Koliko je za drastično povećanje cijena hrane u Hrvatskoj kriva pandemija korone, rat u Ukrajini, povećanje cijena energenata i inflacija, a koliko trgovačka pohlepa, možda najbolje ilustriraju ovogodišnje cijene bakalara koji se u Dalmaciji tradicionalno sprema u ovo blagdansko vrijeme.
Naime, zahvaljujući našem čitatelju koji nam je poslao slike iz španjolsko-portugalske trgovine u Hamburgu, cijena kilograma sušenog bakalara iznosi 18,99 eura, što je točno tri puta više od cijene bakalara u nekim trgovinama u Hrvatskoj.
Kratka analiza ponude bakalara u najvećim trgovačkim lancima pokazuje da se cijena sitnog bakalara (sušeni, nevakuumiran) kreće od 35.99 do 40,99 eura, dok je cijena bakalara A klase (vakuumirani) u prosjeku od 42,99 do 47.99 eura, dok se u nekim trgovinama prodaje za 58,99 eura ili 444 kune.
Usporedba cijena nadalje pokazuje da se cijena bakalara u zadnje dvije godine udvostručila u hrvatskim trgovinama, a u odnosu na prošlu godinu povećala za 50 posto. U 2021. godini, naime, cijena bakalara po kilogramu kretala se od 200 do 230 kuna, u 2022. cijena je nešto porasla na 250 do 280 kuna, da bi ove godine iznosila od 35,99 (271,17 kuna) do 58,99 eura (444.46 kuna).
Cijena bakalara dakle po suho zlato, što sigurno neće bitno utjecati na ovogodišnju potrošnju kućanstava. Hrvati u prosijeku za božićne i novogodišnje blagdane pojedu oko 250 tona bakalara, a interes za tom ribom iz sjevernih mora unatoč drastičnom poskupljenju svake godine raste po stopi od 10 posto.
Poruka je da proizvođači cijena očito nisu toliko podigli cijene kad se u jednoj Njemačkoj bakalar može kupiti po tri puta manjoj cijeni od Hrvatske. Hamburg je istina bliži Norveškoj kao najvećem proizvođaču bakalara, ali da od Hamburga do Zadra kilogram bakalara mora tri puta poskupjeti da bi se njegov uvoz isplatio, teško će nas uvjeriti bilo koji trgovac.

Naime, zahvaljujući našem čitatelju koji nam je poslao slike iz španjolsko-portugalske trgovine u Hamburgu, cijena kilograma sušenog bakalara iznosi 18,99 eura, što je točno tri puta više od cijene bakalara u nekim trgovinama u Hrvatskoj.
Kratka analiza ponude bakalara u najvećim trgovačkim lancima pokazuje da se cijena sitnog bakalara (sušeni, nevakuumiran) kreće od 35.99 do 40,99 eura, dok je cijena bakalara A klase (vakuumirani) u prosjeku od 42,99 do 47.99 eura, dok se u nekim trgovinama prodaje za 58,99 eura ili 444 kune.
Usporedba cijena nadalje pokazuje da se cijena bakalara u zadnje dvije godine udvostručila u hrvatskim trgovinama, a u odnosu na prošlu godinu povećala za 50 posto. U 2021. godini, naime, cijena bakalara po kilogramu kretala se od 200 do 230 kuna, u 2022. cijena je nešto porasla na 250 do 280 kuna, da bi ove godine iznosila od 35,99 (271,17 kuna) do 58,99 eura (444.46 kuna).
Cijena bakalara dakle po suho zlato, što sigurno neće bitno utjecati na ovogodišnju potrošnju kućanstava. Hrvati u prosijeku za božićne i novogodišnje blagdane pojedu oko 250 tona bakalara, a interes za tom ribom iz sjevernih mora unatoč drastičnom poskupljenju svake godine raste po stopi od 10 posto.
Poruka je da proizvođači cijena očito nisu toliko podigli cijene kad se u jednoj Njemačkoj bakalar može kupiti po tri puta manjoj cijeni od Hrvatske. Hamburg je istina bliži Norveškoj kao najvećem proizvođaču bakalara, ali da od Hamburga do Zadra kilogram bakalara mora tri puta poskupjeti da bi se njegov uvoz isplatio, teško će nas uvjeriti bilo koji trgovac.
