Županijska skupština u srijedu je potvrdila odluku o koncesiji za izgradnju nautičke marine u Svetom Filipu i Jakovu.
Stručno povjerenstvo na čelu s Krešimirom Laštrom, županijski pročelnikom za pomorsko dobro, more i promet, većinom je glasova odlučilo koncesiju dati tvrtki Labora iz Turnja u vlasništvu Marka Santinija.
Iako tvrtka Labora prema zapisniku nije dostavila potrebnu dokumentaciju u elektronskom obliku, već samo u pisanom, to nije stvaralo probleme prilikom odabira tvrtke jer je ponuda turanjske tvrtke u svim elementima bila daleko bolja od zagrebačke tvrtke Portus Navigo.
Za površinu od od 92.304 kvadrata Labora je za stalni dio koncesijske naknade ponudila jedan euro po metru kvadratnom što iznosi 92.304 eura godišnje te 3 posto od godišnjeg prihoda ostvarenog od obavljanja djelatnosti na području koncesije od čega je jedna trećina prihod proračuna Zadarske županije.
Portus Navigo je ponudio daleko nižu cijenu po metru kvadratnom koncesije, u iznosu od 34 centa, te 2,5 posto od godišnjeg prihoda.
Koncesija se tvrtki Labora izdaje na 20 godina, a u pomorsko dobro dužni su uložiti 15,9 milijuna eura. Nautička marina imat će do 200 vezova.
Potpredsjednik Stručnog povjerenstva koje je donosilo odluku o izboru koncesionara je bivši državni tajnik Šime Mršić, dok su članovi Ljiljana Peričin, Nikica Miletić te Stjepan Gverić, a predstavnik Općine Sv. Filip i Jakov bio je Jure Jelenić.
Podsjetimo, do kraja godine treba biti dovršena nova nautička marina u Dragama s 200 vezova, a u pripremi je i izgradnja nautičke marine istog kapaciteta u Svetom Petru vrijedne 31 milijun eura. Zajedno s nautičkom marinom u Sv. Filipu i Jakovu to znači oko 600 novih nautičkih vezova na području Zadarske županije.

Županijska skupština u srijedu je potvrdila odluku o koncesiji za izgradnju nautičke marine u Svetom Filipu i Jakovu.
Stručno povjerenstvo na čelu s Krešimirom Laštrom, županijski pročelnikom za pomorsko dobro, more i promet, većinom je glasova odlučilo koncesiju dati tvrtki Labora iz Turnja u vlasništvu Marka Santinija.
Iako tvrtka Labora prema zapisniku nije dostavila potrebnu dokumentaciju u elektronskom obliku, već samo u pisanom, to nije stvaralo probleme prilikom odabira tvrtke jer je ponuda turanjske tvrtke u svim elementima bila daleko bolja od zagrebačke tvrtke Portus Navigo.
Za površinu od od 92.304 kvadrata Labora je za stalni dio koncesijske naknade ponudila jedan euro po metru kvadratnom što iznosi 92.304 eura godišnje te 3 posto od godišnjeg prihoda ostvarenog od obavljanja djelatnosti na području koncesije od čega je jedna trećina prihod proračuna Zadarske županije.
Portus Navigo je ponudio daleko nižu cijenu po metru kvadratnom koncesije, u iznosu od 34 centa, te 2,5 posto od godišnjeg prihoda.
Koncesija se tvrtki Labora izdaje na 20 godina, a u pomorsko dobro dužni su uložiti 15,9 milijuna eura. Nautička marina imat će do 200 vezova.
Potpredsjednik Stručnog povjerenstva koje je donosilo odluku o izboru koncesionara je bivši državni tajnik Šime Mršić, dok su članovi Ljiljana Peričin, Nikica Miletić te Stjepan Gverić, a predstavnik Općine Sv. Filip i Jakov bio je Jure Jelenić.
Podsjetimo, do kraja godine treba biti dovršena nova nautička marina u Dragama s 200 vezova, a u pripremi je i izgradnja nautičke marine istog kapaciteta u Svetom Petru vrijedne 31 milijun eura. Zajedno s nautičkom marinom u Sv. Filipu i Jakovu to znači oko 600 novih nautičkih vezova na području Zadarske županije.
