Na stranicama Grada Zadra objavljen je natječaj za direktora ili direktoricu Obala i Lučice. 

Podsjetimo kako je sredinom srpnja Skupština ovog društva razriješila dosadašnjeg direktora Eduarda Duku koji je do odabira novog direktora postavljen kao vršitelj dužnosti čelne pozicije. 

Kandidati za direktora pored općih uvjeta propisanih Zakonom o trgovačkim društvima moraju ispunjavati i sljedeće uvjete:

završen sveučilišni diplomski studij ili sveučilišni integrirani prijediplomski i diplomski studij ili stručni diplomski studij tehničkih znanosti, najmanje pet godina radnog iskustva na odgovarajućim poslovima u struci, da kao član trgovačkog društva, izvršni direktor, član uprave, ili član nadzornog odbora, nije pravomoćno presuđen na naknadu štete društvu ili njegovim vjerovnicima, da se kao fizička osoba ne bavi poslovima iz predmeta poslovanja društva, odnosno da se tim poslovima ne bavi pravna osoba čiji je on član, izvršni direktor, član uprave ili član nadzornog odnosno upravnog odbora, da članstvom u upravi ne bi došao u sukob interesa, nepostojanje okolnosti iz članka 239. st. 2. Zakona o trgovačkim društvima.

Pisane prijave na natječaj podnose se u roku od 15 dana od objave natječaja u Zadarskom listu.

Prijave se dostavljaju u zatvorenoj kuverti na adresu GRAD ZADAR, Narodni trg 1,  23000 Zadar, (s naznakom – „Prijava na natječaj za direktora Obala i lučice d.o.o. – ne otvarati“).

Kandidati s nepotpunim prijavama neće biti pozivani na dopunjavanje prijava.

Na stranicama Grada Zadra objavljen je natječaj za direktora ili direktoricu Obala i Lučice. 

Podsjetimo kako je sredinom srpnja Skupština ovog društva razriješila dosadašnjeg direktora Eduarda Duku koji je do odabira novog direktora postavljen kao vršitelj dužnosti čelne pozicije. 

Kandidati za direktora pored općih uvjeta propisanih Zakonom o trgovačkim društvima moraju ispunjavati i sljedeće uvjete:

završen sveučilišni diplomski studij ili sveučilišni integrirani prijediplomski i diplomski studij ili stručni diplomski studij tehničkih znanosti, najmanje pet godina radnog iskustva na odgovarajućim poslovima u struci, da kao član trgovačkog društva, izvršni direktor, član uprave, ili član nadzornog odbora, nije pravomoćno presuđen na naknadu štete društvu ili njegovim vjerovnicima, da se kao fizička osoba ne bavi poslovima iz predmeta poslovanja društva, odnosno da se tim poslovima ne bavi pravna osoba čiji je on član, izvršni direktor, član uprave ili član nadzornog odnosno upravnog odbora, da članstvom u upravi ne bi došao u sukob interesa, nepostojanje okolnosti iz članka 239. st. 2. Zakona o trgovačkim društvima.

Pisane prijave na natječaj podnose se u roku od 15 dana od objave natječaja u Zadarskom listu.

Prijave se dostavljaju u zatvorenoj kuverti na adresu GRAD ZADAR, Narodni trg 1,  23000 Zadar, (s naznakom – „Prijava na natječaj za direktora Obala i lučice d.o.o. – ne otvarati“).

Kandidati s nepotpunim prijavama neće biti pozivani na dopunjavanje prijava.

Na stranicama Grada Zadra objavljen je natječaj za direktora ili direktoricu Obala i Lučice. 

Podsjetimo kako je sredinom srpnja Skupština ovog društva razriješila dosadašnjeg direktora Eduarda Duku koji je do odabira novog direktora postavljen kao vršitelj dužnosti čelne pozicije. 

Kandidati za direktora pored općih uvjeta propisanih Zakonom o trgovačkim društvima moraju ispunjavati i sljedeće uvjete:

završen sveučilišni diplomski studij ili sveučilišni integrirani prijediplomski i diplomski studij ili stručni diplomski studij tehničkih znanosti, najmanje pet godina radnog iskustva na odgovarajućim poslovima u struci, da kao član trgovačkog društva, izvršni direktor, član uprave, ili član nadzornog odbora, nije pravomoćno presuđen na naknadu štete društvu ili njegovim vjerovnicima, da se kao fizička osoba ne bavi poslovima iz predmeta poslovanja društva, odnosno da se tim poslovima ne bavi pravna osoba čiji je on član, izvršni direktor, član uprave ili član nadzornog odnosno upravnog odbora, da članstvom u upravi ne bi došao u sukob interesa, nepostojanje okolnosti iz članka 239. st. 2. Zakona o trgovačkim društvima.

Pisane prijave na natječaj podnose se u roku od 15 dana od objave natječaja u Zadarskom listu.

Prijave se dostavljaju u zatvorenoj kuverti na adresu GRAD ZADAR, Narodni trg 1,  23000 Zadar, (s naznakom – „Prijava na natječaj za direktora Obala i lučice d.o.o. – ne otvarati“).

Kandidati s nepotpunim prijavama neće biti pozivani na dopunjavanje prijava.
