U Zagrebu je u 65. godini života preminuo Neven Troskot, sudac Parničnog odjela Općinskog suda u Zadru.

Sudac Troskot je cijelu karijeru proveo kao prekršajni sudac, sve dok početkom ove godine odlukom predsjednika Općinskog suda Marija Pešića, nije premješten u Parnični odjel, kao i još šest njegovih kolega.

Sudac Troskot, koji je i prije imao zdravstvenih problema, taj je premještaj pred kraj karijere doživio jako stresno. Razočaran takvim odnosom prema njemu, zatražio je odlazak u mirovinu koja je trebala nastupiti 1. siječnja 2023. godine, ali je nažalost nije dočekao. Naime, iako je imao uvjete za starosnu mirovinu, suci po zakonu mogu raditi do 70. godine života. Dodajmo tome da je prigovore njegovih četvero kolega zbog premještaja u Parnični odjel, predsjednik Županijskog suda Željko Đerđ u potpunosti odbio.

Osim suca Troskota, mirovinu su nakon premještaja zatražili bivši prekršajni suci Slaven Vrdoljak i Magda Troskot, a prije mjesec dana u mirovinu je otišla i sutkinja Lorinda Tolić, jedina koja je ostala raditi samo prekršajne predmete, ali u sklopu novoformiranog Kazneno-prekršajnog odjela. Njezinim odlaskom u mirovinu, na Općinskom sudu tako više nema nijedan sudac koji radi samo prekršajne predmete.

Od osam sudaca nekadašnjeg Prekršajnog odjela, u roku godine dana ostalo ih je samo pola - Senka Vrdoljak, Nediljka Dereta, Ankica Karuc i Nada Olić - i svi su, pred kraj karijere, voljom predsjednika suda, angažirani na parničnim predmetima. Neki od njih su, kako doznajemo, već neko vrijeme na bolovanju.

Prekršajnim predmetima su zato dodatno opterećeni kazneni suci: Dubravka Škalabrin, Teodora Projić-Škovrlj, Davor Dubravica i Ksenija Bratković u Zadru te Marija Stopfer Mišetić u sudskoj ispostavi u Biogradu, koja uz posao sutkinje na parnicama radi kao mentor sudskim savjetnicima koji rade na prekršajnim predmetima.

Protestno pismo kojeg su javnosti nedavno uputili neki odvjetnici iz Zadra i Biograda zbog, kako tvrde, katastrofalne situacije s rješavanjem predmeta na sudovima u Biogradu i Zadru, motivirano je upravo nezadovoljstvom rada sudske uprave, odnosno činjenicom da su za suce u parničnim predmetima dobili bivše prekršajne suce koji se u tome nisu dobro snašli jer parnice nikada nisu vodili.

Kod premještaj sudaca s jednog na drugi odjel uobičajena je priprema od najmanje godinu dana, no predsjednik suda Mario Pešić tu je odluku donio, kako oni kažu, preko noći, što je dovelo do brojnih problema u vođenju sudskih postupaka. Većina bivših prekršajnih sudaca pred kraj karijere morala se uhodavati na novim poslovima, što su ocijenili kao oblik mobinga, a kako viši sud, odnosno predsjednik Željko Đerđ njihove prigovore nije uvažio, pola ih je odlučilo zatražiti raniji odlazak u mirovinu...

U Zagrebu je u 65. godini života preminuo Neven Troskot, sudac Parničnog odjela Općinskog suda u Zadru.

Sudac Troskot je cijelu karijeru proveo kao prekršajni sudac, sve dok početkom ove godine odlukom predsjednika Općinskog suda Marija Pešića, nije premješten u Parnični odjel, kao i još šest njegovih kolega.

Sudac Troskot, koji je i prije imao zdravstvenih problema, taj je premještaj pred kraj karijere doživio jako stresno. Razočaran takvim odnosom prema njemu, zatražio je odlazak u mirovinu koja je trebala nastupiti 1. siječnja 2023. godine, ali je nažalost nije dočekao. Naime, iako je imao uvjete za starosnu mirovinu, suci po zakonu mogu raditi do 70. godine života. Dodajmo tome da je prigovore njegovih četvero kolega zbog premještaja u Parnični odjel, predsjednik Županijskog suda Željko Đerđ u potpunosti odbio.

