USKOK je, na temelju kaznene prijave sudaca Županijskog suda u Zadru, donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1978.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti te krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave, objavio je USKOK na svojim stranicama.

Riječ je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, o Mariju Pešiću, predsjedniku Općinskog suda u Zadru,  čijim je djelima Zadarski.hr prvi izvijestio javnost, zbog čega je Pešić tužio Zadarski.hr.

"Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljenik kao predsjednik Općinskog suda u Zadru od 5. do 17. siječnja 2022., u Zadru i drugim mjestima u Hrvatskoj, protivno Pravilniku o načinu korištenja službenih automobila Općinskog suda u Zadru kojim je propisano da predsjednik suda ima pravo koristiti službeno osobno vozilo 24 sata dnevno za potrebe obavljanja posla, službeni automobil koristio u privatne svrhe te potom navedeno prikrio neistinitim prikazivanjem svojih službenih obveza.

Naime, sumnja se da je okrivljenik sastanak predsjednika više općinskih sudova koji je bio zakazan za 11. siječnja 2022. u Općinskom sudu u Novom Zagrebu iskoristio za višednevno izbivanje sa svog radnog mjesta odnosno da je sa službenim vozilom napustio Zadar 5. siječnja 2022. te je do održavanja navedenog sastanka vozilo koristio isključivo za svoje osobne potrebe. Kako bi prikrio neopravdano izbivanje s radnog mjesta 7. i 10. siječnja 2022. u putni nalog je 17. siječnja 2022. neistinito unio da je u razdoblju od 5. do 12. siječnja 2022. bio na službenom putovanju te da je u tu svrhu koristio službeno vozilo. Putni nalog i izvješće o rezultatima službenog putovanja okrivljenik je zatim predao djelatnicima Ureda predsjednika suda koji su ga proslijedili u računovodstvo suda." stroji u priopćenju USKOK-a.

USKOK je, na temelju kaznene prijave sudaca Županijskog suda u Zadru, donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1978.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti te krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave, objavio je USKOK na svojim stranicama.

Riječ je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, o Mariju Pešiću, predsjedniku Općinskog suda u Zadru,  čijim je djelima Zadarski.hr prvi izvijestio javnost, zbog čega je Pešić tužio Zadarski.hr.

"Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljenik kao predsjednik Općinskog suda u Zadru od 5. do 17. siječnja 2022., u Zadru i drugim mjestima u Hrvatskoj, protivno Pravilniku o načinu korištenja službenih automobila Općinskog suda u Zadru kojim je propisano da predsjednik suda ima pravo koristiti službeno osobno vozilo 24 sata dnevno za potrebe obavljanja posla, službeni automobil koristio u privatne svrhe te potom navedeno prikrio neistinitim prikazivanjem svojih službenih obveza.

Naime, sumnja se da je okrivljenik sastanak predsjednika više općinskih sudova koji je bio zakazan za 11. siječnja 2022. u Općinskom sudu u Novom Zagrebu iskoristio za višednevno izbivanje sa svog radnog mjesta odnosno da je sa službenim vozilom napustio Zadar 5. siječnja 2022. te je do održavanja navedenog sastanka vozilo koristio isključivo za svoje osobne potrebe. Kako bi prikrio neopravdano izbivanje s radnog mjesta 7. i 10. siječnja 2022. u putni nalog je 17. siječnja 2022. neistinito unio da je u razdoblju od 5. do 12. siječnja 2022. bio na službenom putovanju te da je u tu svrhu koristio službeno vozilo. Putni nalog i izvješće o rezultatima službenog putovanja okrivljenik je zatim predao djelatnicima Ureda predsjednika suda koji su ga proslijedili u računovodstvo suda." stroji u priopćenju USKOK-a.

USKOK pokrenuo istragu protiv Marija Pešića, predsjednika Općinskog suda u Zadru! Zadarski.hr je jedini o tome pisao, a on nas je tužio!

USKOK je, na temelju kaznene prijave sudaca Županijskog suda u Zadru, donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1978.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti te krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave, objavio je USKOK na svojim stranicama.

Riječ je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, o Mariju Pešiću, predsjedniku Općinskog suda u Zadru,  čijim je djelima Zadarski.hr prvi izvijestio javnost, zbog čega je Pešić tužio Zadarski.hr.

"Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljenik kao predsjednik Općinskog suda u Zadru od 5. do 17. siječnja 2022., u Zadru i drugim mjestima u Hrvatskoj, protivno Pravilniku o načinu korištenja službenih automobila Općinskog suda u Zadru kojim je propisano da predsjednik suda ima pravo koristiti službeno osobno vozilo 24 sata dnevno za potrebe obavljanja posla, službeni automobil koristio u privatne svrhe te potom navedeno prikrio neistinitim prikazivanjem svojih službenih obveza.

Naime, sumnja se da je okrivljenik sastanak predsjednika više općinskih sudova koji je bio zakazan za 11. siječnja 2022. u Općinskom sudu u Novom Zagrebu iskoristio za višednevno izbivanje sa svog radnog mjesta odnosno da je sa službenim vozilom napustio Zadar 5. siječnja 2022. te je do održavanja navedenog sastanka vozilo koristio isključivo za svoje osobne potrebe. Kako bi prikrio neopravdano izbivanje s radnog mjesta 7. i 10. siječnja 2022. u putni nalog je 17. siječnja 2022. neistinito unio da je u razdoblju od 5. do 12. siječnja 2022. bio na službenom putovanju te da je u tu svrhu koristio službeno vozilo. Putni nalog i izvješće o rezultatima službenog putovanja okrivljenik je zatim predao djelatnicima Ureda predsjednika suda koji su ga proslijedili u računovodstvo suda." stroji u priopćenju USKOK-a.
