- Potpisivanje se još nije dogodilo kako bi imali dovoljno vremena za dodatnu raspravu. Ministrica pravosuđa, koja se bavi problematikom sporazuma, ovoga je tjedna već istaknula svoje zamjerke oko ACTA-e - izjavio je glasnogovornik njemačkog ministarstva vanjskih poslova za AFP.

Sporazum ACTA, koji su ispregovarale EU, Australija, Japan, Kanada, Meksiko, Maroko, Novi Zeland, Južna Koreja, Švicarska, Singapur i SAD , treba potpis svih 27 članica EU kako bi bio ratificiran. Međutim, zemlje poput Poljske, Češke i Slovačke već su zamrznule ratifikacijski proces.

Nešto ranije u petak, Latvija je također odlučila zaustaviti potpisivanje dok stajalište drugih zemalja ne bude jasnije.

Cilj Anti-krivotvoriteljskog trgovinskog sporazuma ( Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement ) primarno jest borba protiv krivotvorenja fizičkih dobara, poput lijekova. Međutim, Sporazum će u stvarnosti imati puno širu primjenu te će svoje resurse osobito koristiti za nadzor 'distribucije podataka na internetu kao i informacijske tehnologije'. No, pokušaj da se napadne ilegalno 'skidanje' i razmjenjivanje podataka na internetu izazvao je veliku kontroverzu zbog straha da će se time narušiti 'online sloboda' korisnika.

Kritičari Sporazuma navode kako se vlasnicima autorskih prava daje previše ovlasti među kojima je i ona da prisilno ugase internetske stranice i to bez dovoljne količine dokaza, što bi recimo sud tražio u tome slučaju.

Dan međunarodnih prosvjeda protiv ACTA-e zakazan je u subotu. Do sada su tzv. 'hacktivisti', među kojima valja posebno istaknuti hakersku skupinu Anonymous, napali nekoliko stranica koje podržavaju Sporazum.

piratstva na internetu navodeći kako treba još vremena da ga prouči, javlja AFP.

- Potpisivanje se još nije dogodilo kako bi imali dovoljno vremena za dodatnu raspravu. Ministrica pravosuđa, koja se bavi problematikom sporazuma, ovoga je tjedna već istaknula svoje zamjerke oko ACTA-e - izjavio je glasnogovornik njemačkog ministarstva vanjskih poslova za AFP.

Sporazum ACTA, koji su ispregovarale EU, Australija, Japan, Kanada, Meksiko, Maroko, Novi Zeland, Južna Koreja, Švicarska, Singapur i SAD , treba potpis svih 27 članica EU kako bi bio ratificiran. Međutim, zemlje poput Poljske, Češke i Slovačke već su zamrznule ratifikacijski proces.

Nešto ranije u petak, Latvija je također odlučila zaustaviti potpisivanje dok stajalište drugih zemalja ne bude jasnije.

Cilj Anti-krivotvoriteljskog trgovinskog sporazuma ( Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement ) primarno jest borba protiv krivotvorenja fizičkih dobara, poput lijekova. Međutim, Sporazum će u stvarnosti imati puno širu primjenu te će svoje resurse osobito koristiti za nadzor 'distribucije podataka na internetu kao i informacijske tehnologije'. No, pokušaj da se napadne ilegalno 'skidanje' i razmjenjivanje podataka na internetu izazvao je veliku kontroverzu zbog straha da će se time narušiti 'online sloboda' korisnika.

Kritičari Sporazuma navode kako se vlasnicima autorskih prava daje previše ovlasti među kojima je i ona da prisilno ugase internetske stranice i to bez dovoljne količine dokaza, što bi recimo sud tražio u tome slučaju.

Dan međunarodnih prosvjeda protiv ACTA-e zakazan je u subotu. Do sada su tzv. 'hacktivisti', među kojima valja posebno istaknuti hakersku skupinu Anonymous, napali nekoliko stranica koje podržavaju Sporazum.

Njemačka treba još vremena za odluku o ACTA-i

Njemačka je u petak zaustavila potpisivanje kontroverznog internetskog sporazuma koji bi se trebao obračunati s problemom piratstva na internetu navodeći kako treba još vremena da ga prouči, javlja AFP.
