Završeno je 18. kolo natječaja za najbolju novu hrvatsku riječ, za Nagradu dr. Ivana Šretera koju tradicionalno dodjeljuje časopis Jezik. Na natječaj se javilo 113 osoba, predložene su 303 riječi, no nijedna nije dobila toliko glasova povjerenstva da bi bila nagrađena, pa je ovo natječajno kolo ostalo bez nagrađenika, javlja HRT. Ipak, neke su riječi pohvaljene.

Bez obzira na to što nagrada izostaje, povjerenstvo u sastavu Sanda Ham (predsjednica), Igor Čatić, Hrvoje Hitrec, Marko Kovačić, Nataša Bašić, Dubravka Smajić, Mile Mamić i Ljubica Josić istaknulo je nekoliko riječi koje su ocijenili dobrima, poglavito jer se nekoliko riječi ponavlja godinama.

- Tu je ponajprije riječ utjecajnik, utjecatelj, utjecajac kao zamjena za tuđicu influencer. Te nam riječi pristižu godinama, predlagatelji su brojni. Međutim, tu je riječ prvi u javnosti upotrijebio član Povjerenstva prof. Čatić, pa samo zbog toga ne dolazi u obzir za nagradu, ističe se u priopćenju Povjerenstva.

Povjerenstvo je izdvojilo i riječ trogodak za hat trick/hattrick:

- Pristigla nam je 2008., 2010., 2018. i 2023. godine. Predlagatelja su četiri – Mislav Kovačić, Josip Ledinšćak, Dominik Tomić i Anđelko Priher. Riječ vrlo slikovito prenosi značenje triju zgoditaka (istoga igrača u istoj utakmici), tvorbeno je dobra. Uz trogodak zabilježena je 2008. i riječ trogol. Drugi dio složenice trogol, riječ gol potječe od engleske riječi goal pa je trogodak tvorbeno bolji, ističu članovi Povjerenstva.

Rabljaonica i rabljenarnica trebale bi zamijeniti second hand shop.

- Obje su riječi dobre zamjene, a stigle su nam i prijašnjih godina. Rabljaonicu nam je 2019. poslao Dražen Valentin, a rabljenarnicu i rabljaonicu Božidar Špilek 2022. i 2023., uz napomenu da bi rabljaonica mogla kolokvijalno biti nazvana i rabljak. Za isti je pojam i 2015. zabilježena riječ robonošnjak koja je značenjski prozirna – nošena roba, napominje se u priopćenju.

Promopisac je još jedan prijedlog Božidara Špileka, za englesku riječ copywriter.

- Budući da upotrebljavaju i izvedenice, primjerice imenica copywriting (moć copywritinga) i pridjev copywriterski (copywriterski svijet) valjalo bi osmisliti i tvorbeno gnijezdo te riječi, dodaje se u priopćenju.

Suprotnost bi zimogroznom mogla bi biti nova riječ Ante Šimca - ljetogrozan.

- S obzirom na ljetne vrućine posljednjih godina, riječ je prigodna. Pridjev ljetogrozan dobar je pratitelj njemačkoj najboljoj riječi proglašenoj prije nekoliko godina, riječi vruće doba (njem. Heißzeit) kao suprotnosti ledenom dobu (njem. Eiszeit), smatra Povjerenstvo.

Novu riječ ubrusnik, poslala je, pak, Dora Borić Radić, a ubrusnik je držač za ubruse ili držač ubrusa.

Uz hrvatsko vaterpolsko zlato stiže nam i riječ vodomet kao prijedlog hrvatske inačice vaterpola.

- Ta nam je riječ do sada pristigla desetak puta, a prvi su predlagatelji 2006. bili Zoran Kunica i Nedjeljko Nedić. Godine 2023. uz vodomet predložen je i vodometaš (vaterpolist), a predložio ih je Boris Deverić, ističe se u priopćenju.

Dobrih novih riječi ne nedostaje, smatra Povjerenstvo te dodaje da su zanimljive i poticajne:

- Na žalost, nagrade Zaklade "Dr. Ivan Šreter" neće biti dodijeljene (600 eura prvonagrađenoj, 400 drugonagrađenoj i 200 trećenagrađenoj), a izostaje i svečana javna dodjela nagrada u Lipiku (ili Pakracu), ali to ne znači da ih neće biti dogodine. Pozivamo čitatelje da nam šalju svoje riječi na jezik.hr@gmail.com, najviše pet riječi, a prednost imaju zamjene za nepotrebne anglizme i tuđice, poručilo je Povjerenstvo za izbor najbolje nove hrvatske riječi, javlja HRT.

Završeno je 18. kolo natječaja za najbolju novu hrvatsku riječ, za Nagradu dr. Ivana Šretera koju tradicionalno dodjeljuje časopis Jezik. Na natječaj se javilo 113 osoba, predložene su 303 riječi, no nijedna nije dobila toliko glasova povjerenstva da bi bila nagrađena, pa je ovo natječajno kolo ostalo bez nagrađenika, javlja HRT. Ipak, neke su riječi pohvaljene.

