Ukrajina je u ovom ratu uspjela razbiti puno mitova o moći ruske vojne sile, a među novijima je i onaj o nezaustavljivosti moćne supersonične rakete Kinžal, odnosno Bodeža. Kao što je poznato 5. svibnja je objavljeno kako su Ukrajinci novim američkim protuzračnim sustavom Patriot PAC3 napravili potez bez presedana i uspjeli zaustaviti ruski vojni ponos - projektil Kh-47M2 Kinžal. Rusija je tvrdila kako Bodež može letjeti brzinom deset puta većom od brzine zvuka te da ga je nemoguće presresti današnjim modernim zapadnim protuzračnim i proturaketnim obrambenim sustavima.

Nakon što je raketa pogođena, olupina se srušila na prazni nogometni stadion u Kijevu. Do eksplozije je došlo za vrijeme masovnog ruskog baražnog napada, a prema fotografijama koje su objavljene na društvenim mrežama ostvaren je izravan pogodak tako da je došlo do detonacije bojeve glave u zraku. Jedinica protuzračne obrane je navodno otkrila, pratila i oborila projektil u završnoj fazi leta, kada je počeo usporavati. Riječ je o projektilu, koji se ispaljuje iz posebno prilagođenih borbenih zrakoplova Mig-31 te može nositi i konvencionalne i nuklearne bojeve glave, a ima domet oko 3000 kilometara.

Zapovjednik ukrajinskih zračnih snaga Mikola Oleščuk kazao je kako je Kinžal lansirao zrakoplov MiG-31K s ruskog teritorija i da je oboren sustavom Patriot.

Danas i CNN izvještava kako SAD ima veliko povjerenje u točnost ukrajinskih tvrdnji da je koristila američki protuzračni obrambeni sustav Patriot za presretanje ruske hipersonične rakete.

Sustav Patriot do sada se pokazao kao iznimno uspješan u rušenju balističkih projektila, no njegova sposobnost da zaustavi hipersonične projektile koji se lansiraju iz zraka bila je čista teorija do prošlog tjedna.

„Ukrajinsko presretanje sada je pružilo demonstraciju te sposobnosti u stvarnom svijetu - nešto što se u Pentagonu smatra velikim pomakom, navodi CNN.

„Ukrajinska tvrdnja o presretanju izazvala je buku u Pentagonu krajem prošlog tjedna, dodao je CNN-ov visoki izvor, ističući da je to značajno zbog više stvari.

Proizvodnja hipersoničnih balističkih raketa oduvijek je bila izazov za Rusiju, a sankcije su je samo otežale. Na početku rata, Rusi su imali 43 Kinžala. Do sada je potvrđena upotreba 16 projektila, a isto toliko je u međuvremenu uspjela proizvesti ruska ratna industrija. Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin javno se pohvalio sposobnostima ruskog hipersoničnog oružja i rekao da je sposobno nadvladati sve postojeće sustave protuzračne obrane. Do prošlog tjedna, računica Rusije bila je da će, ako upotrijebi Kinžal, cilj sigurno biti pogođen. No, sad je taj ‘zicer‘ pao u vodu.

Ovo presretanje dovodi u pitanje cijelu rusku koncepciju hipersoničnog naoružanja koja uključuje i mornaričke projektile Cirkon koje Rusi plasiraju kao veliku prijetnju svjetskim morima.

„Činjenica da je ovo presretanje izvela ukrajinska posada koja je obučavana u Oklahomi, ali nije imala američke savjetnike na bojnom polju, još je veći uspjeh za Pentagon, dodao je CNN-ov izvor, nazvavši to velikim povratom ulaganja u Patriot.

Rušenje Kinžala, nesumnjivo je izazvalo zabrinutost Kremlja koji postavlja pitanje posjeduje li sad Ukrajina održivu protumjeru protiv hipersoničnih balističkih projektila.

Vojni analitičari smatraju kako razlika između tvrdnji Rusije o oružju i njegovih performansi možda leži u propagandnom brendiranju balističkog projektila koji se lansira iz zraka. Izvješće NATO-a o hipersoničnom oružju iz 2020. navodi da Kinžal "općenito nije karakteriziran kao hipersonično oružje", ali je uključen u raspravu zbog svoje sposobnosti manevriranja duž svoje balističke putanje. Balistički projektili dobivaju početni poticaj da putuju u obliku luka, često na velikim visinama. Kinžal djeluje kvazi-balističkom putanjom, s kraćim lukom. Dok su ruski dužnosnici ukazivali da bi Kinžal mogao doseći brzinu 10 puta veću od zvuka, NATO-ovo izvješće sugerira da bi mogao biti daleko sporiji od toga.

Kinžal ili Bodež je u Ukrajini prvi put upotrijebljen u ožujku prošle godine kad je napadnuto vojno skladište kod mjesta Delijatin u zapadnoj Ukrajini. Najmasovniji napad Bodežima izveden je 9. ožujka ove godine, kada je baražni napad od ukupno 84 rakete uključivalo i šest Kinžala.  

Prije nego što su dobili sustav Patriot, Ukrajinci nisu imali čime zaustaviti Kinžal, čak ni suvremeni zapadni sustav srednjeg dometa kakav je IRIS-T, nije projektiran za presretanje ovakvih projektila. Kinžal je opak ali njegovo je rušenje pokazalo da nije nezaustavljiv kako to tvrdi Moskva te ga vjerojatno ne bi trebalo dalje karakterizirati kao hipersonično oružje.

