Vremešni par, 78-godišnjak i 67-godišnjakinja, prevarili su 45-godišnjaka iz Biograda za čak pola mlijuna eura, što je potvrdila zadarska krim policija koja je u srijedu dovršila istraživanje tog slučaja. 

Prevara se odigrala u siječnju 2018. godine u Biogradu gdje je 78-godišnjak s 45-godišnjakom dogovorio i potpisao sporazum o reguliranju međusobnih prava i obveza, te sređivanja imovinsko-pravnog stanja u zemljišnim knjigama za zemljišnu česticu na području Općine Pakoštane. S njim je dogovorio i izgradnju objekta na toj čestici, a potom mu je u zajedničkom dogovoru s 67-godišnjakinjom, lažno predočio da će po završetku građevinskih radova, te dovršene izgradnje objekta s više stambenih jedinica, na njega prenijeti vlasništvo zgrade, izuzev jedne stambene jedinice i dva pripadajuća parkirna mjesta.

Nakon dovršenih radova na objektu, u travnju ove godine, osumnjičeni su, međutim, 45-godišnjaku zabranili daljnji pristup gradilištu i novoizgrađenom objektu, te ga na taj način oštetili za iznos veći od 500 tisuća eura koje je uložio za izgradnju objekta.

Policija ih je osumnjičila za kazneno djelo prijevare.

Vremešni par, 78-godišnjak i 67-godišnjakinja, prevarili su 45-godišnjaka iz Biograda za čak pola mlijuna eura, što je potvrdila zadarska krim policija koja je u srijedu dovršila istraživanje tog slučaja. 

Prevara se odigrala u siječnju 2018. godine u Biogradu gdje je 78-godišnjak s 45-godišnjakom dogovorio i potpisao sporazum o reguliranju međusobnih prava i obveza, te sređivanja imovinsko-pravnog stanja u zemljišnim knjigama za zemljišnu česticu na području Općine Pakoštane. S njim je dogovorio i izgradnju objekta na toj čestici, a potom mu je u zajedničkom dogovoru s 67-godišnjakinjom, lažno predočio da će po završetku građevinskih radova, te dovršene izgradnje objekta s više stambenih jedinica, na njega prenijeti vlasništvo zgrade, izuzev jedne stambene jedinice i dva pripadajuća parkirna mjesta.

Nakon dovršenih radova na objektu, u travnju ove godine, osumnjičeni su, međutim, 45-godišnjaku zabranili daljnji pristup gradilištu i novoizgrađenom objektu, te ga na taj način oštetili za iznos veći od 500 tisuća eura koje je uložio za izgradnju objekta.

Policija ih je osumnjičila za kazneno djelo prijevare.

Oštetili ga za pola milijuna eura! Vremešni par izigrao 45-godišnjaka iz Biograda - obećali mu zgradu, a onda...

Vremešni par, 78-godišnjak i 67-godišnjakinja, prevarili su 45-godišnjaka iz Biograda za čak pola mlijuna eura, što je potvrdila zadarska krim policija koja je u srijedu dovršila istraživanje tog slučaja. 

Prevara se odigrala u siječnju 2018. godine u Biogradu gdje je 78-godišnjak s 45-godišnjakom dogovorio i potpisao sporazum o reguliranju međusobnih prava i obveza, te sređivanja imovinsko-pravnog stanja u zemljišnim knjigama za zemljišnu česticu na području Općine Pakoštane. S njim je dogovorio i izgradnju objekta na toj čestici, a potom mu je u zajedničkom dogovoru s 67-godišnjakinjom, lažno predočio da će po završetku građevinskih radova, te dovršene izgradnje objekta s više stambenih jedinica, na njega prenijeti vlasništvo zgrade, izuzev jedne stambene jedinice i dva pripadajuća parkirna mjesta.

Nakon dovršenih radova na objektu, u travnju ove godine, osumnjičeni su, međutim, 45-godišnjaku zabranili daljnji pristup gradilištu i novoizgrađenom objektu, te ga na taj način oštetili za iznos veći od 500 tisuća eura koje je uložio za izgradnju objekta.

Policija ih je osumnjičila za kazneno djelo prijevare.
