Za šest prostora koje je Grad Zadar u posljednjem natječaju, objavljenom 6. lipnja, dao u zakup, pristiglo je pet ponuda za pet različitih prostora. 

Samo prostor od 48 kvadrata na adresi Zrinsko-frankopanska 5 i 7m koji se iznajmljivao po početnoj cijeni od devet eura po kvadratu i u kojem može biti trgovina na malo odjećom ili obućom ili pak slastičarna, nije iznajmljen. 

Iako se prostor na adresi Špire Brusine 6 iznajmljivao za 15 eura po kvadratu mjesečno, na natječaju je stigla ponuda tvrtke Dufilm promocija iz Zagreba koja je ponudila 45,60 eura po kvadratu mjesečno.

Za prostor površine 27 kvadrata u ulici J.M.Dalmatinca koji se iznajmljivao po početnoj cijeni od pet eura po kvadratu, stigla je ponuda tvrtke Extra žilavi iz Zadra koja je ponudila 6,69 po kvadratu mjesečno. Ista tvrtka dala je i ponudu za prostor od 60 kvadrata na malom Ižu čija je početna cijena bila jedan euro po kvadratu. Zadarska tvrtka je za prostor na Malom Ižu ponudila 2,12 eura po kvadratu. 

Obrt Infigo dao je ponudu za poslovni prostor od 20 kvadrata u ulici Madijevaca 1. Početna cijena ovog prostora je bila 11 eura po kvadratu, a zadarski obrt je ponudio cijenu od 22 eura po kvadratu mjesečno.

Minimalno deset eura po kvadratu mjesečno tražio je Grad Zadar za prostor od 114 kvadrata na Obali kneza Branimira. Na natječaj je stigla ponuda zadarske tvrtke Vale vento koja je ponudila cijenu od 11,10 eura po kvadratu mjesečno.

Za šest prostora koje je Grad Zadar u posljednjem natječaju, objavljenom 6. lipnja, dao u zakup, pristiglo je pet ponuda za pet različitih prostora. 

Samo prostor od 48 kvadrata na adresi Zrinsko-frankopanska 5 i 7m koji se iznajmljivao po početnoj cijeni od devet eura po kvadratu i u kojem može biti trgovina na malo odjećom ili obućom ili pak slastičarna, nije iznajmljen. 

Iako se prostor na adresi Špire Brusine 6 iznajmljivao za 15 eura po kvadratu mjesečno, na natječaju je stigla ponuda tvrtke Dufilm promocija iz Zagreba koja je ponudila 45,60 eura po kvadratu mjesečno.

Za prostor površine 27 kvadrata u ulici J.M.Dalmatinca koji se iznajmljivao po početnoj cijeni od pet eura po kvadratu, stigla je ponuda tvrtke Extra žilavi iz Zadra koja je ponudila 6,69 po kvadratu mjesečno. Ista tvrtka dala je i ponudu za prostor od 60 kvadrata na malom Ižu čija je početna cijena bila jedan euro po kvadratu. Zadarska tvrtka je za prostor na Malom Ižu ponudila 2,12 eura po kvadratu. 

Obrt Infigo dao je ponudu za poslovni prostor od 20 kvadrata u ulici Madijevaca 1. Početna cijena ovog prostora je bila 11 eura po kvadratu, a zadarski obrt je ponudio cijenu od 22 eura po kvadratu mjesečno.

Minimalno deset eura po kvadratu mjesečno tražio je Grad Zadar za prostor od 114 kvadrata na Obali kneza Branimira. Na natječaj je stigla ponuda zadarske tvrtke Vale vento koja je ponudila cijenu od 11,10 eura po kvadratu mjesečno.

Grad Zadar uspio iznajmiti pet poslovnih prostora, evo koje tvrtke su dale ponudu

Za šest prostora koje je Grad Zadar u posljednjem natječaju, objavljenom 6. lipnja, dao u zakup, pristiglo je pet ponuda za pet različitih prostora. 

Samo prostor od 48 kvadrata na adresi Zrinsko-frankopanska 5 i 7m koji se iznajmljivao po početnoj cijeni od devet eura po kvadratu i u kojem može biti trgovina na malo odjećom ili obućom ili pak slastičarna, nije iznajmljen. 

Iako se prostor na adresi Špire Brusine 6 iznajmljivao za 15 eura po kvadratu mjesečno, na natječaju je stigla ponuda tvrtke Dufilm promocija iz Zagreba koja je ponudila 45,60 eura po kvadratu mjesečno.

Za prostor površine 27 kvadrata u ulici J.M.Dalmatinca koji se iznajmljivao po početnoj cijeni od pet eura po kvadratu, stigla je ponuda tvrtke Extra žilavi iz Zadra koja je ponudila 6,69 po kvadratu mjesečno. Ista tvrtka dala je i ponudu za prostor od 60 kvadrata na malom Ižu čija je početna cijena bila jedan euro po kvadratu. Zadarska tvrtka je za prostor na Malom Ižu ponudila 2,12 eura po kvadratu. 

Obrt Infigo dao je ponudu za poslovni prostor od 20 kvadrata u ulici Madijevaca 1. Početna cijena ovog prostora je bila 11 eura po kvadratu, a zadarski obrt je ponudio cijenu od 22 eura po kvadratu mjesečno.

Minimalno deset eura po kvadratu mjesečno tražio je Grad Zadar za prostor od 114 kvadrata na Obali kneza Branimira. Na natječaj je stigla ponuda zadarske tvrtke Vale vento koja je ponudila cijenu od 11,10 eura po kvadratu mjesečno.
