Početkom prosinca trebali bi biti završeni radovi na Žmirićima, gdje se na površini od 6.400 metara četvornih ovih dana intenzivno dovršava novi trgovački centar HEY park Zadar.

Investitor ovog projekta je zagrebačka tvrtka BMP Asset koja je posljednjih dana u fokusu javnosti zbog svojih osnivača i suvlasnika: Matea Borojevića, Željka Petkovića i Zdenka Međimoreca koji su tvrtku osnovali u ožujku 2020. godine. Mateo Borojević sin je Miodraga Borojevića, ključnog savjetnika arapskoga investitora Saifa Alketbija za kupnju većinskog vlasništva Fortenova grupe u čijem je Upravnom odboru sjedio dok nije bio prisiljen dati ostavku u ožujku 2021. godine. A razlog ostavke je, prema dokumentima koje je objavio tjednik Nacional, to što je Miodrag Borojević trgovao utjecajem koji je imao u Fortenova grupi kako bi pomogao osobno bogaćenje tvrtki u vlasništvu svog sina i njegovih poslovnih partnera s kojima je također bio interesno povezan. Objavljeni dokumenti otkrivaju kompleksnu strukturu trgovine nekretninama i zemljištima koje su tvrtke povezane s Borojevićevim sinom i njegovim partnerima prodavale trgovačkim lancima koji su direktni konkurenti Fortenova grupi i na tome unosno zarađivale. Jedna od tvrtki koje je spominju u tim transakcijama je upravo BMP Asset, a njihovi poslovi na zadarskom području vezani su za zemljišta na kojima su kasnije izgrađeni trgovački centar.

Prvi takav posao na zadarskom području odradili su u Biogradu. Željko Petković, Borojevićev partner iz tvrtke BMP Asset, 7. kolovoza 2020. kao direktor i jedini vlasnik tvrtke Landmark Projekt od Grada Biograd na moru kupio je nekretninu koju je svega nekoliko dana kasnije prodao Kauflandu. A baš u Kauflandu Miodrag Borojević godinama je bio istaknuti menadžer.

Drugi posao ujedno je i prvi u Zadru. Riječ je o zemljištu na Murvičkoj cesti gdje je nekada bio veliki kompleks kemijske industrije, a njihovim odlaskom novi vlasnici, slovenski poduzetnici okupljeni u “Zadar projekt”, planirali su stabeno-poslovnu gradnju. Ta je priča, međutim, završila u stečaju, na slovenskom sudu, nakon čega je tvrtka BMP Asset preuzela založno pravo na gotovo 29 tisuća metara četvornih zemljišta od Nove banke iz Maribora vrijedno 20 milijuna eura. Nedugo nakon tog preuzimanja, tvrtka BMP Asset gradskom vijeću je uputila prijedlog za izmjenama DPU-a, a preko druge projektne tvrtke koju su osnovali u međuvremenu, BMP-L Zadar, postaju investitor trgovačkog centra Lidl s parkiralištem koji se u međuvremenu tamo izgradio.  Tko će biti invesitor na preostalom dijelu gdje je planirana poslovno-stambena izgradnja, još se ne zna, ali zagrebački Trgovački sud prodavao je te terene kao jednu cijelinu. 

Po završetku tog projekta, Borojević i Petković prebacili su se na Žmiriće, na teren od 12 tisuća kvadrata neposredno uz samu prometnicu koji je bio optećen s više zabilježbi i vlasničkih prava. Jedna od njih bila je i tvrtka Hedus u vlasništvu Zdenka Zrilića. Svi imovinsko-pravni sporovi, ali i preseljenje zadarskog azila koji je 17 godina ilegalno radio na tom zemljištu riješeno je do srpnja prošle godine, kada se kao vlasnik zemljišta upisuje tvrtka BMP Asset. Dva mjeseca poslije, vlasništvo su prebacili na tek osnovanu tvrtku Hey park Zadar koja bi do početka prosinca trebala dovršiti izgradnju istoimenog trgovačkog centra.

