Grad Zadar privremeno je odustao od prodaje 5000 metara četvornih zemljišta na Dračevcu, o čemu je pisao Zadarski.hr. 

Odluka o prodaji bila je zadnja točna na Dnevnom redu sjednice Gradskog vijeća održane u srijedu, a na prodaji je bilo stavljeno sedam parcela za ukupno 3 milijuna i 80 tisuća kuna.

Točku o prodaji najavio je predsjednik gradskog vijeća Zvonimir Vrančić, a nakon toga za govornicu je došao pročelnik gradskog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom Tomislav Korona. Rekao je da se točka povlači s Dnevnog reda jer je jedna osoba stavila plombu na zemljište te da će po okončanju sudskog spora zemljište opet biti stavljeno na prodaju.

Plombu je stavila naša sugovornica, nasljednica N.M. iz Dračevca Zadarskog, koja tvrdi da je jedna od parcela koje su se našle na prodaji u posjedu njene obitelji više od 50 godina. Dan uoči održavanja sjednice otišla je na Općinski sud u Zadru i podnijela zahtjev za upisom prava vlasništva na spornu parcelu koji joj je i prihvaćen.

Grad Zadar privremeno je odustao od prodaje 5000 metara četvornih zemljišta na Dračevcu, o čemu je pisao Zadarski.hr. 

Odluka o prodaji bila je zadnja točna na Dnevnom redu sjednice Gradskog vijeća održane u srijedu, a na prodaji je bilo stavljeno sedam parcela za ukupno 3 milijuna i 80 tisuća kuna.

Točku o prodaji najavio je predsjednik gradskog vijeća Zvonimir Vrančić, a nakon toga za govornicu je došao pročelnik gradskog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom Tomislav Korona. Rekao je da se točka povlači s Dnevnog reda jer je jedna osoba stavila plombu na zemljište te da će po okončanju sudskog spora zemljište opet biti stavljeno na prodaju.

Plombu je stavila naša sugovornica, nasljednica N.M. iz Dračevca Zadarskog, koja tvrdi da je jedna od parcela koje su se našle na prodaji u posjedu njene obitelji više od 50 godina. Dan uoči održavanja sjednice otišla je na Općinski sud u Zadru i podnijela zahtjev za upisom prava vlasništva na spornu parcelu koji joj je i prihvaćen.

Grad Zadar privremeno odustao od prodaje 5000 kvadrata terena na Dračevcu: zaustavila ih je plomba obitelji bivših posjednika!

Grad Zadar privremeno je odustao od prodaje 5000 metara četvornih zemljišta na Dračevcu, o čemu je pisao Zadarski.hr. 

Odluka o prodaji bila je zadnja točna na Dnevnom redu sjednice Gradskog vijeća održane u srijedu, a na prodaji je bilo stavljeno sedam parcela za ukupno 3 milijuna i 80 tisuća kuna.

Točku o prodaji najavio je predsjednik gradskog vijeća Zvonimir Vrančić, a nakon toga za govornicu je došao pročelnik gradskog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom Tomislav Korona. Rekao je da se točka povlači s Dnevnog reda jer je jedna osoba stavila plombu na zemljište te da će po okončanju sudskog spora zemljište opet biti stavljeno na prodaju.

Plombu je stavila naša sugovornica, nasljednica N.M. iz Dračevca Zadarskog, koja tvrdi da je jedna od parcela koje su se našle na prodaji u posjedu njene obitelji više od 50 godina. Dan uoči održavanja sjednice otišla je na Općinski sud u Zadru i podnijela zahtjev za upisom prava vlasništva na spornu parcelu koji joj je i prihvaćen.
