Austrija je zemlja lijepih krajolika, specifične glazbe, piva, snijega i kazni za prebrzu vožnju. Neki su priznali da su otamo dobili čestitku za prebrzu vožnju, kažu da je oko 60 eura. No, Marijo Šukan iz Livna navodi da je platio čak 170 eura zato što je vozio 27 kilometara na sat preko ograničenja brzine.

Od ožujka zakon još postrožuju. Osim novčane kazne za prekoračenje, koja je ista jeste li vozili 1 ili 20 na sat brže od dozvoljenog, od ožujka za velika prekoračenja, primjerice 60-70 na sat, na licu mjesta smiju oduzeti i automobil. Riječ je, doznajemo, o krajnjoj mjeri kod recidivista koji se ne propravljaju, piše danas.hr.

U Hrvatskoj to već postoji i prometni stručnjak objašnjava - već to što je uvršteno u zakon imalo je pozitivan odjek. Automobil se, ako to sud odluči, može prodati na dražbi. Svi koji se ne budu vozili u desnoj traci koliko je to razumno i moguće, piše u austrijskom Zakonu, mogu platiti do 726 eura, a oni koji blicaju da se sporo vozilo makne udesno ili ne održavaju razmak mogu primiti kaznu od 2100 eura.

Profesor s Fakulteta prometnih znanosti Marko Ševrović pojašnjava otkud tako visoka kazna: "Izrazito je to opasna radnja na autocesti, to je nešto što smo mi u prošlim izmjenama Zakona o sigurnosti na cestama kao Fakultet predložili Ministarstvu. Postoji kazna za to ukoliko se vozite na premalom razmaku na autocestama. Ono što je loše je što nemamo tehnološki sustav koji bi to sustavno kažnjavao na autocestama."

Ako vozite do 20 na sat preko dozvoljene brzine u Austriji, na adresu stiže kazna od 70 eura. Prekoračite li 20 kilometara, naplatit će 160 eura u Austriji, u Norveškoj 585 eura, u Švedskoj 215 eura, u Švicarskoj 180 a u Italiji 175. Velike su kazne i u Hrvatskoj, ali stara je stvar da u dionici autoceste ograničenja 130 bez kazne možete izvući sa 140 na sat.

To što se kod nas tolerira 10 kilometara na sat preko ograničenja brzine, Ševrović vidi kao jednu od glavnih razlika između nas i Austrije. "A druga je što Austrijanci imaju puno više fiksnih kamera na autocestama, ali imaju i kamere koje mjere prosječnu brzinu", govori ovaj stručnjak.

U Hrvatskoj u 2022. godini preko 60.000 osoba nije platilo svoju prekršajnu kaznu. Goran Husinec, sudski vještak za promet, o našim kaznama kaže: "U Hrvatskoj su kazne jako velike, međutim, mi imamo jedan sloj ljudi koji radi na crno, zarađuje na crno i od njih se ne može naplatiti. Svoju imovinu skrivaju na članove obitelji i jednostavno nenaplativo je."

Prema preliminarnim podacima MUP-a u 2023. godini kod nas je bilo 737.156 prekršaja, bez statistike o onima koji su u odlasku na skijanje zaradili kaznu.

Pitanje je poznajete li uopće nekoga tko nije dobio kaznu iz Austrije, a izgleda - tako će biti i dalje.

Austrija je zemlja lijepih krajolika, specifične glazbe, piva, snijega i kazni za prebrzu vožnju. Neki su priznali da su otamo dobili čestitku za prebrzu vožnju, kažu da je oko 60 eura. No, Marijo Šukan iz Livna navodi da je platio čak 170 eura zato što je vozio 27 kilometara na sat preko ograničenja brzine.

Od ožujka zakon još postrožuju. Osim novčane kazne za prekoračenje, koja je ista jeste li vozili 1 ili 20 na sat brže od dozvoljenog, od ožujka za velika prekoračenja, primjerice 60-70 na sat, na licu mjesta smiju oduzeti i automobil. Riječ je, doznajemo, o krajnjoj mjeri kod recidivista koji se ne propravljaju, piše danas.hr.

