Već dugo upozoravamo na devastaciju pomorskog dobra u Općini Sv. Filip i Jakov. Da ništa od onoga što smo problematizirali nije bilo neutemeljeno, pokazuje činjenica da su gradilišta na plažama zaustavljena i vraćena u prethodno stanje, a ugostiteljsku terasu u parku – zaštićenom kulturnom dobru nad kojom je nikla masivna čelična konstrukcija, zatvorila je inspekcija. Konstrukcija još stoji no izgradnju na pomorskom dobru i/ili bez propisanog akta za gradnju teško je sakriti, kao što je sad vjerojatno jasno i notornom, naizgled nedodirljivom Frani Barbariću, kazala je županijska vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP) dodajući kako se njeno pitanje odnosi na Sv. Filip i Jakov i na pomorsko dobro a odgovore želi od ravnatelja Županijske lučke uprave.

- 2019. godine ŽLU raspisala je natječaj za koncesiju u trajanju od 29 godina na dijelu lučkog područja luke otvorene za javni promet u Sv. Filip i Jakov. Natječaj je podrazumijevao izgradnju lučke infrastrukture i obavljanje odgovarajućih gospodarskih djelatnosti na nautičkom i operativnom dijelu luke. Važno je napomenuti da je veliki broj mještana Sv. Filipa i Jakova okupljenih u inicijativi „ Za Rivu“ izrazio svoje protivljenje općinskom načelniku i UPU-u kojim su, između ostalog, definirani kapaciteti i teritorijalni obuhvat ove koncesije, smatrajući buduću luku predimenzioniranom za njihovo mjesto. Prvi je natječaj poništen a novi je je raspisan krajem svibnja 2022. nakon što je u ŽLU stiglo pismo namjere tada nepoznatog investitora, pri čemu je visina koncesijske naknade ostala identična onoj iz 2019. godine, kazala je Mišković dodajući kako je Općina Sv. Filip I Jakov u prethodnim postupcima ishodila lokacijsku dozvolu, njenu izmjenu i dopunu te je pokrenula postupak izdavanja građevinske dozvole koji je završio investitor odnosno izabrani koncesionar, tvrtka Marina sunčani resort d.o.o., iz Zagreba, u vlasništvu Jake Andabaka.

- Ove godine, investitor je zatražio i dobio novu izmjenu i dopunu lokacijske dozvole sa lučkom infrastrukturom puno većih gabarita nego što je to predviđeno UPU – om, natječajnom dokumentacijom i prethodnom građevinskom dozvolom. To se lijepo vidi uvidom u Geoportal ISPU. Posljedično, bitno će se povećati broj vezova pa će investitoru projekt biti znatno profitabilniji. Gradnja u povećanim gabaritima već je započeta, iako još nema izmjene građevinske dozvole.

Luka će, naravno, biti još više predimenzionirana. Ne samo da će to dovesti do daljnje devastacije obale i smanjenja kvalitete života građana Sv. Filipa i Jakova nego se, u bitnom, mijenjaju koncesijski uvjeti i izravno pogoduje jednom investitoru. On je, očito, u startu znao što će tražiti i dobiti, zato je i ušao u ovaj projekt. Drugi potencijalni investitori očito nisu. Ovdje je jasna pozicija i cilj investitora no nije jasno zašto ste mu vi omogućili da taj cilj ostvari, zaključila je Mišković. 

Zamjenik župana Šime Vicković kazao je kako će odgovor na svoje pitanje dobiti pismeno.

Već dugo upozoravamo na devastaciju pomorskog dobra u Općini Sv. Filip i Jakov. Da ništa od onoga što smo problematizirali nije bilo neutemeljeno, pokazuje činjenica da su gradilišta na plažama zaustavljena i vraćena u prethodno stanje, a ugostiteljsku terasu u parku – zaštićenom kulturnom dobru nad kojom je nikla masivna čelična konstrukcija, zatvorila je inspekcija. Konstrukcija još stoji no izgradnju na pomorskom dobru i/ili bez propisanog akta za gradnju teško je sakriti, kao što je sad vjerojatno jasno i notornom, naizgled nedodirljivom Frani Barbariću, kazala je županijska vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP) dodajući kako se njeno pitanje odnosi na Sv. Filip i Jakov i na pomorsko dobro a odgovore želi od ravnatelja Županijske lučke uprave.

