"Iz Hrvatske je u zadnjih 10 godina iselila svaka četvrta medicinska sestra iz sustava, 7 i pol tisuća samo iz sustava! Drugi podatak je da je iselilo više od tisuću liječnika specijalista. Ovo više nije samo ekonomska tema već ovo postaje sigurnosni problem."

Liječnici i demografi upozorili su u Zadru na 25 godina sustavnog urušavanja zdravstvenog sustava. Zbog pandemije nisu bili u stanju održati okrugli stol u sklopu simpozija na tu temu pa su putem medijske konferencije pozvali ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša da posveti više pažnje liječnicima koji su na prvoj crti obrane zdravstvenog sustava. Istaknuli su i demografski problem jer, kažu, među desecima tisuća ljudi koji godišnje napuštaju Hrvatsku, brojni su zdravstveni djelatnici, objavio je Radio Zadar. 

Ispred stupa srama na zadarskom Forumu, liječnici, članovi Hrvatskoga liječničkog zbora, upozorili su na četvrt stoljeća urušavanja hrvatskog zdravstvenog sustava. Situacija je kulminirala u vremenu pandemije. Požalili su se da zaštitnu opremu u vremenu pandemije nabavljaju velikim dijelom sami, a ona je neadekvatna. Ginekologinja Marija Divić predsjednica je Hrvatskog društva za primarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu te koncesionar u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji.

Mi smo baza zdravstva. U mirnodopskim uvjetima odradimo 80 %, a sada u epidemiji i preko 90 %. Čuvamo vrata bolnice pred epidemijom i ne damo joj dalje. I sada nas ravnatelji i lokalni stožeri stavljaju vikendom stavljaju dežurati u Covid i drugim ambulantama hitnosti da bismo mi sljedećeg radnog dana opet bili na raspolaganju svojim pacijentima.

Liječnici ističu i da jedinice lokalne i regionalne samouprave ne provode odredbe Zakon o zdravstvenoj zaštiti. Devastirani smo kao struka, upozorava Divić:

Ministar može jednim dekretom iz jednog statusa pretvoriti u drugi; iz zakupa u koncesiju, iz koncesije u ugovornu ordinaciju. Ali ne, nama treba puno administrativnih opterećenja, nama treba tržišnih najamnina i nas treba opteretiti.

Situacija je, kažu, još kritičnija jer liječnici su ljudi u pedesetim godinama, a nasljednike sustav nije osigurao. Dodatan problem je iseljavanje. Demograf Tado Jurić:

Postavlja se pitanje može li ovakav zdravstveni sustav podnijeti borbu s pandemijom, zaključili su liječnici i demografi.

Liječnici i demografi upozorili su u Zadru na 25 godina sustavnog urušavanja zdravstvenog sustava. Zbog pandemije nisu bili u stanju održati okrugli stol u sklopu simpozija na tu temu pa su putem medijske konferencije pozvali ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša da posveti više pažnje liječnicima koji su na prvoj crti obrane zdravstvenog sustava. Istaknuli su i demografski problem jer, kažu, među desecima tisuća ljudi koji godišnje napuštaju Hrvatsku, brojni su zdravstveni djelatnici, objavio je Radio Zadar. 

Ispred stupa srama na zadarskom Forumu, liječnici, članovi Hrvatskoga liječničkog zbora, upozorili su na četvrt stoljeća urušavanja hrvatskog zdravstvenog sustava. Situacija je kulminirala u vremenu pandemije. Požalili su se da zaštitnu opremu u vremenu pandemije nabavljaju velikim dijelom sami, a ona je neadekvatna. Ginekologinja Marija Divić predsjednica je Hrvatskog društva za primarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu te koncesionar u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji.

Mi smo baza zdravstva. U mirnodopskim uvjetima odradimo 80 %, a sada u epidemiji i preko 90 %. Čuvamo vrata bolnice pred epidemijom i ne damo joj dalje. I sada nas ravnatelji i lokalni stožeri stavljaju vikendom stavljaju dežurati u Covid i drugim ambulantama hitnosti da bismo mi sljedećeg radnog dana opet bili na raspolaganju svojim pacijentima.

Liječnici ističu i da jedinice lokalne i regionalne samouprave ne provode odredbe Zakon o zdravstvenoj zaštiti. Devastirani smo kao struka, upozorava Divić:

Ministar može jednim dekretom iz jednog statusa pretvoriti u drugi; iz zakupa u koncesiju, iz koncesije u ugovornu ordinaciju. Ali ne, nama treba puno administrativnih opterećenja, nama treba tržišnih najamnina i nas treba opteretiti.

Situacija je, kažu, još kritičnija jer liječnici su ljudi u pedesetim godinama, a nasljednike sustav nije osigurao. Dodatan problem je iseljavanje. Demograf Tado Jurić:

"Iz Hrvatske je u zadnjih 10 godina iselila svaka četvrta medicinska sestra iz sustava, 7 i pol tisuća samo iz sustava! Drugi podatak je da je iselilo više od tisuću liječnika specijalista. Ovo više nije samo ekonomska tema već ovo postaje sigurnosni problem."

Liječnici i demografi upozorili su u Zadru na 25 godina sustavnog urušavanja zdravstvenog sustava. Zbog pandemije nisu bili u stanju održati okrugli stol u sklopu simpozija na tu temu pa su putem medijske konferencije pozvali ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša da posveti više pažnje liječnicima koji su na prvoj crti obrane zdravstvenog sustava. Istaknuli su i demografski problem jer, kažu, među desecima tisuća ljudi koji godišnje napuštaju Hrvatsku, brojni su zdravstveni djelatnici, objavio je Radio Zadar. 

Ispred stupa srama na zadarskom Forumu, liječnici, članovi Hrvatskoga liječničkog zbora, upozorili su na četvrt stoljeća urušavanja hrvatskog zdravstvenog sustava. Situacija je kulminirala u vremenu pandemije. Požalili su se da zaštitnu opremu u vremenu pandemije nabavljaju velikim dijelom sami, a ona je neadekvatna. Ginekologinja Marija Divić predsjednica je Hrvatskog društva za primarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu te koncesionar u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji.

Mi smo baza zdravstva. U mirnodopskim uvjetima odradimo 80 %, a sada u epidemiji i preko 90 %. Čuvamo vrata bolnice pred epidemijom i ne damo joj dalje. I sada nas ravnatelji i lokalni stožeri stavljaju vikendom stavljaju dežurati u Covid i drugim ambulantama hitnosti da bismo mi sljedećeg radnog dana opet bili na raspolaganju svojim pacijentima.

Liječnici ističu i da jedinice lokalne i regionalne samouprave ne provode odredbe Zakon o zdravstvenoj zaštiti. Devastirani smo kao struka, upozorava Divić:

Ministar može jednim dekretom iz jednog statusa pretvoriti u drugi; iz zakupa u koncesiju, iz koncesije u ugovornu ordinaciju. Ali ne, nama treba puno administrativnih opterećenja, nama treba tržišnih najamnina i nas treba opteretiti.

Situacija je, kažu, još kritičnija jer liječnici su ljudi u pedesetim godinama, a nasljednike sustav nije osigurao. Dodatan problem je iseljavanje. Demograf Tado Jurić:

Postavlja se pitanje može li ovakav zdravstveni sustav podnijeti borbu s pandemijom, zaključili su liječnici i demografi.
