Crnogorski državljanin S. Petrović žrtva je brutalnog zlostavljanja policije 8. siječnja ove godine u Rotterdamu u Nizozemskoj, javlja Kodex.

Kako se vidi na snimkama dostavljenim njihovoj redakciji, Podgoričanina su 8. siječnja ove godine oko 19 sati brutalno pretukli pripadnici rotterdamske policije u civilu.

Ovo kazneno djelo dogodilo se pred velikim brojem ljudi, mahom prijatelja i članova obitelji Podgoričana, koji su dostavili video. Nakon što je oboren na nogostup, jedan od policajaca ga je nastavio udarati, dok je drugi pokušao zaustaviti osobu koja je snimala telefonom, očito s namjerom da prikriju ono što rade.

Snimka ovog policijskog nasilja dostavljena je nizozemskom državnom tužiteljstvu.

Agenti su, kako se navodi, nakon počinjenog zločina izjavili da su imali nalog za pretres Petrovića nakon dojave da posjeduje oružje.

Obitelj je tražila da se takvo zlostavljanje nizozemskih policajaca sankcionira.

- Nakon što je bespomoćno ležao na tlu s glavom na betonskom kamenu, policajac ga punom snagom nastavlja udarati šakom u glavu. Udaranje osobe u glavu standardno se kvalificira kao pokušaj ubojstva, a potom ga nastavlja udarati nogama i tući. . Gospodin Petrović ima mnogo ozljeda i potpuno je obliven vlastitom krvlju. Tužilaštvo mora apsolutno reagirati", rekao je nizozemski odvjetnik koji je rekao da ovakav oblik nasilja nije vidio tijekom svoje dugogodišnje prakse.

Crnogorski državljanin S. Petrović žrtva je brutalnog zlostavljanja policije 8. siječnja ove godine u Rotterdamu u Nizozemskoj, javlja Kodex.

Kako se vidi na snimkama dostavljenim njihovoj redakciji, Podgoričanina su 8. siječnja ove godine oko 19 sati brutalno pretukli pripadnici rotterdamske policije u civilu.

Ovo kazneno djelo dogodilo se pred velikim brojem ljudi, mahom prijatelja i članova obitelji Podgoričana, koji su dostavili video. Nakon što je oboren na nogostup, jedan od policajaca ga je nastavio udarati, dok je drugi pokušao zaustaviti osobu koja je snimala telefonom, očito s namjerom da prikriju ono što rade.

Snimka ovog policijskog nasilja dostavljena je nizozemskom državnom tužiteljstvu.

Agenti su, kako se navodi, nakon počinjenog zločina izjavili da su imali nalog za pretres Petrovića nakon dojave da posjeduje oružje.

Obitelj je tražila da se takvo zlostavljanje nizozemskih policajaca sankcionira.

- Nakon što je bespomoćno ležao na tlu s glavom na betonskom kamenu, policajac ga punom snagom nastavlja udarati šakom u glavu. Udaranje osobe u glavu standardno se kvalificira kao pokušaj ubojstva, a potom ga nastavlja udarati nogama i tući. . Gospodin Petrović ima mnogo ozljeda i potpuno je obliven vlastitom krvlju. Dijeli se uznemirujuća snimka, policajci pretukli muškarca iz Crne Gore, njegov odvjetnik: ‘Ovakvu brutalnost nikad nisam vidio‘

Crnogorski državljanin S. Petrović žrtva je brutalnog zlostavljanja policije 8. siječnja ove godine u Rotterdamu u Nizozemskoj, javlja Kodex. 

Kako se vidi na snimkama dostavljenim njihovoj redakciji, Podgoričanina su 8. siječnja ove godine oko 19 sati brutalno pretukli pripadnici rotterdamske policije u civilu.

Ovo kazneno djelo dogodilo se pred velikim brojem ljudi, mahom prijatelja i članova obitelji Podgoričana, koji su dostavili video. Nakon što je oboren na nogostup, jedan od policajaca ga je nastavio udarati, dok je drugi pokušao zaustaviti osobu koja je snimala telefonom, očito s namjerom da prikriju ono što rade.

Snimka ovog policijskog nasilja dostavljena je nizozemskom državnom tužiteljstvu.

Agenti su, kako se navodi, nakon počinjenog zločina izjavili da su imali nalog za pretres Petrovića nakon dojave da posjeduje oružje.

Obitelj je tražila da se takvo zlostavljanje nizozemskih policajaca sankcionira.

- Nakon što je bespomoćno ležao na tlu s glavom na betonskom kamenu, policajac ga punom snagom nastavlja udarati šakom u glavu. Udaranje osobe u glavu standardno se kvalificira kao pokušaj ubojstva, a potom ga nastavlja udarati nogama i tući. . Gospodin Petrović ima mnogo ozljeda i potpuno je obliven vlastitom krvlju. Tužilaštvo mora apsolutno reagirati", rekao je nizozemski odvjetnik koji je rekao da ovakav oblik nasilja nije vidio tijekom svoje dugogodišnje prakse.
