Baš kako je najavio u petak, ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš tražio je od Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije očitovanje zbog činjenice da mještani vlastitim sredstvima i donacijama opremaju ordinaciju primarne zdravstvene zaštite na otoku Istu. Specijalnu operaciju mladog liječnika Velimira Vuka koji je na Ist doselio iz Amerike i medijskom kampanjom pokušava nabaviti opremu za svoju malu ambulantu na izoliranom zadarskom otoku, ministar Beroš osobno je doživio kao poraz zdravstvene administracije. Zato je javno obećao kako će, zajedno sa županijskim vlastima, tražiti rješenje za pitanje nedostatka liječnika i infrastrukture, kao i uređaja, na razini primarne zdravstvene zaštite.

Pročelnik upravnog odjela za zdravstvo Zadarske županije, dr. Marko Kolega, ministru će odgovoriti kroz dan ili dva, ali što se ambulante na Istu tiče, kaže, nema nikakvih nepoznanica.

- Niti jedna naša ambulanta, uključujući i one najudaljnije, nije bez standarne medicinske opreme jer inače ne bi mogla dobiti dozvolu za rad. Štoviše, baš je ordinacija na Istu dobila puno opreme kroz poseban projekt Europske unije za deprivirana područja prije nekoliko godina. Ovo što mladi liječnik s Ista nabavlja preko donacija odnosi se na izvanstandarnu opremu i ja ga u tome potpuno podupirem! Zašto ambulanta na Istu ne bi imala defibrilatora ili pedijatrijski stetoskop? Ako bolnica može preko donacija nabavljati bolje i modernije uređaje od onih koje ima, zašto i jedan liječnik ne bi to napravio za svoju ordinaciju ako ima tu mogućnost- kaže dr. Kolega dodajući kako su drugi dio priče infrastrukturni problemi poput stanja ambulanti u udaljenim područjima gdje sigurno treba intervenirati, negdje samo farbanjem, a negdje i ozbiljnim građevinskim radovima.

- Zaista je moguće, još uvijek čekam izvještaj Doma zdravlja pa se ovim putem ograđujem, da ambulanti na Istu treba obnoviti namještaj. Ali u tom smislu očekujemo i pomoć liječnika, da nam dojavi što mu treba jer ne možemo za svaku ordinaciju u županiji znati kakve su potrebe. Svjestan sam da se zadnjih 15ak godina nedovoljno ulagalo u primarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu i da je puno toga zapušteno, a ja nemam čarobi štapić da u šest mjeseci, otkako sam na ovom mjestu, sve to mogu popraviti. Ali, krenuli smo, u planu za iduću godinu imamo sanacije nekoliko ambulanti na otocima i u ličkom dijelu županije, ovisno o tome koliko sredstava bude na rasplaganju. I nova reforma ide baš u tom smjeru jačanja domova zdravlja, što je u ovom slučaju itekako dobra vijest - kazao nam je dr. Kolega.

Baš kako je najavio u petak, ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš tražio je od Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije očitovanje zbog činjenice da mještani vlastitim sredstvima i donacijama opremaju ordinaciju primarne zdravstvene zaštite na otoku Istu. Specijalnu operaciju mladog liječnika Velimira Vuka koji je na Ist doselio iz Amerike i medijskom kampanjom pokušava nabaviti opremu za svoju malu ambulantu na izoliranom zadarskom otoku, ministar Beroš osobno je doživio kao poraz zdravstvene administracije. Zato je javno obećao kako će, zajedno sa županijskim vlastima, tražiti rješenje za pitanje nedostatka liječnika i infrastrukture, kao i uređaja, na razini primarne zdravstvene zaštite.

Pročelnik upravnog odjela za zdravstvo Zadarske županije, dr. Marko Kolega, ministru će odgovoriti kroz dan ili dva, ali što se ambulante na Istu tiče, kaže, nema nikakvih nepoznanica.