Početkom prosinca trebali bi biti završeni radovi na Žmirićima, gdje se na površini od 6.400 metara četvornih ovih dana intenzivno dovršava novi trgovački centar HEY park Zadar.

Investitor ovog projekta je zagrebačka tvrtka BMP Asset koja je posljednjih dana u fokusu javnosti zbog svojih osnivača i suvlasnika: Matea Borojevića, Željka Petkovića i Zdenka Međimoreca koji su tvrtku osnovali u ožujku 2020. godine. Mateo Borojević sin je Miodraga Borojevića, ključnog savjetnika arapskoga investitora Saifa Alketbija za kupnju većinskog vlasništva Fortenova grupe u čijem je Upravnom odboru sjedio dok nije bio prisiljen dati ostavku u ožujku 2021. godine. A razlog ostavke je, prema dokumentima koje je objavio tjednik Nacional, to što je Miodrag Borojević trgovao utjecajem koji je imao u Fortenova grupi kako bi pomogao osobno bogaćenje tvrtki u vlasništvu svog sina i njegovih poslovnih partnera s kojima je također bio interesno povezan. Objavljeni dokumenti otkrivaju kompleksnu strukturu trgovine nekretninama i zemljištima koje su tvrtke povezane s Borojevićevim sinom i njegovim partnerima prodavale trgovačkim lancima koji su direktni konkurenti Fortenova grupi i na tome unosno zarađivale. Jedna od tvrtki koje je spominju u tim transakcijama je upravo BMP Asset, a njihovi poslovi na zadarskom području vezani su za zemljišta na kojima su kasnije izgrađeni trgovački centar.

Prvi takav posao na zadarskom području odradili su u Biogradu. Željko Petković, Borojevićev partner iz tvrtke BMP Asset, 7. kolovoza 2020. kao direktor i jedini vlasnik tvrtke Landmark Projekt od Grada Biograd na moru kupio je nekretninu koju je svega nekoliko dana kasnije prodao Kauflandu. A baš u Kauflandu Miodrag Borojević godinama je bio istaknuti menadžer.

Drugi posao ujedno je i prvi u Zadru. Riječ je o zemljištu na Murvičkoj cesti gdje je nekada bio veliki kompleks kemijske industrije, a njihovim odlaskom novi vlasnici, slovenski poduzetnici okupljeni u “Zadar projekt”, planirali su stabeno-poslovnu gradnju. Ta je priča, međutim, završila u stečaju, na slovenskom sudu, nakon čega je tvrtka BMP Asset preuzela založno pravo na gotovo 29 tisuća metara četvornih zemljišta od Nove banke iz Maribora vrijedno 20 milijuna eura. Nedugo nakon tog preuzimanja, tvrtka BMP Asset gradskom vijeću je uputila prijedlog za izmjenama DPU-a, a preko druge projektne tvrtke koju su osnovali u međuvremenu, BMP-L Zadar, postaju investitor trgovačkog centra Lidl s parkiralištem koji se u međuvremenu tamo izgradio.  Tko će biti invesitor na preostalom dijelu gdje je planirana poslovno-stambena izgradnja, još se ne zna, ali zagrebački Trgovački sud prodavao je te terene kao jednu cijelinu. 

Po završetku tog projekta, Borojević i Petković prebacili su se na Žmiriće, na teren od 12 tisuća kvadrata neposredno uz samu prometnicu koji je bio optećen s više zabilježbi i vlasničkih prava. Jedna od njih bila je i tvrtka Hedus u vlasništvu Zdenka Zrilića. Svi imovinsko-pravni sporovi, ali i preseljenje zadarskog azila koji je 17 godina ilegalno radio na tom zemljištu riješeno je do srpnja prošle godine, kada se kao vlasnik zemljišta upisuje tvrtka BMP Asset. Dva mjeseca poslije, vlasništvo su prebacili na tek osnovanu tvrtku Hey park Zadar koja bi do početka prosinca trebala dovršiti izgradnju istoimenog trgovačkog centra.
