Radovi na rekonstrukciji raskrižja Ulice Put Biliga i Ulice Hrvatskog sabora nastavit će se tijekom čitave ljetne sezone. Ipak, to se ne bi smjelo odraziti na protočnost prometa, jer u ljetnom razdoblju tzv. obilaznicom iznad Bilog brige prođe i do 17 tisuća vozila dnevno.
- Prema dogovoru s investitorom tvrtkom Hrvatske ceste, Ulica Put Biliga radit će se tijekom ljeta, ali se neće zatvarati Ulica Hrvatskog sabora koja će biti u finkciji čitavog ljeta. Na jesen bi se trebalo raditi samo raskrižje gdje je predviđeno semaforizirano trokrako križanje, pri čemu bi Ulica Hrvatskog sabora trebala dobiti još jedan prometni trak - lijevi skretač prema gradu iz smjera istoka. Semaforirano raskrižje smanjit će čekanja do kojih bi dolazilo kad bi samo jedno vozilo skretalo lijevo i onda zatvorilo čitavu ulicu - kaže Darko Kasap, gradski pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo Grada Zadra.

Investitor projekta je državna tvrtka Hrvatske ceste, a odnosi se na rekonstrukciju i izgradnju raskrižja državne ceste D306 s Ulicom Put Biliga u Zadru, sukladno Sporazumu o reguliranju međusobnih odnosa na rekonstrukciji i izgradnji raskrižja ulica Put Biliga i Hrvatskog sabora između Hrvatskih cesta d.o.o. i Grada Zadra.

Ugovor o izvođenju radova potpisan je sa Zajednicom gospodarskih subjekata koju čine tvrtke KRUŠEVO-PUT d.o.o., INGRA d.d. i MEŽNAR GRAĐEVINSKE USLUGE. Ugovorena cijena radova bez PDV-a iznosi 6.416.369,50 kuna, a predviđeni rok završetka radova je dvanaest mjeseci. Ugovor o nadzoru sklopljen je sa Zajednicom gospodarskih subjekata CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY d.o.o. i TERESTRIKA d.o.o. s ugovorenom cijenom usluge od 257.003 kuna bez PDV-a.

Kako doznajemo, planirana obilaznica koju Hrvatske ceste namjeravaju realizirati iznad sadašnje Ulice Hrvatskog sabora realizirat će se bez obzira na problematiziranje tog pitanja na Gradskom vijeću. Odgovor Hrvatskih cesta bio je da oni ne odustaju od projekta kojega smatraju važnim u smislu funkcioniranja prometa u tom dijelu Zadra, jer se sadašnji promet Ulicom Hrvatskog sabora nema gdje izmjestiti nego previđenom obilaznicom. Isto tako planira se i projektira i cesta ispod šume Musapstan koja bi izišla na Bokanjac.

Radovi na rekonstrukciji raskrižja Ulice Put Biliga i Ulice Hrvatskog sabora nastavit će se tijekom čitave ljetne sezone. Ipak, to se ne bi smjelo odraziti na protočnost prometa, jer u ljetnom razdoblju tzv. obilaznicom iznad Bilog brige prođe i do 17 tisuća vozila dnevno.
- Prema dogovoru s investitorom tvrtkom Hrvatske ceste, Ulica Put Biliga radit će se tijekom ljeta, ali se neće zatvarati Ulica Hrvatskog sabora koja će biti u finkciji čitavog ljeta. Na jesen bi se trebalo raditi samo raskrižje gdje je predviđeno semaforizirano trokrako križanje, pri čemu bi Ulica Hrvatskog sabora trebala dobiti još jedan prometni trak - lijevi skretač prema gradu iz smjera istoka. Semaforirano raskrižje smanjit će čekanja do kojih bi dolazilo kad bi samo jedno vozilo skretalo lijevo i onda zatvorilo čitavu ulicu - kaže Darko Kasap, gradski pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo Grada Zadra.

Investitor projekta je državna tvrtka Hrvatske ceste, a odnosi se na rekonstrukciju i izgradnju raskrižja državne ceste D306 s Ulicom Put Biliga u Zadru, sukladno Sporazumu o reguliranju međusobnih odnosa na rekonstrukciji i izgradnji raskrižja ulica Put Biliga i Hrvatskog sabora između Hrvatskih cesta d.o.o. i Grada Zadra.

Ugovor o izvođenju radova potpisan je sa Zajednicom gospodarskih subjekata koju čine tvrtke KRUŠEVO-PUT d.o.o., INGRA d.d. i MEŽNAR GRAĐEVINSKE USLUGE. Ugovorena cijena radova bez PDV-a iznosi 6.416.369,50 kuna, a predviđeni rok završetka radova je dvanaest mjeseci. Ugovor o nadzoru sklopljen je sa Zajednicom gospodarskih subjekata CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY d.o.o. i TERESTRIKA d.o.o. s ugovorenom cijenom usluge od 257.003 kuna bez PDV-a.

Kako doznajemo, planirana obilaznica koju Hrvatske ceste namjeravaju realizirati iznad sadašnje Ulice Hrvatskog sabora realizirat će se bez obzira na problematiziranje tog pitanja na Gradskom vijeću. Odgovor Hrvatskih cesta bio je da oni ne odustaju od projekta kojega smatraju važnim u smislu funkcioniranja prometa u tom dijelu Zadra, jer se sadašnji promet Ulicom Hrvatskog sabora nema gdje izmjestiti nego previđenom obilaznicom. Isto tako planira se i projektira i cesta ispod šume Musapstan koja bi izišla na Bokanjac.