- Niti jedna naša ambulanta, uključujući i one najudaljnije, nije bez standarne medicinske opreme jer inače ne bi mogla dobiti dozvolu za rad. Štoviše, baš je ordinacija na Istu dobila puno opreme kroz poseban projekt Europske unije za deprivirana područja prije nekoliko godina. Ovo što mladi liječnik s Ista nabavlja preko donacija odnosi se na izvanstandarnu opremu i ja ga u tome potpuno podupirem! Zašto ambulanta na Istu ne bi imala defibrilatora ili pedijatrijski stetoskop? Ako bolnica može preko donacija nabavljati bolje i modernije uređaje od onih koje ima, zašto i jedan liječnik ne bi to napravio za svoju ordinaciju ako ima tu mogućnost- kaže dr. Kolega dodajući kako su drugi dio priče infrastrukturni problemi poput stanja ambulanti u udaljenim područjima gdje sigurno treba intervenirati, negdje samo farbanjem, a negdje i ozbiljnim građevinskim radovima.

- Zaista je moguće, još uvijek čekam izvještaj Doma zdravlja pa se ovim putem ograđujem, da ambulanti na Istu treba obnoviti namještaj. Ali u tom smislu očekujemo i pomoć liječnika, da nam dojavi što mu treba jer ne možemo za svaku ordinaciju u županiji znati kakve su potrebe. Svjestan sam da se zadnjih 15ak godina nedovoljno ulagalo u primarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu i da je puno toga zapušteno, a ja nemam čarobi štapić da u šest mjeseci, otkako sam na ovom mjestu, sve to mogu popraviti. Ali, krenuli smo, u planu za iduću godinu imamo sanacije nekoliko ambulanti na otocima i u ličkom dijelu županije, ovisno o tome koliko sredstava bude na rasplaganju. I nova reforma ide baš u tom smjeru jačanja domova zdravlja, što je u ovom slučaju itekako dobra vijest - kazao nam je dr. Kolega.

Baš kako je najavio u petak, ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš tražio je od Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije očitovanje zbog činjenice da mještani vlastitim sredstvima i donacijama opremaju ordinaciju primarne zdravstvene zaštite na otoku Istu. Specijalnu operaciju mladog liječnika Velimira Vuka koji je na Ist doselio iz Amerike i medijskom kampanjom pokušava nabaviti opremu za svoju malu ambulantu na izoliranom zadarskom otoku, ministar Beroš osobno je doživio kao poraz zdravstvene administracije. Zato je javno obećao kako će, zajedno sa županijskim vlastima, tražiti rješenje za pitanje nedostatka liječnika i infrastrukture, kao i uređaja, na razini primarne zdravstvene zaštite.

Pročelnik upravnog odjela za zdravstvo Zadarske županije, dr. Marko Kolega, ministru će odgovoriti kroz dan ili dva, ali što se ambulante na Istu tiče, kaže, nema nikakvih nepoznanica.

- Niti jedna naša ambulanta, uključujući i one najudaljnije, nije bez standarne medicinske opreme jer inače ne bi mogla dobiti dozvolu za rad. Štoviše, baš je ordinacija na Istu dobila puno opreme kroz poseban projekt Europske unije za deprivirana područja prije nekoliko godina. Ovo što mladi liječnik s Ista nabavlja preko donacija odnosi se na izvanstandarnu opremu i ja ga u tome potpuno podupirem! Zašto ambulanta na Istu ne bi imala defibrilatora ili pedijatrijski stetoskop? Ako bolnica može preko donacija nabavljati bolje i modernije uređaje od onih koje ima, zašto i jedan liječnik ne bi to napravio za svoju ordinaciju ako ima tu mogućnost- kaže dr. Kolega dodajući kako su drugi dio priče infrastrukturni problemi poput stanja ambulanti u udaljenim područjima gdje sigurno treba intervenirati, negdje samo farbanjem, a negdje i ozbiljnim građevinskim radovima.

- Zaista je moguće, još uvijek čekam izvještaj Doma zdravlja pa se ovim putem ograđujem, da ambulanti na Istu treba obnoviti namještaj. Ali u tom smislu očekujemo i pomoć liječnika, da nam dojavi što mu treba jer ne možemo za svaku ordinaciju u županiji znati kakve su potrebe.
