Viktor Orban već više od deset godina preuređuje mađarski medijski krajolik, stavljajući redakcije pod kontrolu kombiniranim vlasničko-financijskim metodama.

Proces je sad posve priveden kraju, pa se može reći da je medijska sloboda u Mađarskoj gotovo postala misaona imenica. Nakon što je nedavno okupiran najveći informativni portal u zemlji, a onda i neovisni tjednik s decenijskom tradicijom, najsvježija je žrtva zadnja neovisna i popularna radijska postaja.

"Klubradio" je bio izuzetno slušan zbog svog informativno-analitičkog duha, uglavnom je emitirao vijesti i političke emisije. Ured za medije koji vode ljudi odani premijeru Viktoru Orbanu objavio je koncem prošlog tjedna da toj postaji neće produžiti koncesiju za emitiranje koja istječe za nekoliko mjeseci. Službeno obrazloženje glasi da je radio uporno kršio odredbe Zakona o medijima, i to na krajnje bizarnoj razini – nepravodobnom dostavom informacija o odnosu mađarske i strane glazbe u programu.

Vijest je šokirala mađarsku javnost, pa čak i umjerene pristaše vladajuće stranke, jer je "Klubradio" svojevrsna mađarska inačica nekadašnjeg zagrebačkog "Radija 101".

Slovio je za utvrdu kvalitetnog, nepristranog i informativnog novinarstva i njegovi zaposlenici uporno nisu shvaćali da program treba mijenjati i prilagođavati. "Klubradio" će sasvim sigurno biti prisiljen zatvoriti vrata i ugasiti mikrofone, ne dogodi li se u Budimpešti u međuvremenu neki javni prosvjed s puno crnih, zelenih i žutih vragova.

Nasrtaji

Nasrtaj Orbanove vlade na njegov eter predstavlja kulminaciju proljetne ofenzive ovoga desnog populista protiv nesklonih mu medija. Najčitaniji mađarski portal "Index.hu" savladan je promjenama vlasnika njegove marketinške agencije i otkazom tadašnjem uredništvu, nakon čega je cijela redakcija dala kolektivni otkaz.

Orban i njegova stranka nisu im zaboravili razotkrivanje koruptivnog seks skandala jednoga njihovog gradonačelnika otprije godinu dana, zbog čega su izgubili lokalne izbore u svim većim gradovima i općinama. Liberalni tjednik "168 ora" kažnjen je zbog objave navodne privatne fotografije Orbanove obitelji, što je iskorišteno za pritisak na vlasnika da smijeni urednika i njegove suradnike.

"Klubradio" je godinama upozoravan da smeta, koncesija mu je s nacionalne sužena na gradsku tako da trenutno emitira samo u Budimpešti, no i tako limitiranih dometa svejedno su jako smetali diktatoru. S druge strane, u oko 500 medija pod državnom kontrolom Orbanova vlada kroz svoju zakladu pumpa milijune eura, iako imaju sve manju čitanost, klikanost i gledanost. One koji sviraju po Orbanovim notama nagrađuje se i državnim oglašavanjem, koje čini najveći dio reklamnog kolača. Ukidanje raspoloživog prostora za rad istinoljubivim novinarima tek je vrh mađarskoga ledenog brijega: brojne se i diskriminira od državnih institucija, ne poziva ih se na službena događanja, ignoriraju im se profesionalni upiti, a odnedavno im se uz prigodne ideološke paskvile javno objavljuju i brojevi mobilnih telefona.

Zbog stanja u mađarskim medijima zabrinutost je nedavno iskazala i potpredsjednica Europske komisije te europska povjerenica za vrijednosti i transparentnost Vera Jourova, no Bruxelles, osim prigodnih riječi, baš i nema efikasnog alata za discipliniranje EU-despocija poput Orbanova. Kao jedina satisfakcija neovisnim mađarskim novinarima preostaju međunarodne i europske nagrade: redakcija Indexa.hu, koje više nema, upravo je iz ruku povjerenice za ljudska prava Vijeća Europe dobila nagradu njemačkog grada Potsdama za medijske slobode.

Viktor Orban već više od deset godina preuređuje mađarski medijski krajolik, stavljajući redakcije pod kontrolu kombiniranim vlasničko-financijskim metodama.

Proces je sad posve priveden kraju, pa se može reći da je medijska sloboda u Mađarskoj gotovo postala misaona imenica. Nakon što je nedavno okupiran najveći informativni portal u zemlji, a onda i neovisni tjednik s decenijskom tradicijom, najsvježija je žrtva zadnja neovisna i popularna radijska postaja.

