Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad dvoje hrvatskih državljana, koje se sumnjiči za prijevaru.

Tako se 51-godišnjak i 45-godišnjakinja sumnjiče da su tijekom svibnja i lipnja 2020. godine zajednički i dogovorno, s ciljem pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi sklopili ugovor o izvođenju građevinskih radova na nekretnini u Zadru temeljem kojeg ugovora su od oštećenih vlasnika nekretnine primili ugovoreni iznos preko 100 tisuća kuna dok su radove samo djelomično izveli. Na taj način su oštetili vlasnike za iznos od oko 80 tisuća kuna.

Zbog sumnje da su počinili kazneno djelo Prijevare, protiv osumnjičenih je Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru podnesena kaznena prijava.

Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad dvoje hrvatskih državljana, koje se sumnjiči za prijevaru.

Tako se 51-godišnjak i 45-godišnjakinja sumnjiče da su tijekom svibnja i lipnja 2020. godine zajednički i dogovorno, s ciljem pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi sklopili ugovor o izvođenju građevinskih radova na nekretnini u Zadru temeljem kojeg ugovora su od oštećenih vlasnika nekretnine primili ugovoreni iznos preko 100 tisuća kuna dok su radove samo djelomično izveli. Na taj način su oštetili vlasnike za iznos od oko 80 tisuća kuna.

Zbog sumnje da su počinili kazneno djelo Prijevare, protiv osumnjičenih je Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru podnesena kaznena prijava.

Sklopili ugovor o izvođenju građevinskih radova na nekretnini u Zadru i primili preko 100 tisuća kuna, a onda radove samo djelomično izveli

Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad dvoje hrvatskih državljana, koje se sumnjiči za prijevaru.

Tako se 51-godišnjak i 45-godišnjakinja sumnjiče da su tijekom svibnja i lipnja 2020. godine zajednički i dogovorno, s ciljem pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi sklopili ugovor o izvođenju građevinskih radova na nekretnini u Zadru temeljem kojeg ugovora su od oštećenih vlasnika nekretnine primili ugovoreni iznos preko 100 tisuća kuna dok su radove samo djelomično izveli. Na taj način su oštetili vlasnike za iznos od oko 80 tisuća kuna.

Zbog sumnje da su počinili kazneno djelo Prijevare, protiv osumnjičenih je Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru podnesena kaznena prijava.
