Noć s 15. na 16. srpnja završila je kobno za mladića iz Varaždina starog 24 godine. Mladić M.V. se automobilom Ford Fiestom vozio inače prometnom istočnom obilaznicom Varaždina, ali u to doba noći, u 1:30 sati potpuno praznom, kad je iz svoje trake skrenuo na povišeni dio s južne strane raskrižja, udario u semafor i na licu mjesta poginuo, što dovoljno govori o silini udara, piše Jutarnji.

Policijska uprava Varaždinska o događaju je napisala: "On je upravljao osobnim vozilom lijevom prometnom trakom zapadne kolničke trake Istočne obilaznice grada Varaždina iz smjera Gospodarske ulice u smjeru Turčina. Dolaskom do raskrižja s Ulicom Ivane Brlić Mažuranić, iz neutvrđenog je razloga vozilom skrenuo ulijevo na središnji fizički odvojak s južne strane raskrižja, gdje je prednjim dijelom vozila udario u metalni stup semaforskog uređaja. Od zadobivenih ozljeda prilikom udara, preminuo je na mjestu događaja, a smrt je konstatirala liječnica ekipe Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije. Tijelo nesretnog mladića prevezeno je na Odjel patologije Opće bolnice Varaždin gdje će se obaviti obdukcija."

Nesreća se dogodila u blizini poznate varaždinske benzinske postaje "Šilec", koja je nesretno već postala sinonim za prometne nesreće, budući da se radi o raskrižju na kojemu se brza zaobilaznica spaja s ulicama koje dolaze sa Zagrebačke, a kojima vozači žele izbjeći čekanje na pružnom prijelazu u Turčinu.

Tako se u ožujku prošle godine na raskrižju kod iste benzinske postaje dogodila prometna nesreća, kada se automobil također zabio u stup semafora. Dvoje unesrećenih tada su iz automobila morali izvlačiti vatrogasci.

Dvije godine ranije, na tada neoznačenom željezničkom prijelazu na ulici koja iz Zagrebačke vodi na zaobilaznicu, u naletu vlaka poginuo je vozač automobila. Na njegov je automobil u 19:30 sati naletio vlak, a taj je događaj izazvao veliki gnjev Varaždinaca koji su inzistirali da se željeznička pruga bez rampe i označena samo prometnim znakom upozorenja hitno sigurnosno opremi.

Požar na autobusu punom turista prošao bez ozljeđenih

Prošle se noći dogodila još jedna prometna nesreća u Varaždinu, koja je umalo završila tragedijom, ali na sreću je sve prošlo bez ljudskih žrtava. Autobus pun slovačkih turista oko 22.45 se zapalio zbog kvara na električnim instalacijama klima uređaja.

Autobus je autocestom A4 iz smjera Zagreba prema Goričanu vozio 48 putnika kad se, dok je većina putnika spavala, zapalila električna instalacija da bi se požar iz motora odmah proširio na cijelo vozilo koje je u trenutku postalo buktinja i u potpunosti izgorjelo. Srećom su dvojica vozača i putnici odmah evakuirani pa nitko nije stradao. PU Varaždinska organizirala je prijevoz i smještaj uplašenih i šokiranih Slovaka u Goričan, gdje su ih potom zbrinuli djelatnici Crvenog križa.

Noć s 15. na 16. srpnja završila je kobno za mladića iz Varaždina starog 24 godine. Mladić M.V. se automobilom Ford Fiestom vozio inače prometnom istočnom obilaznicom Varaždina, ali u to doba noći, u 1:30 sati potpuno praznom, kad je iz svoje trake skrenuo na povišeni dio s južne strane raskrižja, udario u semafor i na licu mjesta poginuo, što dovoljno govori o silini udara, piše Jutarnji.

Policijska uprava Varaždinska o događaju je napisala: "On je upravljao osobnim vozilom lijevom prometnom trakom zapadne kolničke trake Istočne obilaznice grada Varaždina iz smjera Gospodarske ulice u smjeru Turčina. Dolaskom do raskrižja s Ulicom Ivane Brlić Mažuranić, iz neutvrđenog je razloga vozilom skrenuo ulijevo na središnji fizički odvojak s južne strane raskrižja, gdje je prednjim dijelom vozila udario u metalni stup semaforskog uređaja. Od zadobivenih ozljeda prilikom udara, preminuo je na mjestu događaja, a smrt je konstatirala liječnica ekipe Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije. Tijelo nesretnog mladića prevezeno je na Odjel patologije Opće bolnice Varaždin gdje će se obaviti obdukcija."

Nesreća se dogodila u blizini poznate varaždinske benzinske postaje "Šilec", koja je nesretno već postala sinonim za prometne nesreće, budući da se radi o raskrižju na kojemu se brza zaobilaznica spaja s ulicama koje dolaze sa Zagrebačke, a kojima vozači žele izbjeći čekanje na pružnom prijelazu u Turčinu.

Tako se u ožujku prošle godine na raskrižju kod iste benzinske postaje dogodila prometna nesreća, kada se automobil također zabio u stup semafora. Dvoje unesrećenih tada su iz automobila morali izvlačiti vatrogasci.

Dvije godine ranije, na tada neoznačenom željezničkom prijelazu na ulici koja iz Zagrebačke vodi na zaobilaznicu, u naletu vlaka poginuo je vozač automobila. Na njegov je automobil u 19:30 sati naletio vlak, a taj je događaj izazvao veliki gnjev Varaždinaca koji su inzistirali da se željeznička pruga bez rampe i označena samo prometnim znakom upozorenja hitno sigurnosno opremi.

Požar na autobusu punom turista prošao bez ozljeđenih

Prošle se noći dogodila još jedna prometna nesreća u Varaždinu, koja je umalo završila tragedijom, ali na sreću je sve prošlo bez ljudskih žrtava. Autobus pun slovačkih turista oko 22.45 se zapalio zbog kvara na električnim instalacijama klima uređaja.

Autobus je autocestom A4 iz smjera Zagreba prema Goričanu vozio 48 putnika kad se, dok je većina putnika spavala, zapalila električna instalacija da bi se požar iz motora odmah proširio na cijelo vozilo koje je u trenutku postalo buktinja i u potpunosti izgorjelo. Srećom su dvojica vozača i putnici odmah evakuirani pa nitko nije stradao. PU Varaždinska organizirala je prijevoz i smještaj uplašenih i šokiranih Slovaka u Goričan, gdje su ih potom zbrinuli djelatnici Crvenog križa.
