Proći će još jedna turistička sezona, a ružno zdanje na Kolovarama se ni ovog ljeta neće pomaknuti s mrtve točke. Riječ je o nekadašnjem ugostiteljskom objektu ‘Zara Beach‘ čiju koncesiju Grad Zadar najavljuje od 2020. godine, odnosno od kada je država ušla u posjed te nekretnine i dala je na upravljanje Gradu Zadru. 

Popularni klub je u rujnu 2017. zapečatila Carinska uprava i od tada ne radi, a atraktivna lokacija već šestu sezonu dočekuje devastirana s građevinskim ostacima nekadašnjeg objekta. 

Iako je pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, Tomislav Korona, u srpnju prošle godine za portal Zadarski.hr najavio kako će koncesija biti raspisana do kraja prošle godine, to se još uvijek nije dogodilo. 

Gradskog pročelnika upitali smo zbog čega Grad Zadar još uvijek nije raspisao natječaj za koncesiju, kada to misli napraviti te koji će biti uvjeti natječaja. 

- Grad Zadar, Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom je pokrenuo postupak, točnije formalni dio postupka koji se odnosi na poduzimanje pripremnih radnji koje prethode objavi javnog natječaja za davanje u koncesiju pomorskog dobra. S obzirom na to da se koncesija na pomorskom dobru daje na duži niz godina te da je Vlada RH 29. prosinca 2022. godine usvojila Nacrt Prijedloga zakona o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama koji je predan Hrvatskom saboru u daljnju proceduru, a imajući u vidu činjenicu da se određeni instituti iz domene raspolaganja pomorskim dobrom predloženim zakonskim odredbama uređuju na drugačiji način, Grad Zadar je zauzeo stav da bi bilo svrsishodno pričekati s objavljivanjem i provođenjem predmetnog javnog natječaja dok se izglasaju i stupe na snagu nove zakonske odredbe koje se odnose na pomorsko dobro ili dok o njima ne bude odlučeno na neki drugi način, istaknuo je pročelnik Korona. 

Što to znači? Znači da će i ovo ljeto nekadašnji ostaci ugostiteljskog objekta "krasiti" Kolovare jer Grad čeka izglasavanje novog Zakona o pomorskom dobru i izradu svih pripadajućih pravilnika. Iz Vlade su najavili da će novi Zakon o pomorskom dobru krenuti u primjenu do kraja godine. 

Podsjetimo kako je država RH taj prostor dobila u travnju 2020. godine i to presudom Trgovačkog suda. Po toj presudi Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture predalo je Gradu Zadru na upravljanje dio prostora plaže Kolovare s nekadašnjim objektom ‘Zara Beach‘ u kojemu je poslovalo trgovačko društvo Sokol projekt d.o.o. U cijelu priču oko tog objekta na pomorskog dobru bili su uključeni i Hoteli Zadar koji su bili u posjedu, no s obzirom da je vlasničko pravo jače od prava posjeda na koji su se pozivali Hoteli Zadari, objekt je vraćen državi.

Proći će još jedna turistička sezona, a ružno zdanje na Kolovarama se ni ovog ljeta neće pomaknuti s mrtve točke. Riječ je o nekadašnjem ugostiteljskom objektu ‘Zara Beach‘ čiju koncesiju Grad Zadar najavljuje od 2020. godine, odnosno od kada je država ušla u posjed te nekretnine i dala je na upravljanje Gradu Zadru. 

Popularni klub je u rujnu 2017. zapečatila Carinska uprava i od tada ne radi, a atraktivna lokacija već šestu sezonu dočekuje devastirana s građevinskim ostacima nekadašnjeg objekta. 

Iako je pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, Tomislav Korona, u srpnju prošle godine za portal Zadarski.hr najavio kako će koncesija biti raspisana do kraja prošle godine, to se još uvijek nije dogodilo. 

Gradskog pročelnika upitali smo zbog čega Grad Zadar još uvijek nije raspisao natječaj za koncesiju, kada to misli napraviti te koji će biti uvjeti natječaja. 

- Grad Zadar, Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom je pokrenuo postupak, točnije formalni dio postupka koji se odnosi na poduzimanje pripremnih radnji koje prethode objavi javnog natječaja za davanje u koncesiju pomorskog dobra. S obzirom na to da se koncesija na pomorskom dobru daje na duži niz godina te da je Vlada RH 29. prosinca 2022. godine usvojila Nacrt Prijedloga zakona o pomorskom dobru i morskim lukama koji je predan Hrvatskom saboru u daljnju proceduru, a imajući u vidu činjenicu da se određeni instituti iz domene raspolaganja pomorskim dobrom predloženim zakonskim odredbama uređuju na drugačiji način, Grad Zadar je zauzeo stav da bi bilo svrsishodno pričekati s objavljivanjem i provođenjem predmetnog javnog natječaja dok se izglasaju i stupe na snagu nove zakonske odredbe koje se odnose na pomorsko dobro ili dok o njima ne bude odlučeno na neki drugi način, istaknuo je pročelnik Korona. 

Što to znači? Znači da će i ovo ljeto nekadašnji ostaci ugostiteljskog objekta "krasiti" Kolovare jer Grad čeka izglasavanje novog Zakona o pomorskom dobru i izradu svih pripadajućih pravilnika. Iz Vlade su najavili da će novi Zakon o pomorskom dobru krenuti u primjenu do kraja godine. 

Podsjetimo kako je država RH taj prostor dobila u travnju 2020. godine i to presudom Trgovačkog suda. Po toj presudi Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture predalo je Gradu Zadru na upravljanje dio prostora plaže Kolovare s nekadašnjim objektom ‘Zara Beach‘ u kojemu je poslovalo trgovačko društvo Sokol projekt d.o.o. U cijelu priču oko tog objekta na pomorskog dobru bili su uključeni i Hoteli Zadar koji su bili u posjedu, no s obzirom da je vlasničko pravo jače od prava posjeda na koji su se pozivali Hoteli Zadari, objekt je vraćen državi.

Grad još uvijek nije raspisao natječaj za ‘Zara Beach‘ na Kolovarama, neugledni objekt će i ovo ljeto "ukrašavati" kupalište...

Proći će još jedna turistička sezona, a ružno zdanje na Kolovarama se ni ovog ljeta neće pomaknuti s mrtve točke. Riječ je o nekadašnjem ugostiteljskom objektu ‘Zara Beach‘ čiju koncesiju Grad Zadar najavljuje od 2020. godine, odnosno od kada je država ušla u posjed te nekretnine i dala je na upravljanje Gradu Zadru. 

Popularni klub je u rujnu 2017. zapečatila Carinska uprava i od tada ne radi, a atraktivna lokacija već šestu sezonu dočekuje devastirana s građevinskim ostacima nekadašnjeg objekta. 

Iako je pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, Tomislav Korona, u srpnju prošle godine za portal Zadarski.hr najavio kako će koncesija biti raspisana do kraja prošle godine, to se još uvijek nije dogodilo. 

Gradskog pročelnika upitali smo zbog čega Grad Zadar još uvijek nije raspisao natječaj za koncesiju, kada to misli napraviti te koji će biti uvjeti natječaja. 

- Grad Zadar, Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom je pokrenuo postupak, točnije formalni dio postupka koji se odnosi na poduzimanje pripremnih radnji koje prethode objavi javnog natječaja za davanje u koncesiju pomorskog dobra.
