Tri lijeka koji su u prometu na tržištu Hrvatske mogu uzrokovati razvoj meningeoma, tumora moždane ovojnice, ako se koriste visoke doze na dulje razdoblje, piše Danica.

Upozorili su na to farmacetuske kompanije Gedeon Richter i Mibe Pharmaceuticals u suradnji s Agencijom za lijekove i medicinske proizvode i Europskom agencijom za lijekove.

Uputili su pismo zdravstvenim radnicima o mjerama minimizacije rizika od meningeoma povezanog s primjenom lijekova za kontracepciju koji sadrže klormadinonacetat i nomegestrolacetat. Liječenje treba biti ograničeno na najnižu učinkovitu dozu i najkraće moguće trajanje.

“Postoji povećani rizik od razvoja meningeoma (pojedinačnog ili višestrukog) nakon upotrebe klormadinonacetata ili nomegesterolacetata, prvenstveno pri visokim dozama uz dugotrajnu primjenu. Rizik se povećava uz porast kumulativnih doza”, ističu u Agenciji.

U Hrvatskoj nisu odobreni lijekovi s navedenim visokim dozama klormadinonacetata (5 – 10 mg) ili nomegestrolacetata (3,75 – 5 mg). Lijekovi koji sadrže niske doze klormadinonacetata ili nomegestrolacetata u kombinaciji s estrogenom odobreni su za hormonsku kontracepciju.

U prometu u Hrvatskoj nomegestrolacetat je dostupan u lijeku Zoely 2,5 mg/1,5 mg koji se izdaje temeljem liječničkog recepta. Klormadinonacetat pak dostupan je u lijekovima Belara 0,03 mg/2 mg te Estal 0,03 mg/2 mg filmom obložene tablete.

Tri lijeka koji su u prometu na tržištu Hrvatske mogu uzrokovati razvoj meningeoma, tumora moždane ovojnice, ako se koriste visoke doze na dulje razdoblje, piše Danica.

Upozorili su na to farmacetuske kompanije Gedeon Richter i Mibe Pharmaceuticals u suradnji s Agencijom za lijekove i medicinske proizvode i Europskom agencijom za lijekove.

Uputili su pismo zdravstvenim radnicima o mjerama minimizacije rizika od meningeoma povezanog s primjenom lijekova za kontracepciju koji sadrže klormadinonacetat i nomegestrolacetat. Liječenje treba biti ograničeno na najnižu učinkovitu dozu i najkraće moguće trajanje.

“Postoji povećani rizik od razvoja meningeoma (pojedinačnog ili višestrukog) nakon upotrebe klormadinonacetata ili nomegesterolacetata, prvenstveno pri visokim dozama uz dugotrajnu primjenu. Rizik se povećava uz porast kumulativnih doza”, ističu u Agenciji.

U Hrvatskoj nisu odobreni lijekovi s navedenim visokim dozama klormadinonacetata (5 – 10 mg) ili nomegestrolacetata (3,75 – 5 mg). Lijekovi koji sadrže niske doze klormadinonacetata ili nomegestrolacetata u kombinaciji s estrogenom odobreni su za hormonsku kontracepciju.

U prometu u Hrvatskoj nomegestrolacetat je dostupan u lijeku Zoely 2,5 mg/1,5 mg koji se izdaje temeljem liječničkog recepta. Klormadinonacetat pak dostupan je u lijekovima Belara 0,03 mg/2 mg te Estal 0,03 mg/2 mg filmom obložene tablete.

Tri lijeka koji su u prometu na tržištu Hrvatske mogu uzrokovati razvoj meningeoma, tumora moždane ovojnice, ako se koriste visoke doze na dulje razdoblje, piše Danica.

Upozorili su na to farmacetuske kompanije Gedeon Richter i Mibe Pharmaceuticals u suradnji s Agencijom za lijekove i medicinske proizvode i Europskom agencijom za lijekove.

Uputili su pismo zdravstvenim radnicima o mjerama minimizacije rizika od meningeoma povezanog s primjenom lijekova za kontracepciju koji sadrže klormadinonacetat i nomegestrolacetat. Liječenje treba biti ograničeno na najnižu učinkovitu dozu i najkraće moguće trajanje.

“Postoji povećani rizik od razvoja meningeoma (pojedinačnog ili višestrukog) nakon upotrebe klormadinonacetata ili nomegesterolacetata, prvenstveno pri visokim dozama uz dugotrajnu primjenu. Rizik se povećava uz porast kumulativnih doza”, ističu u Agenciji.

U Hrvatskoj nisu odobreni lijekovi s navedenim visokim dozama klormadinonacetata (5 – 10 mg) ili nomegestrolacetata (3,75 – 5 mg). Lijekovi koji sadrže niske doze klormadinonacetata ili nomegestrolacetata u kombinaciji s estrogenom odobreni su za hormonsku kontracepciju.

U prometu u Hrvatskoj nomegestrolacetat je dostupan u lijeku Zoely 2,5 mg/1,5 mg koji se izdaje temeljem liječničkog recepta. Klormadinonacetat pak dostupan je u lijekovima Belara 0,03 mg/2 mg te Estal 0,03 mg/2 mg filmom obložene tablete.
