Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Osijeku je 28. lipnja 2023., podiglo pred Općinskim sudom u Osijeku optužnice protiv dvojice hrvatskih državljana (1989. i 1985.) zbog počinjenih kaznenih djela davanja lažnog iskaza iz čl. 305. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona/11. Neslužbeno doznajemo da se radi o Dejanu Lovrenu i Luki Modriću.

Dejana Lovrena (1989.) se tereti da je počinio navedeno kazneno djelo 1. rujna 2017., na Županijskom sudu u Osijeku; tijekom rasprave u kaznenom predmetu protiv četvorice okrivljenika zbog kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti iz čl. 291. st. 1. i 2. KZ/11; iako ga je raspravni sudac upozorio da je dužan iznositi istinu i da je davanje lažnog iskaza kazneno djelo.

Tereti ga se da je svjesno neistinito iskazao kako je aneks ugovora o profesionalnom igranju potpisao nedugo nakon potpisivanja svog ugovora o profesionalnom igranju s matičnim klubom iako je znao da to ne odgovara istini. Okrivljenika se tereti da je svjesno neistinito iskazao kako je vlastoručno potpisao tri dopisa (dopisi upućeni matičnom klubu u kojima se u njegovo ime traži isplata određenog postotka transfernog obeštećenja i sadrže potpis s njegovim imenom), kao i da je neistinito iskazao da je tih dana bio u Hrvatskoj i da je osobno otvorio posebni račun u banci u Zagrebu te da je na dan uplate novca, osobno proslijedio taj novac na bankovni račun treće osobe, iako je bio svjestan da je u to vrijeme bio u Francuskoj

Luku Modrića (1985.) se tereti da je počinio navedeno kazneno djelo 13. lipnja 2017., na Županijskom sudu u Osijeku; tijekom rasprave u kaznenom predmetu protiv četvorice okrivljenika zbog kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti iz čl. 291. st. 1. i 2. KZ/11; iako ga je raspravni sudac upozorio da je dužan iznositi istinu i da je davanje lažnog iskaza kazneno djelo.

Tereti ga se da je svjesno neistinito iskazao da je anekse ugovora o profesionalnom igranju (regulirana podjela transfernog obeštećenja između njega i matičnog kluba) potpisivao svaki put kada bi produžavao profesionalni ugovor te da je te anekse ponovno potpisao nakon odlaska iz matičnog kluba. Tereti ga se da je znao kako to ne odgovara istini jer je navedene anekse ugovora potpisao kada je napustio matični klub.

Okrivljenika se tereti da je, prilikom predočenja mu dijela zapisnika o njegovom ispitivanju tijekom istrage, svjesno neistinito iskazao kako je iznoseći iskaz tijekom istrage mislio samo na reguliranje njegovog građanskopravnog odnosa s trećom osobom i kako nije tijekom istrage iskazao da je anekse ugovora s matičnim klubom potpisao naknadno, iako je bio svjestan da to nije istina.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Osijeku je 28. lipnja 2023., podiglo pred Općinskim sudom u Osijeku optužnice protiv dvojice hrvatskih državljana (1989. i 1985.) zbog počinjenih kaznenih djela davanja lažnog iskaza iz čl. 305. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona/11. Neslužbeno doznajemo da se radi o Dejanu Lovrenu i Luki Modriću.

Dejana Lovrena (1989.) se tereti da je počinio navedeno kazneno djelo 1. rujna 2017., na Županijskom sudu u Osijeku; tijekom rasprave u kaznenom predmetu protiv četvorice okrivljenika zbog kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti iz čl. 291. st. 1. i 2. Tereti ga se da je svjesno neistinito iskazao kako je aneks ugovora o profesionalnom igranju potpisao nedugo nakon potpisivanja svog ugovora o profesionalnom igranju s matičnim klubom iako je znao da to ne odgovara istini. Okrivljenika se tereti da je svjesno neistinito iskazao kako je vlastoručno potpisao tri dopisa (dopisi upućeni matičnom klubu u kojima se u njegovo ime traži isplata određenog postotka transfernog obeštećenja i sadrže potpis s njegovim imenom), kao i da je neistinito iskazao da je tih dana bio u Hrvatskoj i da je osobno otvorio posebni račun u banci u Zagrebu te da je na dan uplate novca, osobno proslijedio taj novac na bankovni račun treće osobe, iako je bio svjestan da je u to vrijeme bio u Francuskoj

Luku Modrića (1985.) se tereti da je počinio navedeno kazneno djelo 13. lipnja 2017., na Županijskom sudu u Osijeku; tijekom rasprave u kaznenom predmetu protiv četvorice okrivljenika zbog kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti iz čl. 291. st. 1. i 2. KZ/11; iako ga je raspravni sudac upozorio da je dužan iznositi istinu i da je davanje lažnog iskaza kazneno djelo.

Tereti ga se da je svjesno neistinito iskazao da je anekse ugovora o profesionalnom igranju (regulirana podjela transfernog obeštećenja između njega i matičnog kluba) potpisivao svaki put kada bi produžavao profesionalni ugovor te da je te anekse ponovno potpisao nakon odlaska iz matičnog kluba. Tereti ga se da je znao kako to ne odgovara istini jer je navedene anekse ugovora potpisao kada je napustio matični klub.

Okrivljenika se tereti da je, prilikom predočenja mu dijela zapisnika o njegovom ispitivanju tijekom istrage, svjesno neistinito iskazao kako je iznoseći iskaz tijekom istrage mislio samo na reguliranje njegovog građanskopravnog odnosa s trećom osobom i kako nije tijekom istrage iskazao da je anekse ugovora s matičnim klubom potpisao naknadno, iako je bio svjestan da to nije istina.

Podignuta optužnica protiv Luke Modrića i Dejana Lovrena! Tereti ih se zbog počinjenih kaznenih djela davanja lažnog iskaza

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Osijeku je 28. lipnja 2023., podiglo pred Općinskim sudom u Osijeku optužnice protiv dvojice hrvatskih državljana (1989. i 1985.) zbog počinjenih kaznenih djela davanja lažnog iskaza iz čl. 305. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona/11. Neslužbeno doznajemo da se radi o Dejanu Lovrenu i Luki Modriću.

Dejana Lovrena (1989.) se tereti da je počinio navedeno kazneno djelo 1. rujna 2017., na Županijskom sudu u Osijeku; tijekom rasprave u kaznenom predmetu protiv četvorice okrivljenika zbog kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti iz čl. 291. st. 1. i 2.