U Hrvatskoj to već postoji i prometni stručnjak objašnjava - već to što je uvršteno u zakon imalo je pozitivan odjek. Automobil se, ako to sud odluči, može prodati na dražbi. Svi koji se ne budu vozili u desnoj traci koliko je to razumno i moguće, piše u austrijskom Zakonu, mogu platiti do 726 eura, a oni koji blicaju da se sporo vozilo makne udesno ili ne održavaju razmak mogu primiti kaznu od 2100 eura.

Profesor s Fakulteta prometnih znanosti Marko Ševrović pojašnjava otkud tako visoka kazna: "Izrazito je to opasna radnja na autocesti, to je nešto što smo mi u prošlim izmjenama Zakona o sigurnosti na cestama kao Fakultet predložili Ministarstvu. Postoji kazna za to ukoliko se vozite na premalom razmaku na autocestama. Ono što je loše je što nemamo tehnološki sustav koji bi to sustavno kažnjavao na autocestama."

Ako vozite do 20 na sat preko dozvoljene brzine u Austriji, na adresu stiže kazna od 70 eura. Prekoračite li 20 kilometara, naplatit će 160 eura u Austriji, u Norveškoj 585 eura, u Švedskoj 215 eura, u Švicarskoj 180 a u Italiji 175. Velike su kazne i u Hrvatskoj, ali stara je stvar da u dionici autoceste ograničenja 130 bez kazne možete izvući sa 140 na sat.

Goran Husinec, sudski vještak za promet, o našim kaznama kaže: "U Hrvatskoj su kazne jako velike, međutim, mi imamo jedan sloj ljudi koji radi na crno, zarađuje na crno i od njih se ne može naplatiti. Svoju imovinu skrivaju na članove obitelji i jednostavno nenaplativo je."

Prema preliminarnim podacima MUP-a u 2023. godini kod nas je bilo 737.156 prekršaja, bez statistike o onima koji su u odlasku na skijanje zaradili kaznu.

Austrija je zemlja lijepih krajolika, specifične glazbe, piva, snijega i kazni za prebrzu vožnju. Neki su priznali da su otamo dobili čestitku za prebrzu vožnju, kažu da je oko 60 eura. No, Marijo Šukan iz Livna navodi da je platio čak 170 eura zato što je vozio 27 kilometara na sat preko ograničenja brzine.

Od ožujka zakon još postrožuju. Osim novčane kazne za prekoračenje, koja je ista jeste li vozili 1 ili 20 na sat brže od dozvoljenog, od ožujka za velika prekoračenja, primjerice 60-70 na sat, na licu mjesta smiju oduzeti i automobil. Riječ je, doznajemo, o krajnjoj mjeri kod recidivista koji se ne propravljaju, piše danas.hr.

U Hrvatskoj to već postoji i prometni stručnjak objašnjava - već to što je uvršteno u zakon imalo je pozitivan odjek. Automobil se, ako to sud odluči, može prodati na dražbi. Svi koji se ne budu vozili u desnoj traci koliko je to razumno i moguće, piše u austrijskom Zakonu, mogu platiti do 726 eura, a oni koji blicaju da se sporo vozilo makne udesno ili ne održavaju razmak mogu primiti kaznu od 2100 eura.

Profesor s Fakulteta prometnih znanosti Marko Ševrović pojašnjava otkud tako visoka kazna: "Izrazito je to opasna radnja na autocesti, to je nešto što smo mi u prošlim izmjenama Zakona o sigurnosti na cestama kao Fakultet predložili Ministarstvu. Postoji kazna za to ukoliko se vozite na premalom razmaku na autocestama. Ono što je loše je što nemamo tehnološki sustav koji bi to sustavno kažnjavao na autocestama."

Ako vozite do 20 na sat preko dozvoljene brzine u Austriji, na adresu stiže kazna od 70 eura. Prekoračite li 20 kilometara, naplatit će 160 eura u Austriji, u Norveškoj 585 eura, u Švedskoj 215 eura, u Švicarskoj 180 a u Italiji 175. Velike su kazne i u Hrvatskoj, ali stara je stvar da u dionici autoceste ograničenja 130 bez kazne možete izvući sa 140 na sat.
