Županijska vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP) zanimalo je zašto je Županija pristala na prodaju "zgrade socijalnog" pogotovo kad se pojavila inicijativa da zgrada postane studentski dom.
- Sredinom sprnja na web stranici Županije objavljen je javni natječaj kojim se prodaje tzv. zgrada socijalnog u kojoj udio vlasništva Županije iznosi nešto preko 12%. U javnosti se govori da će zgrada, obzirom na interes potencijalnih investitora iskazan još 2017., postati hotel. U tekstu natječaja u pogledu buduće namjene ne postoje nikakva ograničenja pa zgrada može postati bilo što.
Ponude su se zaprimale do 19.rujna, a iako je prošle godine napravljen novi elaborat, zgrada se prodaje po početnoj cijeni određenoj u procjembenom elaboratu iz 2019. godine. Moje današnje pitanje odnosi se na ideju da se zgrada HZZO-a pretvori u studentski dom, kazala je vijećnica Mišković dodajući kako je svima poznato da se u srpnju ove godine pojavila jedna zaista vrijedna inicijativa koju je, između ostalih, snažno promovirao i jedan član HDZ- a, dr. Dario Nakić, kojom se predlaže pretvaranje bivše zgrade socijalnog u studentski dom.
- Iako je iz inicijative proizašla peticija koju je potpisao veliki broj građana, ova je ideja u potpunosti ignorirana od strane ZŽ kao jednog od suvlasnika zgrade. S druge strane, postoje JLS koje jako dobro znaju što će sa svojim nekretninama slične namjene i ne pada im na pamet da ih prodaju bez mogućnosti da utječu na njihov profil i funkciju.
Dok Šibenik obnavlja svoju zgradu Socijalnog i stavlja je u funkciju razvoja grada, naša se županija odlučila na pristup koji je na liniji dosljednog pretvaranja centra grada Zadra u lijepu kulisu bez života i ljudi, u potpunosti ovisnu o jednosezonskom turizmu. Za to vrijeme, zgrada HZZO-a, koja je inače pod zaštitom konzervatora, zbog nebrige vlasnika, svojom derutnom fasadom i roletama koje otpadaju iz dotrajalih okvira, ubrzano postaje ruglo usred grada.
Da zaključim, zanima me zašto je Županija šutke pristala na prodaju ove vrijedne zgrade na čiju buduću funkciju neće ni na koji način moći utjecati, ne pokazavši pri tom interes za inicijativu koju je podržao veliki broj građana, odnosno ideju da se zgrada HZZO-a pretvori u studentski dom, upitala je Mišković.
- Namjenu definira Prostorni plan, a ja podržavam inicijativu. Vlasništvo je jedno, a namjena drugo. Kao županija možemo jako malo napravit jer je naših 12 posto i ne možemo utjecati na sve njih, odgovorio je zadarski župan Božidar Longin.

Županijska vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP) zanimalo je zašto je Županija pristala na prodaju "zgrade socijalnog" pogotovo kad se pojavila inicijativa da zgrada postane studentski dom.
- Sredinom sprnja na web stranici Županije objavljen je javni natječaj kojim se prodaje tzv. zgrada socijalnog u kojoj udio vlasništva Županije iznosi nešto preko 12%. U javnosti se govori da će zgrada, obzirom na interes potencijalnih investitora iskazan još 2017., postati hotel. U tekstu natječaja u pogledu buduće namjene ne postoje nikakva ograničenja pa zgrada može postati bilo što.
Ponude su se zaprimale do 19.rujna, a iako je prošle godine napravljen novi elaborat, zgrada se prodaje po početnoj cijeni određenoj u procjembenom elaboratu iz 2019. godine. Moje današnje pitanje odnosi se na ideju da se zgrada HZZO-a pretvori u studentski dom, kazala je vijećnica Mišković dodajući kako je svima poznato da se u srpnju ove godine pojavila jedna zaista vrijedna inicijativa koju je, između ostalih, snažno promovirao i jedan član HDZ- a, dr. Dario Nakić, kojom se predlaže pretvaranje bivše zgrade socijalnog u studentski dom.
- Iako je iz inicijative proizašla peticija koju je potpisao veliki broj građana, ova je ideja u potpunosti ignorirana od strane ZŽ kao jednog od suvlasnika zgrade. S druge strane, postoje JLS koje jako dobro znaju što će sa svojim nekretninama slične namjene i ne pada im na pamet da ih prodaju bez mogućnosti da utječu na njihov profil i funkciju.
Dok Šibenik obnavlja svoju zgradu Socijalnog i stavlja je u funkciju razvoja grada, naša se županija odlučila na pristup koji je na liniji dosljednog pretvaranja centra grada Zadra u lijepu kulisu bez života i ljudi, u potpunosti ovisnu o jednosezonskom turizmu. Za to vrijeme, zgrada HZZO-a, koja je inače pod zaštitom konzervatora, zbog nebrige vlasnika, svojom derutnom fasadom i roletama koje otpadaju iz dotrajalih okvira, ubrzano postaje ruglo usred grada.
Da zaključim, zanima me zašto je Županija šutke pristala na prodaju ove vrijedne zgrade na čiju buduću funkciju neće ni na koji način moći utjecati, ne pokazavši pri tom interes za inicijativu koju je podržao veliki broj građana, odnosno ideju da se zgrada HZZO-a pretvori u studentski dom, upitala je Mišković.
- Namjenu definira Prostorni plan, a ja podržavam inicijativu. Vlasništvo je jedno, a namjena drugo. Kao županija možemo jako malo napravit jer je naših 12 posto i ne možemo utjecati na sve njih, odgovorio je zadarski župan Božidar Longin.
