Ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Darko Horvat u petak će na području Crvenih kuća položiti kamen temeljac za novu zgradu POS-a. Potvrdu o dolasku ministra u Zadar dobili smo u gradskoj upravi. 

Ukupna vrijednost investicije je 64 milijuna kuna. Od toga 19 milijuna kuna iznose poticana sredstva Republike Hrvatske, 9 milijuna kuna su poticana sredstva Grada Zadra (zemljište i komunalna infrastruktura), a 40 milijuna kuna sami građevinski radovi.

Stanovi će se graditi na parceli od oko 7.500 kvadrata, a ukupna površina stambenog prostora je oko 8.500 četvornih metara. Rok za dovršetak stambene zgrade je 600 kalendarskih dana, što znači da će privi korisnici useliti krajem 2022. godine.

Predviđena prodajna cijena stana iznosi 1.215 eura po metru četvornom po neto korisnoj površini stana.

Gradit će se dvije zgrade sa po 50 stanova s pripadajućim spremištima i 146 parkirnim mjestima, za svaki stan pripadajuće parkirno mjesto te dodatnih 46 zajedničkih parkirnih mjesta.

Projekt je izradila tvrtka Trinas projekt iz Osijeka, radove će izvoditi Lavčević, a nadzor provoditi Gin Company iz Zadra.

Ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Darko Horvat u petak će na području Crvenih kuća položiti kamen temeljac za novu zgradu POS-a. Potvrdu o dolasku ministra u Zadar dobili smo u gradskoj upravi. 

Ukupna vrijednost investicije je 64 milijuna kuna. Od toga 19 milijuna kuna iznose poticana sredstva Republike Hrvatske, 9 milijuna kuna su poticana sredstva Grada Zadra (zemljište i komunalna infrastruktura), a 40 milijuna kuna sami građevinski radovi.

Stanovi će se graditi na parceli od oko 7.500 kvadrata, a ukupna površina stambenog prostora je oko 8.500 četvornih metara. Rok za dovršetak stambene zgrade je 600 kalendarskih dana, što znači da će privi korisnici useliti krajem 2022. godine.

Predviđena prodajna cijena stana iznosi 1.215 eura po metru četvornom po neto korisnoj površini stana.

Gradit će se dvije zgrade sa po 50 stanova s pripadajućim spremištima i 146 parkirnim mjestima, za svaki stan pripadajuće parkirno mjesto te dodatnih 46 zajedničkih parkirnih mjesta.

Projekt je izradila tvrtka Trinas projekt iz Osijeka, radove će izvoditi Lavčević, a nadzor provoditi Gin Company iz Zadra.

Darko Horvat u petak polaže kamen temeljac za 100 novih POS-ovih stanova na Crvenim kućama

Ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Darko Horvat u petak će na području Crvenih kuća položiti kamen temeljac za novu zgradu POS-a. Potvrdu o dolasku ministra u Zadar dobili smo u gradskoj upravi. 

Ukupna vrijednost investicije je 64 milijuna kuna. Od toga 19 milijuna kuna iznose poticana sredstva Republike Hrvatske, 9 milijuna kuna su poticana sredstva Grada Zadra (zemljište i komunalna infrastruktura), a 40 milijuna kuna sami građevinski radovi.

Stanovi će se graditi na parceli od oko 7.500 kvadrata, a ukupna površina stambenog prostora je oko 8.500 četvornih metara. Rok za dovršetak stambene zgrade je 600 kalendarskih dana, što znači da će privi korisnici useliti krajem 2022. godine.

Predviđena prodajna cijena stana iznosi 1.215 eura po metru četvornom po neto korisnoj površini stana.

Gradit će se dvije zgrade sa po 50 stanova s pripadajućim spremištima i 146 parkirnim mjestima, za svaki stan pripadajuće parkirno mjesto te dodatnih 46 zajedničkih parkirnih mjesta.

Projekt je izradila tvrtka Trinas projekt iz Osijeka, radove će izvoditi Lavčević, a nadzor provoditi Gin Company iz Zadra.
