Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin je u četvrtak rekao da Sjedinjene Američke Države nastoje diljem svijeta nametnuti svoju hegemoniju u raspadanju te da rat u Ukrajini pokazuje koliko je zapad izgubio doticaj sa stvarnošću.
"Mi nismo započeli takozvani rat u Ukrajini. Baš suprotno, mi ga pokušavamo završiti", rekao je Putin u govoru na sastanku debatnog kluba Valdai u crnomorskom odmaralištu Soči. Rat je prouzročio zapad zato što se SAD ponašao kao "hegemon" koji sebe smatra jedinim arbitrom istine na planetu, rekao je šef Kremlja dodajući da je Rusija morala uzvratiti. Putin je optužio SAD da arogantno nalaže drugim zemljama kako da se ponašaju.
U svom godišnjem obraćanju debatnom klubu Putin je Washingtonu poručio: "Sve vrijeme slušamo ‘Vi morate‘, ‘Vi trebate‘, ‘Ozbiljno vas upozoravamo!‘. Tko ste vi uopće? Koje pravo imate da bilo koga upozoravate? Možda je vrijeme da se otarasite svoje bahatosti, da se prestanete tako ponašati prema svijetu".

Putin je rekao da Rusija sve civilizacije vidi kao jednake te da je spreman za "konstruktivnu suradnju" dok zapad, zaboravivši značenje kompromisa, svaku zemlju koja mu se suprotstavila smatra neprijateljem. Naveo je Kinu, Indiju i arapske države kao primjere.
Ruski predsjednik je rekao da su zapadni vođe izgubili "osjećaj za stvarnost" zbog nečega što je nazvao "kolonijalnim mišljenjem" Washingtona. Doveo je u pitanje pravo Sjedinjenih Država da drže prodike bilo kojoj drugoj zemlji. O ratu u Ukrajini je rekao da "postoji neprestano povećanje vojnog i političkog pritiska (sa zapada)".
"Moramo odgovoriti. Mnogo puta sam rekao da nismo mi ti koji su započeli rat u Ukrajini. Baš suprotno, mi ga pokušavamo završiti", ustvrdio je.

Osvrnuo se i na sukob sa zapadom, rekavši da su "pridržavanje blokovskog pristupa (i) želja da se svijet odvuče u situaciju trajnog sukoba između ‘nas‘ i ‘njih‘ zlobna ostavština 20. stoljeća". "To je proizvod zapadne političke kulture. Zapad uvijek treba neprijatelja", dodao je.
Putin je također ustvrdio da će Rusija biti spremna na konstruktivnu suradnju s onima koji traže mir i prosperitet. Kazao je kako je uvjeren da će se uspostaviti multipolarni svijet te da je svijet budućnosti svijet kolektivnih odluka. Misija Rusije je "izgraditi novi svijet", poručio je ruski predsjednik koji je, osuđujući zapadnu "hegemoniju", stavio i ruski napad na Ukrajinu u tu perspektivu, a ne u perspektivu "teritorijalnog sukoba".

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin je u četvrtak rekao da Sjedinjene Američke Države nastoje diljem svijeta nametnuti svoju hegemoniju u raspadanju te da rat u Ukrajini pokazuje koliko je zapad izgubio doticaj sa stvarnošću.
"Mi nismo započeli takozvani rat u Ukrajini. Baš suprotno, mi ga pokušavamo završiti", rekao je Putin u govoru na sastanku debatnog kluba Valdai u crnomorskom odmaralištu Soči. Rat je prouzročio zapad zato što se SAD ponašao kao "hegemon" koji sebe smatra jedinim arbitrom istine na planetu, rekao je šef Kremlja dodajući da je Rusija morala uzvratiti. Putin je optužio SAD da arogantno nalaže drugim zemljama kako da se ponašaju.
U svom godišnjem obraćanju debatnom klubu Putin je Washingtonu poručio: "Sve vrijeme slušamo ‘Vi morate‘, ‘Vi trebate‘, ‘Ozbiljno vas upozoravamo!‘. Tko ste vi uopće? Koje pravo imate da bilo koga upozoravate? Možda je vrijeme da se otarasite svoje bahatosti, da se prestanete tako ponašati prema svijetu".

Putin je rekao da Rusija sve civilizacije vidi kao jednake te da je spreman za "konstruktivnu suradnju" dok zapad, zaboravivši značenje kompromisa, svaku zemlju koja mu se suprotstavila smatra neprijateljem. Naveo je Kinu, Indiju i arapske države kao primjere.
Ruski predsjednik je rekao da su zapadni vođe izgubili "osjećaj za stvarnost" zbog nečega što je nazvao "kolonijalnim mišljenjem" Washingtona. Doveo je u pitanje pravo Sjedinjenih Država da drže prodike bilo kojoj drugoj zemlji. O ratu u Ukrajini je rekao da "postoji neprestano povećanje vojnog i političkog pritiska (sa zapada)".
"Moramo odgovoriti. Mnogo puta sam rekao da nismo mi ti koji su započeli rat u Ukrajini. Baš suprotno, mi ga pokušavamo završiti", ustvrdio je.

Osvrnuo se i na sukob sa zapadom, rekavši da su "pridržavanje blokovskog pristupa (i) želja da se svijet odvuče u situaciju trajnog sukoba između ‘nas‘ i ‘njih‘ zlobna ostavština 20. stoljeća". "To je proizvod zapadne političke kulture. Zapad uvijek treba neprijatelja", dodao je.
Putin je također ustvrdio da će Rusija biti spremna na konstruktivnu suradnju s onima koji traže mir i prosperitet. Kazao je kako je uvjeren da će se uspostaviti multipolarni svijet te da je svijet budućnosti svijet kolektivnih odluka. Misija Rusije je "izgraditi novi svijet", poručio je ruski predsjednik koji je, osuđujući zapadnu "hegemoniju", stavio i ruski napad na Ukrajinu u tu perspektivu, a ne u perspektivu "teritorijalnog sukoba".
