40.000 eura. Ako ne uđete u sustav, onda plaćate PDV na sve što kupujete, a potrebno vam je za poslovanje.

Skuplja proizvodnja

"Osim toga, proizvođači paškog sira koji su uložili i licencirali se za proizvodnu zaštićenog Paškog sira te su registrirali objekte, odnosno pogone, ne vide nikakvu prednost. Moraju plaćati certifikate i imaju skuplju proizvodnju, a s druge strane postoje proizvođači koji napravili nisu ništa, ali prodaju sir. Između ostalog, i zbog toga se događa negativan trend u proizvodnji paškog sira. Oni koji žele raditi legalno nisu zaštićeni. Imaju samo veće troškove. To je i razlog što se zaštićenog paškog sira proizvodi sve manje", pojašnjava Šime Gligora.

Šime Gligora, direktor Sirane Gligora iz Kolana, kaže da je ova poznata sirana odlučila značajnije povećati vlastito stado ovaca na Pagu kako bi, koliko toliko, osigurali sirovinu, a to je mlijeko paške ovce za proizvodnju paškog sira. Ove će godine Gligore imati stado od 150 ovaca, a plan im je da ih imaju oko 400. To bi im, uz stalne kooperante, bilo dostatno za potrebe proizvodnje paškog sira. Uz to, Sirana Gligora priprema projekte za gradnju novog pogona pakirnice u koju planiraju investirati oko dva i pol milijuna eura.

"Naše planove jako ometa činjenica da još nismo uspjeli dobiti građevinsku dozvolu za gradnju pogona pakirnice. Osim toga, gotovo je nemoguće osigurati građevinare koji će izvesti radove na objektu. Svi su zauzeti ili stanogradnjom ili gradnjom turističkih objekata. Nažalost, u Hrvatskoj se većinom ulaže u nekretnine jer je to, očito, najisplativije.

Ako i dobijete ponudu nekog građevinara, to bude cijena koju proizvođač ne može plaćati. Pogotovo kada saznaju da se investicija djelomice financira novcem EU. Vjerujem da ovakvo stanje neće trajati dugo. Zato se poduzetnici koji investiraju u proizvodnju trebaju strpjeti", poručuje Šime Gligora.

 Kad je riječ o povećanju broja ovaca Gligora ističe da je to prilično zahtjevan posao jer na kompleksu gdje će biti ovce usporedno podižu plantaže raznih vrsta voća poput masline, smokve, šipka...

"Treba urediti pristupne putove, očistiti i iskrčiti parcele, posaditi voćke i sagraditi popratne objekte i infrastrukturu, što nije nimalo jednostavno. Na ovom našem primjeru vidi se da je jednom mladom poljoprivredniku jako teško započeti posao. Nama je donekle lakše jer imamo uhodanu tvrtku koja posluje dugi niz godina, iako se ovdje radi o stalnim ulaganjima u prilično velikom razdoblju i za sve ovo potrebno je puno energije i truda. Puno je posla, a treba i dosta novca. Već dulje vrijeme razmišljamo o formiranju vlastitog stada zato što se čak i na Pagu broj ovaca smanjuje, unatoč osiguranom plasmanu mlijeka, koje, usput, postiže visoku otkupnu cijenu.

 Stariji ljudi po prirodi stvari napuštaju taj posao, a mlađi se za njega odlučuju rijetko", pojašnjava Šime Gligora, koji napominje da će ove godine biti proizvedeno manje paškog sira.

Prema njegovoj procjeni, ovogodišnji pad mogao bi biti oko 20 posto. Djelomično je razlog klimatološki zahtjevna godina, a djelomično je razlog puno ozbiljniji, a to je pad broja ovaca.

"Jako je porasla cijena stočne hrane i svega ostalog, tako da dio ljudi polako gubi volju za uzgoj i mužnju ovaca. To je i zahtjevan posao, pa se sve manje ljudi njime bavi.

Biraju lakše i unosnije poslove, što je razumljivo", ističe Gligora, koji smatra da je smiješno da se nekretnine ne oporezuju, a da se sir oporezuje po stopi PDV-a od čak 25 posto.

Dodaje da se u sustav PDV-a ulazi ako ostvarite godišnji prihod oko 40.000 eura. Ako ne uđete u sustav, onda plaćate PDV na sve što kupujete, a potrebno vam je za poslovanje.

Skuplja proizvodnja

"Osim toga, proizvođači paškog sira koji su uložili i licencirali se za proizvodnu zaštićenog Paškog sira te su registrirali objekte, odnosno pogone, ne vide nikakvu prednost. Moraju plaćati certifikate i imaju skuplju proizvodnju, a s druge strane postoje proizvođači koji napravili nisu ništa, ali prodaju sir. Između ostalog, i zbog toga se događa negativan trend u proizvodnji paškog sira. Oni koji žele raditi legalno nisu zaštićeni. Imaju samo veće troškove. To je i razlog što se zaštićenog paškog sira proizvodi sve manje", pojašnjava Šime Gligora.

Šime Gligora, direktor Sirane Gligora iz Kolana, kaže da je ova poznata sirana odlučila značajnije povećati vlastito stado ovaca na Pagu kako bi, koliko toliko, osigurali sirovinu, a to je mlijeko paške ovce za proizvodnju paškog sira. Ove će godine Gligore imati stado od 150 ovaca, a plan im je da ih imaju oko 400. To bi im, uz stalne kooperante, bilo dostatno za potrebe proizvodnje paškog sira. Uz to, Sirana Gligora priprema projekte za gradnju novog pogona pakirnice u koju planiraju investirati oko dva i pol milijuna eura.

"Naše planove jako ometa činjenica da još nismo uspjeli dobiti građevinsku dozvolu za gradnju pogona pakirnice. Osim toga, gotovo je nemoguće osigurati građevinare koji će izvesti radove na objektu. Svi su zauzeti ili stanogradnjom ili gradnjom turističkih objekata. Nažalost, u Hrvatskoj se većinom ulaže u nekretnine jer je to, očito, najisplativije.

Ako i dobijete ponudu nekog građevinara, to bude cijena koju proizvođač ne može plaćati. Pogotovo kada saznaju da se investicija djelomice financira novcem EU. Vjerujem da ovakvo stanje neće trajati dugo. Zato se poduzetnici koji investiraju u proizvodnju trebaju strpjeti", poručuje Šime Gligora.

 Kad je riječ o povećanju broja ovaca Gligora ističe da je to prilično zahtjevan posao jer na kompleksu gdje će biti ovce usporedno podižu plantaže raznih vrsta voća poput masline, smokve, šipka...

"Treba urediti pristupne putove, očistiti i iskrčiti parcele, posaditi voćke i sagraditi popratne objekte i infrastrukturu, što nije nimalo jednostavno. Na ovom našem primjeru vidi se da je jednom mladom poljoprivredniku jako teško započeti posao.
