Što se danas dogodilo u Posedarju na otvaranju ponuda za kupnju 17 hektara općinskog zemljišta na predjelu Svrdlac Ivandići?
Iako je otvaranje ponuda bilo zakazano u 12 sati, sve do večernjih sati nismo uspjeli doznati jesu li na natječaj uopće pristigle neke ponuda te je li među njima izabrana najbolja.
Naime, načelnik Ivica Klanac se nakon podneva ne javlja na naše pozive niti odgovara na poruke. Što je još zanimljivije, nekoliko mještana Posedarja s kojima smo razgovarali, uključujući Roka Bralu, poduzetnika koji se snažno zauzima protiv prodaje atraktivnog zemljišta, nema nikakvih informacija o tome je li bilo ponuda te ako ih je i bilo je li neka izabrana za kupnju 7 milijuna eura vrijednog zemljišta za gradnju turističkog naselje s 1800 kreveta.
- Ne, ni ja, kao ni mnogi u Posedarju ne znam što se danas dogodilo u zgradi općine na otvaranju ponuda. Mi o tome nemamo informaciju, no da je sve prošlo u skladu s planovima načelnika, siguran sam da bi vam se javio i pohvalio kako je bio u pravu - ironičan je bio Roko Brala koji je do posljednjeg dana poduzimao raznorazne "akcije" kako bi opstruirao prodaju, kao što je aktivno sudjelovao u poništenju dva prethodna natječaja za prodaju istog zemljišta.
Bez informacija o rezultatu otvaranja ponuda bio je i predstavnik obitelji Ivandić čiji su potomci dva dana prije podnijeli tužbu za povrat zemljišta, upravo na lokacijama koje se prodaju.
- Nemam nikakve informacije. Nakon što smo tužbu uputili Općinskom sud i Općini Posedarje, nemamo nikakvih saznanja što je danas bilo na otvaranju ponuda i je li se pojavio neki zainteresirani kupac - kazao nam je.
Pred zaključenje ovog teksta ipak smo uspjeli neslužbeno dobiti potvrdu da je otvaranje ponuda održano, ali da nijedne ponude nije bilo.

Što se danas dogodilo u Posedarju na otvaranju ponuda za kupnju 17 hektara općinskog zemljišta na predjelu Svrdlac Ivandići?
Iako je otvaranje ponuda bilo zakazano u 12 sati, sve do večernjih sati nismo uspjeli doznati jesu li na natječaj uopće pristigle neke ponuda te je li među njima izabrana najbolja.
Naime, načelnik Ivica Klanac se nakon podneva ne javlja na naše pozive niti odgovara na poruke. Što je još zanimljivije, nekoliko mještana Posedarja s kojima smo razgovarali, uključujući Roka Bralu, poduzetnika koji se snažno zauzima protiv prodaje atraktivnog zemljišta, nema nikakvih informacija o tome je li bilo ponuda te ako ih je i bilo je li neka izabrana za kupnju 7 milijuna eura vrijednog zemljišta za gradnju turističkog naselje s 1800 kreveta.
- Ne, ni ja, kao ni mnogi u Posedarju ne znam što se danas dogodilo u zgradi općine na otvaranju ponuda. Mi o tome nemamo informaciju, no da je sve prošlo u skladu s planovima načelnika, siguran sam da bi vam se javio i pohvalio kako je bio u pravu - ironičan je bio Roko Brala koji je do posljednjeg dana poduzimao raznorazne "akcije" kako bi opstruirao prodaju, kao što je aktivno sudjelovao u poništenju dva prethodna natječaja za prodaju istog zemljišta.
Bez informacija o rezultatu otvaranja ponuda bio je i predstavnik obitelji Ivandić čiji su potomci dva dana prije podnijeli tužbu za povrat zemljišta, upravo na lokacijama koje se prodaju.
- Nemam nikakve informacije. Nakon što smo tužbu uputili Općinskom sud i Općini Posedarje, nemamo nikakvih saznanja što je danas bilo na otvaranju ponuda i je li se pojavio neki zainteresirani kupac - kazao nam je.
Pred zaključenje ovog teksta ipak smo uspjeli neslužbeno dobiti potvrdu da je otvaranje ponuda održano, ali da nijedne ponude nije bilo.
