Zadarsko tužiteljstvo podignulo je optužnicu protiv 29-godišnjeg komercijalista iz Zagreba jer je u travnju ucjenjivao Zadranina fotografijama intimnih dijelova tijela koje je od njega dobio predstavljajući mu se kao ženska osoba, a potom i njezin šef.

Predstavljajući mu se kao osoba ženskog spola zainteresirana za intimno druženje, s Zadraninom je, prema optužnici, stupio u kontakt 25. ožujka putem društvene mreže Whatsapp. Nakon nekoliko razmijenjenih poruka zatražio je od njega da fotografira intimne dijelove tijela, te mu ustupi svoje ime i prezime kako bi se mogli povezati na društvenoj mreži Facebook. Kada je Zadranin to i učinio, 29-godišnjak ga je počeo tim fotografijama ucjenjivati predstavljajući mu se kao šef te ženske osobe.

Prijetio mu je da će njegove intimne fotografije učiniti javno dostupnima njegovim prijateljima na društvenoj mreži Facebook, kao i njegovoj obitelji. Zbog toga je od njega zatražio da mu uplati novac što je Zadranin u strahu od prijetnji i sramoćenja i učinio Novac mu je putem A -bona i kladionice uplatio u tri navrata. Najprije je 3. travnja 2021. izvršio uplatu u iznosu od 1.100,00 kuna, 5. travnja 300,00 kuna, a 4. svibnja 800,00 kuna.

Zagrepčanin se okoristio za iznos od 2.200,00 kuna, a optužnicom se tereti za kazneno djelo protiv imovine iznudom. Tužiteljstvo je zatražilo da ga se proglasi krivim, te da mu izrekne uvjetna kazna zatvora u trajanju od osam mjeseci, s rokom kušnje od tri godine.

Zadarsko tužiteljstvo podignulo je optužnicu protiv 29-godišnjeg komercijalista iz Zagreba jer je u travnju ucjenjivao Zadranina fotografijama intimnih dijelova tijela koje je od njega dobio predstavljajući mu se kao ženska osoba, a potom i njezin šef.

Predstavljajući mu se kao osoba ženskog spola zainteresirana za intimno druženje, s Zadraninom je, prema optužnici, stupio u kontakt 25. ožujka putem društvene mreže Whatsapp. Nakon nekoliko razmijenjenih poruka zatražio je od njega da fotografira intimne dijelove tijela, te mu ustupi svoje ime i prezime kako bi se mogli povezati na društvenoj mreži Facebook. Kada je Zadranin to i učinio, 29-godišnjak ga je počeo tim fotografijama ucjenjivati predstavljajući mu se kao šef te ženske osobe.

Prijetio mu je da će njegove intimne fotografije učiniti javno dostupnima njegovim prijateljima na društvenoj mreži Facebook, kao i njegovoj obitelji. Zbog toga je od njega zatražio da mu uplati novac što je Zadranin u strahu od prijetnji i sramoćenja i učinio Novac mu je putem A -bona i kladionice uplatio u tri navrata. Najprije je 3. travnja 2021. izvršio uplatu u iznosu od 1.100,00 kuna, 5. travnja 300,00 kuna, a 4. svibnja 800,00 kuna.

Zagrepčanin se okoristio za iznos od 2.200,00 kuna, a optužnicom se tereti za kazneno djelo protiv imovine iznudom. Tužiteljstvo je zatražilo da ga se proglasi krivim, te da mu izrekne uvjetna kazna zatvora u trajanju od osam mjeseci, s rokom kušnje od tri godine.

Zadraninu se predstavio kao žena zainteresirana za intimno druženje, a onda ga ucjenjivao fotografijama intimnih dijelova tijela koje mu je ovaj slao

Zadarsko tužiteljstvo podignulo je optužnicu protiv 29-godišnjeg komercijalista iz Zagreba jer je u travnju ucjenjivao Zadranina fotografijama intimnih dijelova tijela koje je od njega dobio predstavljajući mu se kao ženska osoba, a potom i njezin šef.

Predstavljajući mu se kao osoba ženskog spola zainteresirana za intimno druženje, s Zadraninom je, prema optužnici, stupio u kontakt 25. ožujka putem društvene mreže Whatsapp. Nakon nekoliko razmijenjenih poruka zatražio je od njega da fotografira intimne dijelove tijela, te mu ustupi svoje ime i prezime kako bi se mogli povezati na društvenoj mreži Facebook. Kada je Zadranin to i učinio, 29-godišnjak ga je počeo tim fotografijama ucjenjivati predstavljajući mu se kao šef te ženske osobe.

Prijetio mu je da će njegove intimne fotografije učiniti javno dostupnima njegovim prijateljima na društvenoj mreži Facebook, kao i njegovoj obitelji. Zbog toga je od njega zatražio da mu uplati novac što je Zadranin u strahu od prijetnji i sramoćenja i učinio Novac mu je putem A -bona i kladionice uplatio u tri navrata. Najprije je 3. travnja 2021. izvršio uplatu u iznosu od 1.100,00 kuna, 5. travnja 300,00 kuna, a 4. svibnja 800,00 kuna.

Zagrepčanin se okoristio za iznos od 2.200,00 kuna, a optužnicom se tereti za kazneno djelo protiv imovine iznudom. Tužiteljstvo je zatražilo da ga se proglasi krivim, te da mu izrekne uvjetna kazna zatvora u trajanju od osam mjeseci, s rokom kušnje od tri godine.