Bez obzira na to što nagrada izostaje, povjerenstvo u sastavu Sanda Ham (predsjednica), Igor Čatić, Hrvoje Hitrec, Marko Kovačić, Nataša Bašić, Dubravka Smajić, Mile Mamić i Ljubica Josić istaknulo je nekoliko riječi koje su ocijenili dobrima, poglavito jer se nekoliko riječi ponavlja godinama.

- Tu je ponajprije riječ utjecajnik, utjecatelj, utjecajac kao zamjena za tuđicu influencer. Te nam riječi pristižu godinama, predlagatelji su brojni. Međutim, tu je riječ prvi u javnosti upotrijebio član Povjerenstva prof. Čatić, pa samo zbog toga ne dolazi u obzir za nagradu, ističe se u priopćenju Povjerenstva.

Povjerenstvo je izdvojilo i riječ trogodak za hat trick/hattrick:

- Pristigla nam je 2008., 2010., 2018. i 2023. godine. Predlagatelja su četiri – Mislav Kovačić, Josip Ledinšćak, Dominik Tomić i Anđelko Priher. Riječ vrlo slikovito prenosi značenje triju zgoditaka (istoga igrača u istoj utakmici), tvorbeno je dobra. Uz trogodak zabilježena je 2008. i riječ trogol. Drugi dio složenice trogol, riječ gol potječe od engleske riječi goal pa je trogodak tvorbeno bolji, ističu članovi Povjerenstva.

Rabljaonica i rabljenarnica trebale bi zamijeniti second hand shop.

- Obje su riječi dobre zamjene, a stigle su nam i prijašnjih godina. Rabljaonicu nam je 2019. poslao Dražen Valentin, a rabljenarnicu i rabljaonicu Božidar Špilek 2022. i 2023., uz napomenu da bi rabljaonica mogla kolokvijalno biti nazvana i rabljak. Za isti je pojam i 2015. zabilježena riječ robonošnjak koja je značenjski prozirna – nošena roba, napominje se u priopćenju.

Promopisac je još jedan prijedlog Božidara Špileka, za englesku riječ copywriter.

- Budući da upotrebljavaju i izvedenice, primjerice imenica copywriting (moć copywritinga) i pridjev copywriterski (copywriterski svijet) valjalo bi osmisliti i tvorbeno gnijezdo te riječi, dodaje se u priopćenju.

Suprotnost bi zimogroznom mogla bi biti nova riječ Ante Šimca - ljetogrozan.

- S obzirom na ljetne vrućine posljednjih godina, riječ je prigodna. Pridjev ljetogrozan dobar je pratitelj njemačkoj najboljoj riječi proglašenoj prije nekoliko godina, riječi vruće doba (njem. Heißzeit) kao suprotnosti ledenom dobu (njem. Eiszeit), smatra Povjerenstvo.

Novu riječ ubrusnik, poslala je, pak, Dora Borić Radić, a ubrusnik je držač za ubruse ili držač ubrusa.

Uz hrvatsko vaterpolsko zlato stiže nam i riječ vodomet kao prijedlog hrvatske inačice vaterpola.

- Ta nam je riječ do sada pristigla desetak puta, a prvi su predlagatelji 2006. bili Zoran Kunica i Nedjeljko Nedić. Godine 2023. uz vodomet predložen je i vodometaš (vaterpolist), a predložio ih je Boris Deverić, ističe se u priopćenju.

Dobrih novih riječi ne nedostaje, smatra Povjerenstvo te dodaje da su zanimljive i poticajne:

- Na žalost, nagrade Zaklade "Dr. Ivan Šreter" neće biti dodijeljene (600 eura prvonagrađenoj, 400 drugonagrađenoj i 200 trećenagrađenoj), a izostaje i svečana javna dodjela nagrada u Lipiku (ili Pakracu), ali to ne znači da ih neće biti dogodine. Pozivamo čitatelje da nam šalju svoje riječi na jezik.hr@gmail.com, najviše pet riječi, a prednost imaju zamjene za nepotrebne anglizme i tuđice, poručilo je Povjerenstvo za izbor najbolje nove hrvatske riječi, javlja HRT.

Objavljene nove hrvatske riječi, ali nema pobjednika: trogodak, ubrusnik, vodomet samo su neke od pohvaljenih

Završeno je 18. kolo natječaja za najbolju novu hrvatsku riječ, za Nagradu dr. Ivana Šretera koju tradicionalno dodjeljuje časopis Jezik. Na natječaj se javilo 113 osoba, predložene su 303 riječi, no nijedna nije dobila toliko glasova povjerenstva da bi bila nagrađena, pa je ovo natječajno kolo ostalo bez nagrađenika, javlja HRT. Ipak, neke su riječi pohvaljene.
