Jučer su u Zadru održani razgovori između predstavnika Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske i Uprave zadarske Tankerske plovidbe, a dobre vijesti potvrdili su i direktor Mario Pavić i glavni tajnik SPH Neven Malvan: plaće pomorcima će rasti.

-Svi smo svjesni situacije na tržištu i činjenice da plaće na Tankerskoj moraju rasti, ukoliko žele zadržati hrvatske pomorce, a to je definitivno njihova misija i to žele u budućnosti nastaviti raditi. Dogovoreno je povećanje plaća, što kroz osnovicu, što kroz dodatke i bonuse i to bi sve skupa od 1. srpnja trebalo ići gore za nekih 15-ak posto. Detalje još ne možemo definirati, ali od 1. srpnja će definitivno svim hrvatskim časnicima na Tankerskoj plovidbi plaće ići gore za nekih 15 posto, rekao je Melvan najavljujući nastavak sindikalnih pregovora i s ostalim hrvatskim brodarima.

-Naša se kompanija odlučila na usklađenje plaća s aktualnim tržišnim okolnostima i inflacijom. Plaće će rasti svima, ali ne u jednakim postocima, a može se reći da će kroz plaće i benefite biti riječ o prosječnim povećanju plaća od oko 15 posto, kazao nam je Mario Pavić, direktor Tankerske plovidbe koji je nedavno najavio da će Tankerska plovidba „u vrlo kratkom vremenu morati revidirati primanja svojih časnika i dovesti ih u rang s našom najboljom konkurencijom”.

-Nadam se da će naš pomorac ostajati duže u firmi te da će u konačnici biti zadovoljan i sa svojim primanjima i da mu neće biti potrebno odlaziti na strane kompanije, rekao je tada direktor Pavić i podsjetio da Tankerska stvara „kadar i godišnje ukrca između 100 i 150 vježbenika” a konkurentskim je kompanijama „lakše platiti i uložiti u kadar koji je stvorila i odgojila Tankerska” kojoj je važna mjera "retention rate", odnosno stopa zadržavanja pomoračkoga kadra, prije svega časnika, jer to njeni klijenti i unajmitelji mjere.

Jučer su u Zadru održani razgovori između predstavnika Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske i Uprave zadarske Tankerske plovidbe, a dobre vijesti potvrdili su i direktor Mario Pavić i glavni tajnik SPH Neven Malvan: plaće pomorcima će rasti.

-Svi smo svjesni situacije na tržištu i činjenice da plaće na Tankerskoj moraju rasti, ukoliko žele zadržati hrvatske pomorce, a to je definitivno njihova misija i to žele u budućnosti nastaviti raditi. Dogovoreno je povećanje plaća, što kroz osnovicu, što kroz dodatke i bonuse i to bi sve skupa od 1. srpnja trebalo ići gore za nekih 15-ak posto. Detalje još ne možemo definirati, ali od 1. srpnja će definitivno svim hrvatskim časnicima na Tankerskoj plovidbi plaće ići gore za nekih 15 posto, rekao je Melvan najavljujući nastavak sindikalnih pregovora i s ostalim hrvatskim brodarima.

-Naša se kompanija odlučila na usklađenje plaća s aktualnim tržišnim okolnostima i inflacijom. Plaće će rasti svima, ali ne u jednakim postocima, a može se reći da će kroz plaće i benefite biti riječ o prosječnim povećanju plaća od oko 15 posto, kazao nam je Mario Pavić, direktor Tankerske plovidbe koji je nedavno najavio da će Tankerska plovidba „u vrlo kratkom vremenu morati revidirati primanja svojih časnika i dovesti ih u rang s našom najboljom konkurencijom”.

-Nadam se da će naš pomorac ostajati duže u firmi te da će u konačnici biti zadovoljan i sa svojim primanjima i da mu neće biti potrebno odlaziti na strane kompanije, rekao je tada direktor Pavić i podsjetio da Tankerska stvara „kadar i godišnje ukrca između 100 i 150 vježbenika” a konkurentskim je kompanijama „lakše platiti i uložiti u kadar koji je stvorila i odgojila Tankerska” kojoj je važna mjera "retention rate", odnosno stopa zadržavanja pomoračkoga kadra, prije svega časnika, jer to njeni klijenti i unajmitelji mjere.

Sindikat pomoraca Hrvatske i Uprava Tankerske plovidbe dogovorili: kroz plaće i benefite, pomorcima će primanja prosječno porasti za 15 posto!

Jučer su u Zadru održani razgovori između predstavnika Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske i Uprave zadarske Tankerske plovidbe, a dobre vijesti potvrdili su i direktor Mario Pavić i glavni tajnik SPH Neven Malvan: plaće pomorcima će rasti.

-Svi smo svjesni situacije na tržištu i činjenice da plaće na Tankerskoj moraju rasti, ukoliko žele zadržati hrvatske pomorce, a to je definitivno njihova misija i to žele u budućnosti nastaviti raditi. Dogovoreno je povećanje plaća, što kroz osnovicu, što kroz dodatke i bonuse i to bi sve skupa od 1. srpnja trebalo ići gore za nekih 15-ak posto. Detalje još ne možemo definirati, ali od 1. srpnja će definitivno svim hrvatskim časnicima na Tankerskoj plovidbi plaće ići gore za nekih 15 posto, rekao je Melvan najavljujući nastavak sindikalnih pregovora i s ostalim hrvatskim brodarima.

-Naša se kompanija odlučila na usklađenje plaća s aktualnim tržišnim okolnostima i inflacijom. Plaće će rasti svima, ali ne u jednakim postocima, a može se reći da će kroz plaće i benefite biti riječ o prosječnim povećanju plaća od oko 15 posto, kazao nam je Mario Pavić, direktor Tankerske plovidbe koji je nedavno najavio da će Tankerska plovidba „u vrlo kratkom vremenu morati revidirati primanja svojih časnika i dovesti ih u rang s našom najboljom konkurencijom”.

-Nadam se da će naš pomorac ostajati duže u firmi te da će u konačnici biti zadovoljan i sa svojim primanjima i da mu neće biti potrebno odlaziti na strane kompanije, rekao je tada direktor Pavić i podsjetio da Tankerska stvara „kadar i godišnje ukrca između 100 i 150 vježbenika” a konkurentskim je kompanijama „lakše platiti i uložiti u kadar koji je stvorila i odgojila Tankerska” kojoj je važna mjera "retention rate", odnosno stopa zadržavanja pomoračkoga kadra, prije svega časnika, jer to njeni klijenti i unajmitelji mjere.
