Nakon što je Grad Zadar prošlog tjedna uklonio ostatke nekadašnje gostionice Putnik na Relji, Zadarski.hr je objavio informaciju da je Grad Zadar vlasniku, Živojinu Živku Šariću, za zemljište od 1.700 kvadratnih metara isplatio 3,9 milijuna kuna.
Međutim, gospodin Šarić nam je iz Beograda uputio reagiranje u kojem tvrdi da Grada Zadra mu Grad isplatio naknadu za zemljište, ali ne i za objekt na njemu, kuću gdje je živio i magazine. Njegovo reagiranje prenosimo u cijelosti.

Povodom Vaše objave na Zadarskom.hr vezano za rušenje nekadašnje gostione Putnik, koja je bila u mom vlasništvu, obaveštavam Vas da navodi Grada Zadra da sam obeštećen i da je izvršena isplata, nisu tačni.
Grad Zadar ima rešenje Suda u Zadru za izvlašćenje gostione Putnik, po mom je dužan da mi isplati naknadu za zemljište i izvlašćenje gostione Putnik sa svim pratećim objektima. Po toj presudi, Grad mi je isplatio naknadu za zemljište po cijeni od oko 230 eur/m2, a naknadu za gostionu Putnik, kuću pored gdje sam živio, kao i magacinske prostorije, nikad nije platio i dan danas vodim spor sa njima.
Gostiona Putnik je zapaljena 1991. god. i od tada pa do dan danas je narušavana od strane Grada Zadra, koji je rušio dio po dio po potrebi, a da mi nikad nije izvlastio i platio po riješenju Suda u Zadru.
Gostiona Putnik nikad nikom nije smetala, sem što je bila ruglo, ali ne mojom krivicom. Grad Zadar je odlučio da sruši ostatke gostione kako bi umanjio vrijednost i sakrio trag, što uporno i taktički radi već 15 godina.
Za informaciju Vaših čitaoca, Grad Zadar je do sada sudskih naknada i taksi do sada uplatio oko 2.000.000 kn, zbog odugovlačenje spora.
Ako je vrednost objekta od 500 m2 i zemljišta od 2.600 m2 koje su umanjili (oteli) za 1.760m2 oko 3.000.000 kn onda je Grad to isplatio.

Međutim, gospodin Šarić nam je iz Beograda uputio reagiranje u kojem tvrdi da Grada Zadra mu Grad isplatio naknadu za zemljište, ali ne i za objekt na njemu, kuću gdje je živio i magazine. Njegovo reagiranje prenosimo u cijelosti.

Povodom Vaše objave na Zadarskom.hr vezano za rušenje nekadašnje gostione Putnik, koja je bila u mom vlasništvu, obaveštavam Vas da navodi Grada Zadra da sam obeštećen i da je izvršena isplata, nisu tačni.
Grad Zadar ima rešenje Suda u Zadru za izvlašćenje gostione Putnik, po mom je dužan da mi isplati naknadu za zemljište i izvlašćenje gostione Putnik sa svim pratećim objektima. Po toj presudi, Grad mi je isplatio naknadu za zemljište po cijeni od oko 230 eur/m2, a naknadu za gostionu Putnik, kuću pored gdje sam živio, kao i magacinske prostorije, nikad nije platio i dan danas vodim spor sa njima.
Gostiona Putnik je zapaljena 1991. god. i od tada pa do dan danas je narušavana od strane Grada Zadra, koji je rušio dio po dio po potrebi, a da mi nikad nije izvlastio i platio po riješenju Suda u Zadru.
Gostiona Putnik nikad nikom nije smetala, sem što je bila ruglo, ali ne mojom krivicom. Grad Zadar je odlučio da sruši ostatke gostione kako bi umanjio vrijednost i sakrio trag, što uporno i taktički radi već 15 godina.
Za informaciju Vaših čitaoca, Grad Zadar je do sada sudskih naknada i taksi do sada uplatio oko 2.000.000 kn, zbog odugovlačenje spora.
Ako je vrednost objekta od 500 m2 i zemljišta od 2.600 m2 koje su umanjili (oteli) za 1.760m2 oko 3.000.000 kn onda je Grad to isplatio.
