Zadarska Opća Bolnica počela je s prisilnom naplatom dugova bivših pacijenata koji nisu imali dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje, a isto tako nisu platili račun bolničkih usluga.

Za sada je riječ o dugovima iz 2015. godine. Kako su nam rekli iz OB Zadar, ukupan dug građana koji nisu platili zdravstvene usluge, do 30. rujna 2021., iznosio je 3.613.626,70 kuna.

Prema dostupnim podacima, svaki od desetak pacijenata koji su na listi dužnika, duguje oko tri tisuće kuna. 

- Opća bolnica Zadar kontinuirano provodi postupke naplate potraživanja, poput slanja računa, opomena pred tužbu i prijedloga ovrha. Ustanova je obvezna provoditi postupak naplate potraživanja sukladno zakonskim aktima, ugovorom koji je zaključen s Hrvatskim zavodom za zdravstveno osiguranje te Uredbom i Zakonom o fiskalnoj odgovornosti, prema kojima smo među ostalim dužni dokazati kako smo poduzeli sve potrebne mjere za potpunu naplatu prihoda iz poslovnih aktivnosti - rekao nam zamjenik ravnatelja OB Zadar Edi Karuc te napomenuo kako zadarska bolnica naplaćuje usluge iz svoje djelatnosti.

- A to je bolnička i specijalističko konzilijarna zdravstvena zaštita, temeljem Statuta ustanove i cjenika DTS i DTP postupaka propisanih od strane HZZO-a. Ukoliko pacijent kojem je pružena zdravstvena usluga nije osiguran ili nema ugovorenu policu dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja, obvezan je platiti zdravstvenu uslugu odnosno participirati. Ako usluga nije plaćena provodi se prethodno opisan postupak naplate potraživanja - zaključio je Karuc.

Zadarska Opća Bolnica počela je s prisilnom naplatom dugova bivših pacijenata koji nisu imali dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje, a isto tako nisu platili račun bolničkih usluga.

Za sada je riječ o dugovima iz 2015. godine. Kako su nam rekli iz OB Zadar, ukupan dug građana koji nisu platili zdravstvene usluge, do 30. rujna 2021., iznosio je 3.613.626,70 kuna.

Prema dostupnim podacima, svaki od desetak pacijenata koji su na listi dužnika, duguje oko tri tisuće kuna. 

- Opća bolnica Zadar kontinuirano provodi postupke naplate potraživanja, poput slanja računa, opomena pred tužbu i prijedloga ovrha. Ustanova je obvezna provoditi postupak naplate potraživanja sukladno zakonskim aktima, ugovorom koji je zaključen s Hrvatskim zavodom za zdravstveno osiguranje te Uredbom i Zakonom o fiskalnoj odgovornosti, prema kojima smo među ostalim dužni dokazati kako smo poduzeli sve potrebne mjere za potpunu naplatu prihoda iz poslovnih aktivnosti - rekao nam zamjenik ravnatelja OB Zadar Edi Karuc te napomenuo kako zadarska bolnica naplaćuje usluge iz svoje djelatnosti.

- A to je bolnička i specijalističko konzilijarna zdravstvena zaštita, temeljem Statuta ustanove i cjenika DTS i DTP postupaka propisanih od strane HZZO-a. Ukoliko pacijent kojem je pružena zdravstvena usluga nije osiguran ili nema ugovorenu policu dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja, obvezan je platiti zdravstvenu uslugu odnosno participirati. Ako usluga nije plaćena provodi se prethodno opisan postupak naplate potraživanja - zaključio je Karuc.

Zadarska Opća Bolnica počela je s prisilnom naplatom dugova bivših pacijenata koji nisu imali dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje, a isto tako nisu platili račun bolničkih usluga.

Za sada je riječ o dugovima iz 2015. godine. Kako su nam rekli iz OB Zadar, ukupan dug građana koji nisu platili zdravstvene usluge, do 30. rujna 2021., iznosio je 3.613.626,70 kuna.