- 2019. godine ŽLU raspisala je natječaj za koncesiju u trajanju od 29 godina na dijelu lučkog područja luke otvorene za javni promet u Sv. Filip i Jakov. Natječaj je podrazumijevao izgradnju lučke infrastrukture i obavljanje odgovarajućih gospodarskih djelatnosti na nautičkom i operativnom dijelu luke. Važno je napomenuti da je veliki broj mještana Sv. Filipa i Jakova okupljenih u inicijativi „ Za Rivu“ izrazio svoje protivljenje općinskom načelniku i UPU-u kojim su, između ostalog, definirani kapaciteti i teritorijalni obuhvat ove koncesije, smatrajući buduću luku predimenzioniranom za njihovo mjesto. Prvi je natječaj poništen a novi je je raspisan krajem svibnja 2022. nakon što je u ŽLU stiglo pismo namjere tada nepoznatog investitora, pri čemu je visina koncesijske naknade ostala identična onoj iz 2019. godine, kazala je Mišković dodajući kako je Općina Sv. Filip I Jakov u prethodnim postupcima ishodila lokacijsku dozvolu, njenu izmjenu i dopunu te je pokrenula postupak izdavanja građevinske dozvole koji je završio investitor odnosno izabrani koncesionar, tvrtka Marina sunčani resort d.o.o., iz Zagreba, u vlasništvu Jake Andabaka.

- Ove godine, investitor je zatražio i dobio novu izmjenu i dopunu lokacijske dozvole sa lučkom infrastrukturom puno većih gabarita nego što je to predviđeno UPU – om, natječajnom dokumentacijom i prethodnom građevinskom dozvolom. To se lijepo vidi uvidom u Geoportal ISPU. Posljedično, bitno će se povećati broj vezova pa će investitoru projekt biti znatno profitabilniji. Gradnja u povećanim gabaritima već je započeta, iako još nema izmjene građevinske dozvole.

Luka će, naravno, biti još više predimenzionirana. Ne samo da će to dovesti do daljnje devastacije obale i smanjenja kvalitete života građana Sv. Filipa i Jakova nego se, u bitnom, mijenjaju koncesijski uvjeti i izravno pogoduje jednom investitoru. On je, očito, u startu znao što će tražiti i dobiti, zato je i ušao u ovaj projekt. Drugi potencijalni investitori očito nisu. Ovdje je jasna pozicija i cilj investitora no nije jasno zašto ste mu vi omogućili da taj cilj ostvari, zaključila je Mišković. 

Zamjenik župana Šime Vicković kazao je kako će odgovor na svoje pitanje dobiti pismeno.

Mještani nezadovoljni: Kome se pogoduje s projektom na pomorskom dobru u Svetom Filipu i Jakovu?

Već dugo upozoravamo na devastaciju pomorskog dobra u Općini Sv. Filip i Jakov. Da ništa od onoga što smo problematizirali nije bilo neutemeljeno, pokazuje činjenica da su gradilišta na plažama zaustavljena i vraćena u prethodno stanje, a ugostiteljsku terasu u parku – zaštićenom kulturnom dobru nad kojom je nikla masivna čelična konstrukcija, zatvorila je inspekcija. Konstrukcija još stoji no izgradnju na pomorskom dobru i/ili bez propisanog akta za gradnju teško je sakriti, kao što je sad vjerojatno jasno i notornom, naizgled nedodirljivom Frani Barbariću, kazala je županijska vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP) dodajući kako se njeno pitanje odnosi na Sv. Filip i Jakov i na pomorsko dobro a odgovore želi od ravnatelja Županijske lučke uprave.

- 2019. godine ŽLU raspisala je natječaj za koncesiju u trajanju od 29 godina na dijelu lučkog područja luke otvorene za javni promet u Sv. Filip i Jakov. Natječaj je podrazumijevao izgradnju lučke infrastrukture i obavljanje odgovarajućih gospodarskih djelatnosti na nautičkom i operativnom dijelu luke. Važno je napomenuti da je veliki broj mještana Sv. Filipa i Jakova okupljenih u inicijativi „ Za Rivu“ izrazio svoje protivljenje općinskom načelniku i UPU-u kojim su, između ostalog, definirani kapaciteti i teritorijalni obuhvat ove koncesije, smatrajući buduću luku predimenzioniranom za njihovo mjesto. Prvi je natječaj poništen a novi je je raspisan krajem svibnja 2022. nakon što je u ŽLU stiglo pismo namjere tada nepoznatog investitora, pri čemu je visina koncesijske naknade ostala identična onoj iz 2019. godine, kazala je Mišković dodajući kako je Općina Sv. Filip I Jakov u prethodnim postupcima ishodila lokacijsku dozvolu, njenu izmjenu i dopunu te je pokrenula postupak izdavanja građevinske dozvole koji je završio investitor odnosno izabrani koncesionar, tvrtka Marina sunčani resort d.o.o., iz Zagreba, u vlasništvu Jake Andabaka.