Ukrajina je u ovom ratu uspjela razbiti puno mitova o moći ruske vojne sile, a među novijima je i onaj o nezaustavljivosti moćne supersonične rakete Kinžal, odnosno Bodeža. Kao što je poznato 5. svibnja je objavljeno kako su Ukrajinci novim američkim protuzračnim sustavom Patriot PAC3 napravili potez bez presedana i uspjeli zaustaviti ruski vojni ponos - projektil Kh-47M2 Kinžal. Rusija je tvrdila kako Bodež može letjeti brzinom deset puta većom od brzine zvuka te da ga je nemoguće presresti današnjim modernim zapadnim protuzračnim i proturaketnim obrambenim sustavima.

Nakon što je raketa pogođena, olupina se srušila na prazni nogometni stadion u Kijevu. Do eksplozije je došlo za vrijeme masovnog ruskog baražnog napada, a prema fotografijama koje su objavljene na društvenim mrežama ostvaren je izravan pogodak tako da je došlo do detonacije bojeve glave u zraku. Jedinica protuzračne obrane je navodno otkrila, pratila i oborila projektil u završnoj fazi leta, kada je počeo usporavati. Riječ je o projektilu, koji se ispaljuje iz posebno prilagođenih borbenih zrakoplova Mig-31 te može nositi i konvencionalne i nuklearne bojeve glave, a ima domet oko 3000 kilometara.

Zapovjednik ukrajinskih zračnih snaga Mikola Oleščuk kazao je kako je Kinžal lansirao zrakoplov MiG-31K s ruskog teritorija i da je oboren sustavom Patriot.

Danas i CNN izvještava kako SAD ima veliko povjerenje u točnost ukrajinskih tvrdnji da je koristila američki protuzračni obrambeni sustav Patriot za presretanje ruske hipersonične rakete.

Sustav Patriot do sada se pokazao kao iznimno uspješan u rušenju balističkih projektila, no njegova sposobnost da zaustavi hipersonične projektile koji se lansiraju iz zraka bila je čista teorija do prošlog tjedna.

„Ukrajinsko presretanje sada je pružilo demonstraciju te sposobnosti u stvarnom svijetu - nešto što se u Pentagonu smatra velikim pomakom, navodi CNN.

„Ukrajinska tvrdnja o presretanju izazvala je buku u Pentagonu krajem prošlog tjedna, dodao je CNN-ov visoki izvor, ističući da je to značajno zbog više stvari.

Proizvodnja hipersoničnih balističkih raketa oduvijek je bila izazov za Rusiju, a sankcije su je samo otežale. Na početku rata, Rusi su imali 43 Kinžala. Do sada je potvrđena upotreba 16 projektila, a isto toliko je u međuvremenu uspjela proizvesti ruska ratna industrija. Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin javno se pohvalio sposobnostima ruskog hipersoničnog oružja i rekao da je sposobno nadvladati sve postojeće sustave protuzračne obrane. Do prošlog tjedna, računica Rusije bila je da će, ako upotrijebi Kinžal, cilj sigurno biti pogođen. No, sad je taj ‘zicer‘ pao u vodu.

Ovo presretanje dovodi u pitanje cijelu rusku koncepciju hipersoničnog naoružanja koja uključuje i mornaričke projektile Cirkon koje Rusi plasiraju kao veliku prijetnju svjetskim morima.

„Činjenica da je ovo presretanje izvela ukrajinska posada koja je obučavana u Oklahomi, ali nije imala američke savjetnike na bojnom polju, još je veći uspjeh za Pentagon, dodao je CNN-ov izvor, nazvavši to velikim povratom ulaganja u Patriot.

Rušenje Kinžala, nesumnjivo je izazvalo zabrinutost Kremlja koji postavlja pitanje posjeduje li sad Ukrajina održivu protumjeru protiv hipersoničnih balističkih projektila.

Vojni analitičari smatraju kako razlika između tvrdnji Rusije o oružju i njegovih performansi možda leži u propagandnom brendiranju balističkog projektila koji se lansira iz zraka. Izvješće NATO-a o hipersoničnom oružju iz 2020. navodi da Kinžal "općenito nije karakteriziran kao hipersonično oružje", ali je uključen u raspravu zbog svoje sposobnosti manevriranja duž svoje balističke putanje. Balistički projektili dobivaju početni poticaj da putuju u obliku luka, često na velikim visinama. Kinžal djeluje kvazi-balističkom putanjom, s kraćim lukom. Dok su ruski dužnosnici ukazivali da bi Kinžal mogao doseći brzinu 10 puta veću od zvuka, NATO-ovo izvješće sugerira da bi mogao biti daleko sporiji od toga.

Kinžal ili Bodež je u Ukrajini prvi put upotrijebljen u ožujku prošle godine kad je napadnuto vojno skladište kod mjesta Delijatin u zapadnoj Ukrajini. Najmasovniji napad Bodežima izveden je 9. ožujka ove godine, kada je baražni napad od ukupno 84 rakete uključivalo i šest Kinžala.  

Prije nego što su dobili sustav Patriot, Ukrajinci nisu imali čime zaustaviti Kinžal, čak ni suvremeni zapadni sustav srednjeg dometa kakav je IRIS-T, nije projektiran za presretanje ovakvih projektila. Kinžal je opak ali njegovo je rušenje pokazalo da nije nezaustavljiv kako to tvrdi Moskva te ga vjerojatno ne bi trebalo dalje karakterizirati kao hipersonično oružje.