Osim suca Troskota, mirovinu su nakon premještaja zatražili bivši prekršajni suci Slaven Vrdoljak i Magda Troskot, a prije mjesec dana u mirovinu je otišla i sutkinja Lorinda Tolić, jedina koja je ostala raditi samo prekršajne predmete, ali u sklopu novoformiranog Kazneno-prekršajnog odjela. Njezinim odlaskom u mirovinu, na Općinskom sudu tako više nema nijedan sudac koji radi samo prekršajne predmete.

Od osam sudaca nekadašnjeg Prekršajnog odjela, u roku godine dana ostalo ih je samo pola - Senka Vrdoljak, Nediljka Dereta, Ankica Karuc i Nada Olić - i svi su, pred kraj karijere, voljom predsjednika suda, angažirani na parničnim predmetima. Neki od njih su, kako doznajemo, već neko vrijeme na bolovanju.

Prekršajnim predmetima su zato dodatno opterećeni kazneni suci: Dubravka Škalabrin, Teodora Projić-Škovrlj, Davor Dubravica i Ksenija Bratković u Zadru te Marija Stopfer Mišetić u sudskoj ispostavi u Biogradu, koja uz posao sutkinje na parnicama radi kao mentor sudskim savjetnicima koji rade na prekršajnim predmetima.

Protestno pismo kojeg su javnosti nedavno uputili neki odvjetnici iz Zadra i Biograda zbog, kako tvrde, katastrofalne situacije s rješavanjem predmeta na sudovima u Biogradu i Zadru, motivirano je upravo nezadovoljstvom rada sudske uprave, odnosno činjenicom da su za suce u parničnim predmetima dobili bivše prekršajne suce koji se u tome nisu dobro snašli jer parnice nikada nisu vodili.

Kod premještaj sudaca s jednog na drugi odjel uobičajena je priprema od najmanje godinu dana, no predsjednik suda Mario Pešić tu je odluku donio, kako oni kažu, preko noći, što je dovelo do brojnih problema u vođenju sudskih postupaka. Većina bivših prekršajnih sudaca pred kraj karijere morala se uhodavati na novim poslovima, što su ocijenili kao oblik mobinga, a kako viši sud, odnosno predsjednik Željko Đerđ njihove prigovore nije uvažio, pola ih je odlučilo zatražiti raniji odlazak u mirovinu...

U 65. godini preminuo sudac Neven Troskot. Od 1. siječnja trebao je biti u mirovini. Zašto Općinski sud napuštaju bivši prekršajni suci?

U Zagrebu je u 65. godini života preminuo Neven Troskot, sudac Parničnog odjela Općinskog suda u Zadru.

Sudac Troskot je cijelu karijeru proveo kao prekršajni sudac, sve dok početkom ove godine odlukom predsjednika Općinskog suda Marija Pešića, nije premješten u Parnični odjel, kao i još šest njegovih kolega.

Sudac Troskot, koji je i prije imao zdravstvenih problema, taj je premještaj pred kraj karijere doživio jako stresno. Razočaran takvim odnosom prema njemu, zatražio je odlazak u mirovinu koja je trebala nastupiti 1. siječnja 2023. godine, ali je nažalost nije dočekao. Naime, iako je imao uvjete za starosnu mirovinu, suci po zakonu mogu raditi do 70. godine života. Dodajmo tome da je prigovore njegovih četvero kolega zbog premještaja u Parnični odjel, predsjednik Županijskog suda Željko Đerđ u potpunosti odbio.

Osim suca Troskota, mirovinu su nakon premještaja zatražili bivši prekršajni suci Slaven Vrdoljak i Magda Troskot, a prije mjesec dana u mirovinu je otišla i sutkinja Lorinda Tolić, jedina koja je ostala raditi samo prekršajne predmete, ali u sklopu novoformiranog Kazneno-prekršajnog odjela. Njezinim odlaskom u mirovinu, na Općinskom sudu tako više nema nijedan sudac koji radi samo prekršajne predmete.
