U četvrtak 28. lipnja osobno sam u sjedištu Državnog sudbenog vijeća u Zagrebu predao prijedlog za razrješenje predsjednika Općinskog suda u Zadru, Marija Pešića, rekao je Jutarnjem listu u telefonskom razgovoru predsjednik Županijskog suda u Zadru Željko Đerđ.

"Već sutradan, u petak 30. lipnja, kazao nam je u nastavku, "telefonski me nazvala službenica iz DSV-a i obavijestila da me predsjednik DSV-a, sudac Darko Milković, poziva da u ponedjeljak 3. srpnja u podne dođem na razgovor u Zagreb. Pitao sam službenicu može li mi taj pozi uputiti na e-mail, ali rekla mi je kako nema potrebe za slanje pisanog poziva i zatražila  da joj samo usmeno potvrdim mogu li doći u zakazano vrijeme. Potvrdio sam i o tome telefonskom razgovoru napravio bilješku jer bi mi bez pisanog traga Županijski sud na kojemu radim ne može izdati putni nalog za službeni put u Zagreb- ispričao je Đerđ za Jutarnji.

Na pitanje je li mu službenica DSV-a objasnila što će biti tema sastanka na koji ga predsjednik toga tijela   poziva i je li mu najavila da će na njemu biti i predsjednik Općinskog suda Mario Pešić, čije je razrješenje zatražio, Đerđ je rekao: "Ne, nije mi rekla ni što će biti tema sastanka ni tko će na njemu biti. Na sastanku su bili predsjednik DSV-a Darko Milković, predsjednik Općinskog suda u Zadru Mario Pešić i ja. Tema je bila moj prijedlog za Pešićevo razrješenje. O sadržaju sastanka ne mogu više reći jer je postupak pred DSV-om u tijeku, kazao je Đerđ koji Jutarnjem nije želio potvrditi ni opovrgnuti informaciju da je Milkoić od njega tražio da povuče prijedlog za Pešićevo  razrješenje. Nije rekao ni smatra li poziv na sastanak kao pritisak već tek to da "jedva čeka otići u penziju".

Inače, u prijedlogu razrješenja Marija Pešića, Đerđ je naveo čak tri od sedam mogućih razloga.

Uvidom u članak 86.stavak 3 Zakona o DSV-u, na koji se Milković pozvao, lako se može provjeriti da ni taj ni bilo koji drugi zakonski članak ne daju pravo šefu DSV-a na aktivnosti koje je u ovom slučaju poduzeo. Procedura razrješenja šefa nekog suda prije isteka mandata striktno je i jasno propisana Zakonom o DSV-u: predsjednik suda protiv kojega je podnesen zahtjev DSV-u, u ovom slučaju Mario Pešić, ima se pravo očitovati o tom zahtjevu u roku koji ne može biti kraći od osam dana otkad je dobio taj zahtjev. Đerđ je prijelog za Pešićevo razrješenje  podnio 29. lipnja, a već 3. srpnja, nakon svega četiri dana od kojih su dva bila radna, bio pozvan s Pešićem na razgovor k Milkoviću. Tek nakon proteka roka od osam dana za pisano očitovanje predsjednika suda čije je razrješenje traženo, mogu se poduzimati neke druge mjere, navodi Jutarnji list o tome što je sve predsjednik DSV-a u zadarskom slučaju krivo napravio.

U četvrtak 28. lipnja osobno sam u sjedištu Državnog sudbenog vijeća u Zagrebu predao prijedlog za razrješenje predsjednika Općinskog suda u Zadru, Marija Pešića, rekao je Jutarnjem listu u telefonskom razgovoru predsjednik Županijskog suda u Zadru Željko Đerđ.

"Već sutradan, u petak 30. lipnja, kazao nam je u nastavku, "telefonski me nazvala službenica iz DSV-a i obavijestila da me predsjednik DSV-a, sudac Darko Milković, poziva da u ponedjeljak 3. srpnja u podne dođem na razgovor u Zagreb. Pitao sam službenicu može li mi taj pozi uputiti na e-mail, ali rekla mi je kako nema potrebe za slanje pisanog poziva i zatražila  da joj samo usmeno potvrdim mogu li doći u zakazano vrijeme. Potvrdio sam i o tome telefonskom razgovoru napravio bilješku jer bi mi bez pisanog traga Županijski sud na kojemu radim ne može izdati putni nalog za službeni put u Zagreb- ispričao je Đerđ za Jutarnji.

Na pitanje je li mu službenica DSV-a objasnila što će biti tema sastanka na koji ga predsjednik toga tijela   poziva i je li mu najavila da će na njemu biti i predsjednik Općinskog suda Mario Pešić, čije je razrješenje zatražio, Đerđ je rekao: "Ne, nije mi rekla ni što će biti tema sastanka ni tko će na njemu biti. Na sastanku su bili predsjednik DSV-a Darko Milković, predsjednik Općinskog suda u Zadru Mario Pešić i ja. Tema je bila moj prijedlog za Pešićevo razrješenje. O sadržaju sastanka ne mogu više reći jer je postupak pred DSV-om u tijeku, kazao je Đerđ koji Jutarnjem nije želio potvrditi ni opovrgnuti informaciju da je Milkoić od njega tražio da povuče prijedlog za Pešićevo  razrješenje. Nije rekao ni smatra li poziv na sastanak kao pritisak već tek to da "jedva čeka otići u penziju".

Inače, u prijedlogu razrješenja Marija Pešića, Đerđ je naveo čak tri od sedam mogućih razloga.

Uvidom u članak 86.stavak 3 Zakona o DSV-u, na koji se Milković pozvao, lako se može provjeriti da ni taj ni bilo koji drugi zakonski članak ne daju pravo šefu DSV-a na aktivnosti koje je u ovom slučaju poduzeo. Procedura razrješenja šefa nekog suda prije isteka mandata striktno je i jasno propisana Zakonom o DSV-u: predsjednik suda protiv kojega je podnesen zahtjev DSV-u, u ovom slučaju Mario Pešić, ima se pravo očitovati o tom zahtjevu u roku koji ne može biti kraći od osam dana otkad je dobio taj zahtjev. Đerđ je prijelog za Pešićevo razrješenje  podnio 29. lipnja, a već 3. srpnja, nakon svega četiri dana od kojih su dva bila radna, bio pozvan s Pešićem na razgovor k Milkoviću. Tek nakon proteka roka od osam dana za pisano očitovanje predsjednika suda čije je razrješenje traženo, mogu se poduzimati neke druge mjere, navodi Jutarnji list o tome što je sve predsjednik DSV-a u zadarskom slučaju krivo napravio.

U četvrtak 28. lipnja osobno sam u sjedištu Državnog sudbenog vijeća u Zagrebu predao prijedlog za razrješenje predsjednika Općinskog suda u Zadru, Marija Pešića, rekao je Jutarnjem listu u telefonskom razgovoru predsjednik Županijskog suda u Zadru Željko Đerđ.

"Već sutradan, u petak 30. lipnja, kazao nam je u nastavku, "telefonski me nazvala službenica iz DSV-a i obavijestila da me predsjednik DSV-a, sudac Darko Milković, poziva da u ponedjeljak 3. srpnja u podne dođem na razgovor u Zagreb.