"Klubradio" je bio izuzetno slušan zbog svog informativno-analitičkog duha, uglavnom je emitirao vijesti i političke emisije. Ured za medije koji vode ljudi odani premijeru Viktoru Orbanu objavio je koncem prošlog tjedna da toj postaji neće produžiti koncesiju za emitiranje koja istječe za nekoliko mjeseci. Službeno obrazloženje glasi da je radio uporno kršio odredbe Zakona o medijima, i to na krajnje bizarnoj razini – nepravodobnom dostavom informacija o odnosu mađarske i strane glazbe u programu.

Vijest je šokirala mađarsku javnost, pa čak i umjerene pristaše vladajuće stranke, jer je "Klubradio" svojevrsna mađarska inačica nekadašnjeg zagrebačkog "Radija 101".

Slovio je za utvrdu kvalitetnog, nepristranog i informativnog novinarstva i njegovi zaposlenici uporno nisu shvaćali da program treba mijenjati i prilagođavati. "Klubradio" će sasvim sigurno biti prisiljen zatvoriti vrata i ugasiti mikrofone, ne dogodi li se u Budimpešti u međuvremenu neki javni prosvjed s puno crnih, zelenih i žutih vragova.

Nasrtaji

Nasrtaj Orbanove vlade na njegov eter predstavlja kulminaciju proljetne ofenzive ovoga desnog populista protiv nesklonih mu medija. Najčitaniji mađarski portal "Index.hu" savladan je promjenama vlasnika njegove marketinške agencije i otkazom tadašnjem uredništvu, nakon čega je cijela redakcija dala kolektivni otkaz.

Orban i njegova stranka nisu im zaboravili razotkrivanje koruptivnog seks skandala jednoga njihovog gradonačelnika otprije godinu dana, zbog čega su izgubili lokalne izbore u svim većim gradovima i općinama. Liberalni tjednik "168 ora" kažnjen je zbog objave navodne privatne fotografije Orbanove obitelji, što je iskorišteno za pritisak na vlasnika da smijeni urednika i njegove suradnike.

"Klubradio" je godinama upozoravan da smeta, koncesija mu je s nacionalne sužena na gradsku tako da trenutno emitira samo u Budimpešti, no i tako limitiranih dometa svejedno su jako smetali diktatoru. S druge strane, u oko 500 medija pod državnom kontrolom Orbanova vlada kroz svoju zakladu pumpa milijune eura, iako imaju sve manju čitanost, klikanost i gledanost. One koji sviraju po Orbanovim notama nagrađuje se i državnim oglašavanjem, koje čini najveći dio reklamnog kolača. Ukidanje raspoloživog prostora za rad istinoljubivim novinarima tek je vrh mađarskoga ledenog brijega: brojne se i diskriminira od državnih institucija, ne poziva ih se na službena događanja, ignoriraju im se profesionalni upiti, a odnedavno im se uz prigodne ideološke paskvile javno objavljuju i brojevi mobilnih telefona.

Zbog stanja u mađarskim medijima zabrinutost je nedavno iskazala i potpredsjednica Europske komisije te europska povjerenica za vrijednosti i transparentnost Vera Jourova, no Bruxelles, osim prigodnih riječi, baš i nema efikasnog alata za discipliniranje EU-despocija poput Orbanova. Kao jedina satisfakcija neovisnim mađarskim novinarima preostaju međunarodne i europske nagrade: redakcija Indexa.hu, koje više nema, upravo je iz ruku povjerenice za ljudska prava Vijeća Europe dobila nagradu njemačkog grada Potsdama za medijske slobode.

Orban ugasio mađarski ‘Radio 101‘, zbog stanja u medijima kod naših sjevernih susjeda zabrinutost je iskazala i potpredsjednica Europske komisije

Viktor Orban već više od deset godina preuređuje mađarski medijski krajolik, stavljajući redakcije pod kontrolu kombiniranim vlasničko-financijskim metodama.

Proces je sad posve priveden kraju, pa se može reći da je medijska sloboda u Mađarskoj gotovo postala misaona imenica. Nakon što je nedavno okupiran najveći informativni portal u zemlji, a onda i neovisni tjednik s decenijskom tradicijom, najsvježija je žrtva zadnja neovisna i popularna radijska postaja.

"Klubradio" je bio izuzetno slušan zbog svog informativno-analitičkog duha, uglavnom je emitirao vijesti i političke emisije. Ured za medije koji vode ljudi odani premijeru Viktoru Orbanu objavio je koncem prošlog tjedna da toj postaji neće produžiti koncesiju za emitiranje koja istječe za nekoliko mjeseci.
