Protiv nekadašnjeg policajca PU zadarske M.L. (54), Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je podignulo optužnicu zbog kaznenog djela prijetnje. Zapriječena kazna za ovo djelo je od šest mjeseci do pet godina zatvora.

M.L. je 9. kolovoza ove godine prijetio novinaru Zadarskog lista Toniju Periniću, rekavši mu, između ostalog, da pazi što piše jer će ga „napisano koštati.” Prethodno je fotografirao automobil kojim je Perinić došao u Privlaku, što je i priznao, tako da preko registarskih tablica dođe do njegovog broja mobitela.

Kako smo tada izvještavali, Perinić je došao u Privlaku fotografirati apartman o kojem je pisao, jer je A.P., koja ga je iznajmljivala, to radila na crno i varala je goste.

A.P. je kćerka bivšeg policajca koji se verbalno okomio na novinara.

Novinar Perinić tada ga je prijavio policiji.

Istodobno, zakonitost poslovanja A.P. oko iznajmljivanja apartmana u Privlaci ispitala je i turistička inspekcija Državnog inspektorata, te je utvrdila nezakonitosti, apartman je zatvoren i zapečaćen, te je pokrenut i prekršajni postupak.

A.P. je varala goste na specifičan način: kod dogovaranja najma na račun je primala akontaciju u iznosu od 500 kuna. No u zadnjem trenutku, neposredno prije dolaska gostiju, ona bi najam otkazivala, s raznim obrazloženjima. Ili je objašnjavala da je došlo do prebukiranja ili da je pukla vodovodna cijev i slično – na taj je način gostima otkazivala, ali uplaćenu akontaciju nije im vraćala. U vrlo malom broju slučajeva, kod najupornijih turista, polog je vratila.

Imajući ta saznanja, novinar Perinić je došao u Privlaku i fotografirao sporni apartman, no to je jako zasmetalo ocu iznajmljivačice, 54-godišnjem bivšem policajcu M.L.

On je preko registarskih tablica došao do broja mobitela Perinovića (točnije, njegovog oca koji je vlasnik vozila, no otac je proslijedio sinu mobitel kazavši da ga netko treba) i tada je u razgovoru M.L. izrekao prijetnje koje je Perinović prijavio policiji.

- Nije prošlo ni 15 minuta od mog povratka iz Privlake, moj otac je dobio telefonski poziv muškarca koji se predstavio kao otac iznajmljivačice. Kako je taj čovjek došao do broja mobitela mog oca? Tako što je fotografirao automobil kojim sam došao u Privlaku i očigledno mu u policiji, temeljem registracije na automobilu, nije bio problem saznati ime vlasnika vozila, a to je moj otac. Sâm je rekao da je fotografirao automobil – kazao je tada Toni Perinić.

Zbog ovih prijetnji tada je reagiralo i Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo, kao i mreža SafeJournalists.

Protiv nekadašnjeg policajca PU zadarske M.L. (54), Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je podignulo optužnicu zbog kaznenog djela prijetnje. Zapriječena kazna za ovo djelo je od šest mjeseci do pet godina zatvora.

M.L. je 9. kolovoza ove godine prijetio novinaru Zadarskog lista Toniju Periniću, rekavši mu, između ostalog, da pazi što piše jer će ga „napisano koštati.” Prethodno je fotografirao automobil kojim je Perinić došao u Privlaku, što je i priznao, tako da preko registarskih tablica dođe do njegovog broja mobitela.

Kako smo tada izvještavali, Perinić je došao u Privlaku fotografirati apartman o kojem je pisao, jer je A.P., koja ga je iznajmljivala, to radila na crno i varala je goste.

A.P. je kćerka bivšeg policajca koji se verbalno okomio na novinara.

Novinar Perinić tada ga je prijavio policiji.

Istodobno, zakonitost poslovanja A.P. oko iznajmljivanja apartmana u Privlaci ispitala je i turistička inspekcija Državnog inspektorata, te je utvrdila nezakonitosti, apartman je zatvoren i zapečaćen, te je pokrenut i prekršajni postupak.

A.P. je varala goste na specifičan način: kod dogovaranja najma na račun je primala akontaciju u iznosu od 500 kuna. No u zadnjem trenutku, neposredno prije dolaska gostiju, ona bi najam otkazivala, s raznim obrazloženjima. Ili je objašnjavala da je došlo do prebukiranja ili da je pukla vodovodna cijev i slično – na taj je način gostima otkazivala, ali uplaćenu akontaciju nije im vraćala. U vrlo malom broju slučajeva, kod najupornijih turista, polog je vratila.

On je preko registarskih tablica došao do broja mobitela Perinovića (točnije, njegovog oca koji je vlasnik vozila, no otac je proslijedio sinu mobitel kazavši da ga netko treba) i tada je u razgovoru M.L. izrekao prijetnje koje je Perinović prijavio policiji.

- Nije prošlo ni 15 minuta od mog povratka iz Privlake, moj otac je dobio telefonski poziv muškarca koji se predstavio kao otac iznajmljivačice. Kako je taj čovjek došao do broja mobitela mog oca? Tako što je fotografirao automobil kojim sam došao u Privlaku i očigledno mu u policiji, temeljem registracije na automobilu, nije bio problem saznati ime vlasnika vozila, a to je moj otac. Sâm je rekao da je fotografirao automobil – kazao je tada Toni Perinić.

Zbog ovih prijetnji tada je reagiralo i Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo, kao i mreža SafeJournalists.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo podignulo optužnicu protiv bivšeg policajca M.L. (54) zbog kaznenog djela prijetnje

Protiv nekadašnjeg policajca PU zadarske M.L. (54), Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je podignulo optužnicu zbog kaznenog djela prijetnje. Zapriječena kazna za ovo djelo je od šest mjeseci do pet godina zatvora.

M.L. je 9. kolovoza ove godine prijetio novinaru Zadarskog lista Toniju Periniću, rekavši mu, između ostalog, da pazi što piše jer će ga „napisano koštati.” Prethodno je fotografirao automobil kojim je Perinić došao u Privlaku, što je i priznao, tako da preko registarskih tablica dođe do njegovog broja mobitela.

Kako smo tada izvještavali, Perinić je došao u Privlaku fotografirati apartman o kojem je pisao, jer je A.P., koja ga je iznajmljivala, to radila na crno i varala je goste.

A.P. je kćerka bivšeg policajca koji se verbalno okomio na novinara.

Novinar Perinić tada ga je prijavio policiji.

Istodobno, zakonitost poslovanja A.P. oko iznajmljivanja apartmana u Privlaci ispitala je i turistička inspekcija Državnog inspektorata, te je utvrdila nezakonitosti, apartman je zatvoren i zapečaćen, te je pokrenut i prekršajni postupak.

A.P. je varala goste na specifičan način: kod dogovaranja najma na račun je primala akontaciju u iznosu od 500 kuna. No u zadnjem trenutku, neposredno prije dolaska gostiju, ona bi najam otkazivala, s raznim obrazloženjima. Ili je objašnjavala da je došlo do prebukiranja ili da je pukla vodovodna cijev i slično – na taj je način gostima otkazivala, ali uplaćenu akontaciju nije im vraćala. U vrlo malom broju slučajeva, kod najupornijih turista, polog je vratila.
