Na području Tustice, izvan naselja Sv. Petar prema Sukošanu, izgradit će se hotel i kamp kapaciteta 1000 kreveta, uz more plaža s plažnim sadržajima, šetnica, jedan vez i privezište za 200 plovila - objavljeno je na službenim web stranicama Općine Sveti Filip i Jakov. 

- Novi UPU ugostiteljsko-turističke zone je izuzetno značajan za žitelje Sv. Petra i sve općinske žitelje na kojem intenzivno radimo protekle dvije godine. Nakon zelenog svjetla Ministarstva prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine UPU je jednoglasno prihvaćen na Vijeću što će znatno utjecati za bolji standard naših žitelja, naročito na demografsku obnovu, rekao je Pelicarić.

Izmjene i dopune UPU-a je izradila tvrtka Volat j.d.o.o. iz Posedarja. Novom će se zonom obuhvatiti mikrodestinacije (Babac, Raštane Donje, Raštane Gornje, Sikovo, Sv. Filip i Jakov, Sv. Petar na Moru i Turanj) koje će se na taj način moći bolje turistički razvijati. Građevinsko zemljište obuhvaća sjeveroistočni dio ugostiteljske i turističke namjene kod Jadranske magistrale i zonu rekreacije s privezištem i plažom u jugozapadnom dijelu.

Hotel i kamp predviđeni su u  zoni gospodarske ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene, dok se u zoni rekreacije planira uređena morska plaža i privezište. Ugostiteljsko-turistička zona obuhvaća cjelinu za gradnju hotela s minimalno 4 zvjezdice u zapadnom dijelu i T3 za gradnju kampa u istočnom dijelu, dok je smještajni kapacitet ugostiteljsko-turističke zone 1000 kreveta u kapacitetima hotela i u kampu, objasnio je Pelicarić.

U zoni ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene T1, najmanje 70 posto smještajnih jedinica mora biti u zgradi hotela, a najviše 30 posto u depadansama.

- Unutar zone obuhvata Plana obvezna je izgradnja raskrižja i dva pothodnika za potrebe javnog pješačkog pristupa do obalnog dijela i predviđenog kolnog pristupa do pristaništa, naglasio je.

Također, unutar prostorne cjeline T3 predviđena je gradnja kampa te se na predviđenoj građevnoj čestici moraju ostvariti svi potrebni sadržaji za cjelovito pružanje usluga u toj prostornoj cjelini.

- Planom uređenja sportsko-rekreacijske zone je predviđeno uređenje i izgradnja uređene morske plaže, šetnica (lungo mare) minimalne širine 3 metra, plažni sadržaji te izgradnja privezišta s maksimalno 20 posto ukupnog broja smještajnih jedinica pod kojim se podrazumijeva smještaj jednog pristana veza maksimalne duljine operativne obale 20 metara za prihvat turističkih brodova za prijevoz izletnika - turista, opisao je Pelicarić.

Na području Tustice, izvan naselja Sv. Petar prema Sukošanu, izgradit će se hotel i kamp kapaciteta 1000 kreveta, uz more plaža s plažnim sadržajima, šetnica, jedan vez i privezište za 200 plovila - objavljeno je na službenim web stranicama Općine Sveti Filip i Jakov. 

- Novi UPU ugostiteljsko-turističke zone je izuzetno značajan za žitelje Sv. Petra i sve općinske žitelje na kojem intenzivno radimo protekle dvije godine. Nakon zelenog svjetla Ministarstva prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine UPU je jednoglasno prihvaćen na Vijeću što će znatno utjecati za bolji standard naših žitelja, naročito na demografsku obnovu, rekao je Pelicarić.

Izmjene i dopune UPU-a je izradila tvrtka Volat j.d.o.o. iz Posedarja. Novom će se zonom obuhvatiti mikrodestinacije (Babac, Raštane Donje, Raštane Gornje, Sikovo, Sv. Filip i Jakov, Sv. Petar na Moru i Turanj) koje će se na taj način moći bolje turistički razvijati. Građevinsko zemljište obuhvaća sjeveroistočni dio ugostiteljske i turističke namjene kod Jadranske magistrale i zonu rekreacije s privezištem i plažom u jugozapadnom dijelu.

