Povodom obilježavanja 6. godišnjice od upisa zadarskog fortifikacijskog sustava na Popis svjetske baštine UNESCO-a u Znanstvenoj knjižnici Zadar od 5. do 15. srpnja 2023. bit će otvorena izložba Kopnena vrata u Zadru: izbor iz fonda Znanstvena knjižnice Zadar.

Zadarska Kopnena vrata (Porta terraferma) izgrađena su 1543. godine. Ove godine obilježavamo 480 godina od njihove izgradnje. Kopnena vrata su dio fortifikacijskog sustava Zadra za koji je 9. srpnja 2017. godine UNESCO-ov Odbor za svjetsku baštinu donio odluku o upisu na Popis svjetske baštine transnacionalnog serijskog kulturnog dobra „Obrambeni sustavi Republike Venecije u razdoblju od 15. do 17. stoljeća“. Različitih naziva, od: Porta terraferma, Kopnena vrata, vrata Michelea Sanmichelia, Vrata u Foši, Tri vrata, navedena vrata ostala su zabilježena kao atraktivni motiv Zadra u mnogim knjigama, znanstvenim radovima, litografijama, nacrtima, skicama, fotografijama, razglednicama, sačuvanim u fondu Znanstvene knjižnice Zadar. Kopnena vrata prema mišljenju akademika Ive Petriciolija kruna su rada talijanskog arhitekta Michelea Sanmichelia i najvrjedniji spomenik što ga je Venecija ostavila u Dalmaciji. Vrata karakteriziraju veliki trijumfalni luk i dva manja sa svake strane.

Od dekoracije na vratima ističe se gradski grb sv. Krševana na konju i iznad njega velebni lav sv. Marka, zaštitni znak Venecije i Mletačke republike. Lav je prikazan u profilu s tri noge na tlu dok četvrtom pridržava otvorenu knjigu na kojoj piše: “Pax tibi Marce evangelista meus", što u prijevodu znači "Mir tebi, Marko, evanđeliste moj". Zanimljivost vezana za otvorenu knjigu je da svi objekti koje je Venecija izgradila u doba mira imaju otvorenu knjigu, a objekti na kojima lav prednjom šapom pridržava zatvorenu knjigu daju nam na znanje da su izgrađeni u vrijeme rata.

Povodom obilježavanja 6. godišnjice od upisa zadarskog fortifikacijskog sustava na Popis svjetske baštine UNESCO-a u Znanstvenoj knjižnici Zadar od 5. do 15. srpnja 2023. bit će otvorena izložba Kopnena vrata u Zadru: izbor iz fonda Znanstvena knjižnice Zadar.

Zadarska Kopnena vrata (Porta terraferma) izgrađena su 1543. godine. Ove godine obilježavamo 480 godina od njihove izgradnje. Kopnena vrata su dio fortifikacijskog sustava Zadra za koji je 9. srpnja 2017. godine UNESCO-ov Odbor za svjetsku baštinu donio odluku o upisu na Popis svjetske baštine transnacionalnog serijskog kulturnog dobra „Obrambeni sustavi Republike Venecije u razdoblju od 15. do 17. stoljeća“. Različitih naziva, od: Porta terraferma, Kopnena vrata, vrata Michelea Sanmichelia, Vrata u Foši, Tri vrata, navedena vrata ostala su zabilježena kao atraktivni motiv Zadra u mnogim knjigama, znanstvenim radovima, litografijama, nacrtima, skicama, fotografijama, razglednicama, sačuvanim u fondu Znanstvene knjižnice Zadar. Kopnena vrata prema mišljenju akademika Ive Petriciolija kruna su rada talijanskog arhitekta Michelea Sanmichelia i najvrjedniji spomenik što ga je Venecija ostavila u Dalmaciji. Vrata karakteriziraju veliki trijumfalni luk i dva manja sa svake strane.

Od dekoracije na vratima ističe se gradski grb sv. Krševana na konju i iznad njega velebni lav sv. Marka, zaštitni znak Venecije i Mletačke republike. Lav je prikazan u profilu s tri noge na tlu dok četvrtom pridržava otvorenu knjigu na kojoj piše: “Pax tibi Marce evangelista meus", što u prijevodu znači "Mir tebi, Marko, evanđeliste moj". Zanimljivost vezana za otvorenu knjigu je da svi objekti koje je Venecija izgradila u doba mira imaju otvorenu knjigu, a objekti na kojima lav prednjom šapom pridržava zatvorenu knjigu daju nam na znanje da su izgrađeni u vrijeme rata.

U srijedu se otvara izložba Kopnena vrata u Zadru: izbor iz fonda Znanstvena knjižnice Zadar

Povodom obilježavanja 6. godišnjice od upisa zadarskog fortifikacijskog sustava na Popis svjetske baštine UNESCO-a u Znanstvenoj knjižnici Zadar od 5. do 15. srpnja 2023. bit će otvorena izložba Kopnena vrata u Zadru: izbor iz fonda Znanstvena knjižnice Zadar.

Zadarska Kopnena vrata (Porta terraferma) izgrađena su 1543. godine. Ove godine obilježavamo 480 godina od njihove izgradnje. Kopnena vrata su dio fortifikacijskog sustava Zadra za koji je 9. srpnja 2017. godine UNESCO-ov Odbor za svjetsku baštinu donio odluku o upisu na Popis svjetske baštine transnacionalnog serijskog kulturnog dobra „Obrambeni sustavi Republike Venecije u razdoblju od 15. do 17. stoljeća“. Različitih naziva, od: Porta terraferma, Kopnena vrata, vrata Michelea Sanmichelia, Vrata u Foši, Tri vrata, navedena vrata ostala su zabilježena kao atraktivni motiv Zadra u mnogim knjigama, znanstvenim radovima, litografijama, nacrtima, skicama, fotografijama, razglednicama, sačuvanim u fondu Znanstvene knjižnice Zadar. Kopnena vrata prema mišljenju akademika Ive Petriciolija kruna su rada talijanskog arhitekta Michelea Sanmichelia i najvrjedniji spomenik što ga je Venecija ostavila u Dalmaciji. Vrata karakteriziraju veliki trijumfalni luk i dva manja sa svake strane.

Od dekoracije na vratima ističe se gradski grb sv. Krševana na konju i iznad njega velebni lav sv. Marka, zaštitni znak Venecije i Mletačke republike. Lav je prikazan u profilu s tri noge na tlu dok četvrtom pridržava otvorenu knjigu na kojoj piše: “Pax tibi Marce evangelista meus", što u prijevodu znači "Mir tebi, Marko, evanđeliste moj". Zanimljivost vezana za otvorenu knjigu je da svi objekti koje je Venecija izgradila u doba mira imaju otvorenu knjigu, a objekti na kojima lav prednjom šapom pridržava zatvorenu knjigu daju nam na znanje da su izgrađeni u vrijeme rata.
