Vrhovni sud donio je odluku u slučaju koji su roditelji Nore Šitum pokrenuli protiv udruge 'Hrabro dijete'.

Potvrđena je presuda suda prvog stupnja te su ‘tužitelji odbijeni sa zahtjevom za naknadu troška žalbe, a tuženik sa zahtjevom za naknadu troška odgovora na žalbu’.

‘U slučaju smrti korisnika, sredstva prikupljena u organiziranoj humanitarnoj akciji ne predstavljaju ostavinsku imovinu korisnika, odnosno nisu nasljediva’, objavio je Vrhovni sud na svojim mrežnim stranicama.

Podsjetimo, Norini roditelji protiv udruge 'Hrabro dijete' podigli su tužbu zbog toga kome pripada preostalih četiri milijuna kuna prikupljenih u humanitarnoj akciji za liječenje djevojčice, no sud u Novoj Gradiški u travnju 2015. tužbu je odbio i odlučio da će s novcem raspolagati udruga 'Hrabro dijete'. Na odluku su se žalili, no i drugostupanjskom presudom na sudu u Slavonskom Brodu njihova je žalba odbijena. Ivica Šitum i Đana Atanasovska došli su sve do Vrhovnog suda, no i tamo je pravomoćna odluka donesena u korist udruge 'Hrabro dijete'.

Vrhovni sud donio je odluku u slučaju koji su roditelji Nore Šitum pokrenuli protiv udruge 'Hrabro dijete'.

Potvrđena je presuda suda prvog stupnja te su ‘tužitelji odbijeni sa zahtjevom za naknadu troška žalbe, a tuženik sa zahtjevom za naknadu troška odgovora na žalbu’.

‘U slučaju smrti korisnika, sredstva prikupljena u organiziranoj humanitarnoj akciji ne predstavljaju ostavinsku imovinu korisnika, odnosno nisu nasljediva’, objavio je Vrhovni sud na svojim mrežnim stranicama.

Podsjetimo, Norini roditelji protiv udruge 'Hrabro dijete' podigli su tužbu zbog toga kome pripada preostalih četiri milijuna kuna prikupljenih u humanitarnoj akciji za liječenje djevojčice, no sud u Novoj Gradiški u travnju 2015. tužbu je odbio i odlučio da će s novcem raspolagati udruga 'Hrabro dijete'. Na odluku su se žalili, no i drugostupanjskom presudom na sudu u Slavonskom Brodu njihova je žalba odbijena. Ivica Šitum i Đana Atanasovska došli su sve do Vrhovnog suda, no i tamo je pravomoćna odluka donesena u korist udruge 'Hrabro dijete'.

Vrhovni sud donio je odluku u slučaju koji su roditelji Nore Šitum pokrenuli protiv udruge 'Hrabro dijete'.