Hotel i kamp predviđeni su u  zoni gospodarske ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene, dok se u zoni rekreacije planira uređena morska plaža i privezište. Ugostiteljsko-turistička zona obuhvaća cjelinu za gradnju hotela s minimalno 4 zvjezdice u zapadnom dijelu i T3 za gradnju kampa u istočnom dijelu, dok je smještajni kapacitet ugostiteljsko-turističke zone 1000 kreveta u kapacitetima hotela i u kampu, objasnio je Pelicarić.

U zoni ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene T1, najmanje 70 posto smještajnih jedinica mora biti u zgradi hotela, a najviše 30 posto u depadansama.

- Unutar zone obuhvata Plana obvezna je izgradnja raskrižja i dva pothodnika za potrebe javnog pješačkog pristupa do obalnog dijela i predviđenog kolnog pristupa do pristaništa, naglasio je.

Također, unutar prostorne cjeline T3 predviđena je gradnja kampa te se na predviđenoj građevnoj čestici moraju ostvariti svi potrebni sadržaji za cjelovito pružanje usluga u toj prostornoj cjelini.

- Planom uređenja sportsko-rekreacijske zone je predviđeno uređenje i izgradnja uređene morske plaže, šetnica (lungo mare) minimalne širine 3 metra, plažni sadržaji te izgradnja privezišta s maksimalno 20 posto ukupnog broja smještajnih jedinica pod kojim se podrazumijeva smještaj jednog pristana veza maksimalne duljine operativne obale 20 metara za prihvat turističkih brodova za prijevoz izletnika - turista, opisao je Pelicarić.

Dobre vijesti iz Općine Sveti Filip i Jakov: U Tustici se stvaraju preduvjeti za hotel i kamp s tisuću ležajeva!

Na području Tustice, izvan naselja Sv. Petar prema Sukošanu, izgradit će se hotel i kamp kapaciteta 1000 kreveta, uz more plaža s plažnim sadržajima, šetnica, jedan vez i privezište za 200 plovila - objavljeno je na službenim web stranicama Općine Sveti Filip i Jakov. 

- Novi UPU ugostiteljsko-turističke zone je izuzetno značajan za žitelje Sv. Petra i sve općinske žitelje na kojem intenzivno radimo protekle dvije godine. Nakon zelenog svjetla Ministarstva prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine UPU je jednoglasno prihvaćen na Vijeću što će znatno utjecati za bolji standard naših žitelja, naročito na demografsku obnovu, rekao je Pelicarić.

Izmjene i dopune UPU-a je izradila tvrtka Volat j.d.o.o. iz Posedarja. Novom će se zonom obuhvatiti mikrodestinacije (Babac, Raštane Donje, Raštane Gornje, Sikovo, Sv. Filip i Jakov, Sv. Petar na Moru i Turanj) koje će se na taj način moći bolje turistički razvijati. Građevinsko zemljište obuhvaća sjeveroistočni dio ugostiteljske i turističke namjene kod Jadranske magistrale i zonu rekreacije s privezištem i plažom u jugozapadnom dijelu.

Hotel i kamp predviđeni su u  zoni gospodarske ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene, dok se u zoni rekreacije planira uređena morska plaža i privezište. Ugostiteljsko-turistička zona obuhvaća cjelinu za gradnju hotela s minimalno 4 zvjezdice u zapadnom dijelu i T3 za gradnju kampa u istočnom dijelu, dok je smještajni kapacitet ugostiteljsko-turističke zone 1000 kreveta u kapacitetima hotela i u kampu, objasnio je Pelicarić.

U zoni ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene T1, najmanje 70 posto smještajnih jedinica mora biti u zgradi hotela, a najviše 30 posto u depadansama.

- Unutar zone obuhvata Plana obvezna je izgradnja raskrižja i dva pothodnika za potrebe javnog pješačkog pristupa do obalnog dijela i predviđenog kolnog pristupa do pristaništa, naglasio je.

Također, unutar prostorne cjeline T3 predviđena je gradnja kampa te se na predviđenoj građevnoj čestici moraju ostvariti svi potrebni sadržaji za cjelovito pružanje usluga u toj prostornoj cjelini.

- Planom uređenja sportsko-rekreacijske zone je predviđeno uređenje i izgradnja uređene morske plaže, šetnica (lungo mare) minimalne širine 3 metra, plažni sadržaji te izgradnja privezišta s maksimalno 20 posto ukupnog broja smještajnih jedinica pod kojim se podrazumijeva smještaj jednog pristana veza maksimalne duljine operativne obale 20 metara za prihvat turističkih brodova za prijevoz izletnika - turista, opisao je Pelicarić.
