Po drugi puta je objavljen natječaj za dovršetak građevinskih radova na zgradi dnevnih bolnice Odjela za pulmologiju, onkologiju, infektologiju i dermatologiju te adaptacija i opremanje dnevne bolnice službe za kirurgiju. 

Ovoga puta procijenjena vrijednost radova povišena je za 1,1 milijun kuna za razliku od posljednjeg natječaja te sada iznosi 22 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, odnosno 27,5 milijuna kuna s PDV-om.

Rok za dovršetka radova je 240 kalendarskih dana od dana uvođenja izvođača radova u posao.

Krajnji rok za dostavu ponuda je 27. travnja do 12 sati.

Posljednji natječaj za dovršetak zgrade Dnevnih bolnica poništen je zbog previsokih ponuda građevinskih tvrtki. 

Cijenom od preko 20 milijuna kuna su obuhvaćeni svi pripremni i završni radovi, postrojenja, potrebne prostorije i instalacije, završni radovi, čišćenje okoliša i uređenje gradilišta, osiguranje i organizacija odvijanja prometa tijekom izvođenja radova. Uključuje sve pomoćne radove, te predradnje i pripomoći za sve radove prije i u toku izvođenja radova, kao i popravke nakon izvođenja te ishođenje razne atestne dokumentacije u pogledu dokazivanja projektirane kvalitete, izvješća o kvaliteti izvedenih radova i materijala i sl.

Podsjetimo kako se novi izvođač za dovršetak gradnje zgrade Dnevnih bolnica traži zato što je s prijašnjim izvođačem, slovenskom tvrtkom Solida, došlo do raskida ugovora zbog kašnjenja radova. Opća bolnica Zadar bila je sklopila ugovor sa slovenskom tvrtkom u travnju 2019. godine. Slovenci su radove trebali završiti u roku 16 mjeseci, točnije u kolovozu 2020. godine. Zbog problema na gradilištu i u samoj tvrtki, rok za dovršetak objekta je nekoliko puta produživan, a ugovor je na koncu raskinut u lipnju prošle godine.

Po drugi puta je objavljen natječaj za dovršetak građevinskih radova na zgradi dnevnih bolnice Odjela za pulmologiju, onkologiju, infektologiju i dermatologiju te adaptacija i opremanje dnevne bolnice službe za kirurgiju. 

Ovoga puta procijenjena vrijednost radova povišena je za 1,1 milijun kuna za razliku od posljednjeg natječaja te sada iznosi 22 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, odnosno 27,5 milijuna kuna s PDV-om.

Rok za dovršetka radova je 240 kalendarskih dana od dana uvođenja izvođača radova u posao.

Krajnji rok za dostavu ponuda je 27. travnja do 12 sati.

Posljednji natječaj za dovršetak zgrade Dnevnih bolnica poništen je zbog previsokih ponuda građevinskih tvrtki. 

Cijenom od preko 20 milijuna kuna su obuhvaćeni svi pripremni i završni radovi, postrojenja, potrebne prostorije i instalacije, završni radovi, čišćenje okoliša i uređenje gradilišta, osiguranje i organizacija odvijanja prometa tijekom izvođenja radova. Uključuje sve pomoćne radove, te predradnje i pripomoći za sve radove prije i u toku izvođenja radova, kao i popravke nakon izvođenja te ishođenje razne atestne dokumentacije u pogledu dokazivanja projektirane kvalitete, izvješća o kvaliteti izvedenih radova i materijala i sl.

Podsjetimo kako se novi izvođač za dovršetak gradnje zgrade Dnevnih bolnica traži zato što je s prijašnjim izvođačem, slovenskom tvrtkom Solida, došlo do raskida ugovora zbog kašnjenja radova. Opća bolnica Zadar bila je sklopila ugovor sa slovenskom tvrtkom u travnju 2019. godine. Slovenci su radove trebali završiti u roku 16 mjeseci, točnije u kolovozu 2020. godine. Zbog problema na gradilištu i u samoj tvrtki, rok za dovršetak objekta je nekoliko puta produživan, a ugovor je na koncu raskinut u lipnju prošle godine.

Traži se izvođač za dovršetak radova na zgradi Dnevnih bolnica vrijednih ukupno 27,5 milijuna kuna

Po drugi puta je objavljen natječaj za dovršetak građevinskih radova na zgradi dnevnih bolnice Odjela za pulmologiju, onkologiju, infektologiju i dermatologiju te adaptacija i opremanje dnevne bolnice službe za kirurgiju. 

Ovoga puta procijenjena vrijednost radova povišena je za 1,1 milijun kuna za razliku od posljednjeg natječaja te sada iznosi 22 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, odnosno 27,5 milijuna kuna s PDV-om.

Rok za dovršetka radova je 240 kalendarskih dana od dana uvođenja izvođača radova u posao.

Krajnji rok za dostavu ponuda je 27. travnja do 12 sati.

Posljednji natječaj za dovršetak zgrade Dnevnih bolnica poništen je zbog previsokih ponuda građevinskih tvrtki. 

Cijenom od preko 20 milijuna kuna su obuhvaćeni svi pripremni i završni radovi, postrojenja, potrebne prostorije i instalacije, završni radovi, čišćenje okoliša i uređenje gradilišta, osiguranje i organizacija odvijanja prometa tijekom izvođenja radova. Uključuje sve pomoćne radove, te predradnje i pripomoći za sve radove prije i u toku izvođenja radova, kao i popravke nakon izvođenja te ishođenje razne atestne dokumentacije u pogledu dokazivanja projektirane kvalitete, izvješća o kvaliteti izvedenih radova i materijala i sl.

Podsjetimo kako se novi izvođač za dovršetak gradnje zgrade Dnevnih bolnica traži zato što je s prijašnjim izvođačem, slovenskom tvrtkom Solida, došlo do raskida ugovora zbog kašnjenja radova. Opća bolnica Zadar bila je sklopila ugovor sa slovenskom tvrtkom u travnju 2019. godine. Slovenci su radove trebali završiti u roku 16 mjeseci, točnije u kolovozu 2020. godine. Zbog problema na gradilištu i u samoj tvrtki, rok za dovršetak objekta je nekoliko puta produživan, a ugovor je na koncu raskinut u lipnju prošle godine.
